    CODY from Pither Plumbing came to my home today to repair a faucet leak. He aced that! While he was here, because I mentioned that my water bill had increased some, he checked thoroughly to be sure there was no leak anyplace in my home.While he worked, he explained every detail and I had no doubt that he knew exactly what he was doing! He was confident, mannerly, and very kind. Thank you, Pither Plumbing for having this young man on board! I will definitely be recommending him and using him again myself!

    Cody from Pither Plumbing did an excellent job today repairing my bathroom sink. He did a minimally invasive look behind my sheetrock to check for any water damage. He also replaced a filler valve on my guest bathroom and helped to alleviate a slow draining shower. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves, too. They gladly took on my extra plumbing requests when they arrived. I will be asking for Cody again if I need plumbing work.

    My water heater ruptured and water was everywhere all day while at work. When they came out the next day they were quick and efficient at replacing it. They were up front about charges since it was an emergency call on a Saturday. The Guys were super nice and professional. I will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs in the future.Highly Recommend!

    Pither is the best! Edgar had to troubleshoot a hot water issue in my kitchen faucet. His experience led him to quickly find the problem was in the supply valve and not the faucet itself. He was patient in getting all of the built up debris out of the supply line. I now have plenty of pressure and hot water in my kitchen.

    I’m a food truck and I made a call to see if they could assist me in putting a gas line in my trailer. Once she said they could assist me it took 15 minutes for them to confirm they were on the way . Darell and Jaden came , conquered, and went above and beyond to help me .     Pither Plumbing as a company impressed upon me a standard of professionalism that is becoming more uncommon nowadays. From their receptionists to their plumbers, this has been my impression since my initial interaction with them over the phone and in person. Their employees were polite, prompt, informative, and courteous.Journeyman plumber Edgar and Daniel, an apprentice, arrived at their scheduled time in a company vehicle and looking sharp in their Pither uniforms. Edgar asked a few questions and quickly assessed the plumbing issue which he determined to be a simple drain blockage. He and Daniel were able to unstop the blockage in good time (approx 35 minutes) without making much of a mess. They also fixed an overly complicated drain assembly beneath the sink. After which they cleaned up behind themselves and proceeded to invoice us. Their prices were reasonable. We were informed that we would also be charged for their drive time to us (approx 1 hour) prior to scheduling the appointment and it really wasn’t an issue due our need and the type of service that Pither offers. Prior to this visit we scheduled an appointment with a local company and they failed to show up without notifying us before or after the scheduled 4 hour window. Other plumbers in our area were not taking new residential clients at the time. I discovered Pither via a paid advertisement that came up in a Google search and asked if they serviced our county. I was told that they do and I was asked if we needed emergency service - considering that I scheduled the appointment on a Friday afternoon. I responded that we did not and Pither scheduled us for Monday morning.Based upon this experience I would recommend Pither Plumbing for your basic residential plumbing needs. Thank you Pither Plumbing for great service and a job well done.

    Water pipe busted in a rental at 1am & tenants could not get the water to stop. We went down the list of 24 hr plumbers. The previous two companies had no available techs till the morning. Got to Pither Plumbing & they sent a tech right over. Brennen had it fixed quickly & the tenants water was back on in no time. No need to call any other plumber, Pither Plumbing will be my go-to from now on :)

    I think after the first two that came out...I was so disappointed...after my toilets, (3,) became a nightmare of issues...but Darrell came out last time and got me fixed up and I got my happy face again. Thank you for coming out with correcting their bad repairs every time I called you. I know plumbing can take a bit of time, with things that dont show up for a few days....but you always came back when I called and later I plan on my shower and kitchen sink replaced only if you promise to send Darrell!He is a DIAMOND and does an excellent job.     Plither replaced the lift station at my house. They did a great job getting it fixed, addressing my concerns, and responding to any issue I had.     We contacted Pither Plumbing and they responded right away. Hilario Rodriguez was sent out with a helper and went to work right away to find the cause of a blockage in our drain pipes from our kitchen. They had to do a lot of digging outside but found the blockage, replaced the piping, covered the hole back up and solved the problem. We are very pleased with their service.

    We had a blocked sewer line. We called the infamous RotoR***** folks who would not quote any sort of price estimate over the phone -- were not playing that game. We then called Pither who quoted a minimum price and provided a price estimate for a typical sewer cleanout job. Although they originally told me it would be a few hours before they could get out to our house, we got a call less than 30 mins later to tell us they could come now. They came, they saw, they conquered...all in less than an hour and for less than $200. Awesome friendly service. Cant ask for better. Responsive and reasonably priced service. Kuddos!

    This past year our house has experienced two different broken pipes and every time I have called Pither Plumbing they have shown up quickly and solved the problem. Their plumbers work fast and are always knowledgeable and explain the problem and the fix they’re going to do. They never overcharge. They make plumbing issues less stressful.     **This is the updated review for Pither Plumbing. I explained the situation to the administrative assistant/dispatcher this morning and she told me shed relay my message to the owner. I got a call from the plumbers late in the evening to notify me they were on the way to install the faucet.I truly appreciate them for coming and getting the job done. They were courteous and professional and even gave me a call after the job was done. We all make mistakes, but to learn from it and correct the mistake is being human.**************** *****************************Original review:The pipe to the kitchen faucet was broken so I shut off the main water valve and cleaned al the mess it made. Ive heard some negative comments about this company, but after reading the owners response and since it was closer to my home than other plumbing companies, I wanted give them the benefit of doubt. The two guys were only about 6 or 7 minutes inside the house. My wife and I both asked them the faucet needs to be installed (I had already taken out the old faucet); however, one of them rudely said they came to fix the water leak and not take care of other things. While one of the plumbers agreed that it wont take more than 5 minutes to install the faucet; however, he just hooked one pipe which I can not connect to any of the water lines to get the faucet running. They said they had to go other places, but they were out in the van on the phone for at least 15 minutes after they left the incomplete work at my kitchen.I still dont have the water in the kitchen. I cant hook up the water pipes onto the pipe Pither Plumbing installed. I spent $234 for less than 10 minutes of work and basically nothing to work.Even though, Ill have no water for at least 3 days because of this company, Ill contact and give one more opportunity for them to fix this error and will reconsider my rating.

    Fast and efficient! We had a faucet that needed to be replaced and a toilet that wasn’t flushing properly at our store. I called to see if they could send someone out to fix them and before I could get back with the new faucet, they were already there. They had us up and going in no time. I have never considered calling another plumber. Each time, whoever answers the phone--even on nights and weekends--is efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. If you ask for a plumber to come, you can assume they will and not have to check back. The plumber coming to your home or business then stays in contact about when he will arrive. When he arrives with an assistant, they quickly ask what is wrong and get to work. If they need parts, they keep working while someone else delivers the parts. They test their work and ensure you are satisfied before they leave. They take extra care to clean their workspace. If they dig a hole, they save your grass and put it back on top, for instance. No trash, parts, or mess of any kind is left behind.The plumber who helped me this time was the helper at another plumbing job at my house exactly ten years ago, so the employees seem to like Pither, too.One thing that struck me is that the plumbers, the helpers, the people delivering parts, and the main office always use the words sir, maam, thank you, and please. Thats rare in this world and in these times. And they dont just use those words with their customers; they use them with each other.It is the sort of service that makes paying the bill a pleasure when you know you may need them again.Just an honest review by a satisfied customer.And an update: there was still an issue after the visit I mentioned, above, a week later. Pither sent out a crew, did a very substantial amount of work and used new materials (more work and materials than the previous visit), and refused to bill me. They stand behind their work. Again, *highly recommended*.I see reviews by a few who said they did not get adequate service or had rude service from Pither. I suppose everyone has bad days or bad employees but that doesnt sound like the Pither Plumbing Ive done business with for over a decade. I would wait a week for water if thats what it took to get Pither as opposed to some other local plumbing companies I have heard about.

    I have been dealing with plumbing issues since I moved into my new house. They came and gave me a quote on what it would cost to replace the old pipes in my yard. I got on their schedule for the week of March 8th, that whole week went by and no one showed up so I called them and they said they had to bump me to the next week.     Wilbur and his helper installed a water pressure reducing valve to lower our pressure from 90 to 50-55. This should prevent “hammering” after washer fills. But more importantly, it should help to prevent future pipe breakage under our slab. I will discuss this with Tryon Road Water as 90 is much higher than recommended pressure for residences. They also unclogged a shower drain last week. Pither Plumbing is dependable and they work diligently and quickly to get the job done right! I highly recommend Wilbur!
