Just had pilot Plumbing and Drain come due a 3 day job in my home within 2 days. They put a new water heater, filter system, new line with shut off value and the most important part was the new propane line for my kitchen! Corey and nate were amazing, these guys were very respectable and professional. They came in and work quickly and quietly, they cleaned up everything and left no mess behind. I have a full house and they worked around all of it w no issue. If you need a great company with affordable prices with amazing employees, give them a call!!! I was soooo pleased with everything and will use them again!

I needed help with my house closing in Kelso and I called at 8:30 am talked to Manny. He had somebody at my house same day at 2:30 p.m. Corey and Jack were there promptly ready to work. I ended up needing to have my whole house replumbed and due to the time frame they made it happened the next day for me. Corey was very courteous, caring, concerned and both Corey and Jack were very hard workers. I would refer them over anybody else. I had made several calls for a plumber to give me an estimate and none returned my calls... one said they were going to take 3 days to finish the job. That was not going to work with my time frame because of the time crunch, but that set aside Corey and Jack were very hard-working! did what they said they were going to do and very concerned that my situation was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend them.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would just call them first rather than wait for someone to never call you back!!

I had a plumbing emergency and reached out to eight or nine plumbing companies and I’m glad this company is the one that I went with. I found all three plumbers, Jesse, Daniel, and Jack to be knowledgeable and hard-working and honest. I also talked over the phone with some of their employees Chris and another, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful and courteous. They did good Fast work and told me about issues I could face in the future, but didn’t try to sell me anything on the spot that didn’t need done right away.If I need Plumbing again in the future they will be my first call and I would recommend them to friends and family

Very professional and caring team. Andy, the owner, gave me advice over the phone with repairing a broken bathroom pipe when I was out of town and not close to a plumber. He even recommended what parts to buy. I will always call these guys when I need a plumber!

I had a drainage problem with my downspout. Zack came out and diagnosed the problem, the dry well was blocked. It needed to be redirected to the street. Nicholas and Nate came to do the job. They did a great job of redirecting it. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing and drain problems.

Called Pilot for an estimate on my loose shower pan. The whole process from the first call until the visit was great. They communicated their eta and updated appointment time, almost like tracking Door dash. Ha!After they assess the situation, they gave me a referral for another company that could help me without tearing out my whole shower. I then asked them for an estimate on a new water heater, which they promptly sent over. The estimate is priced reasonable and will move onto that project with them next. I am sure the craftsmanship is just as good as their customer service. I highly recommend this plumbing company and will keep their number on speed dial for any emergencies.
