When Bobby arrived, I explained the issue I was having and all of the systems that were involved. Based upon the information, he snaked the line from the shower drain as we ran water from the shower and the tub. The shower began filling up, but continued to drain slowly. After he removed the snake, the line popped and the shower drain cleared immediately. We walked the grey water line and saw that it appeared to be flowing faster than it had just before. We reran the water in the show and tub again, and walked to the grey water line again and saw that the water was flowing faster than prior to being serviced.Glad to use a company that knows how to clear a line.

Very fast & efficient. I have used them twice now & both times they’ve been able to come out within a couple of days of me calling them. The only thing i have to do when they finish up is sweep up the room they worked in, which is no problem! They are pretty good about cleaning up after themselves!

Just want to thank Aaron. Mike and his crew for a great job installing my new 4-ton a/c and heater units today. The weather was really really bad, high winds and rain, we were under a tornado watch and lost our lights. Payne’s crew did not stop working, they put on their flashlights and continued to work. Excellent workers, very polite and courteous. Highly recommend Payne Mechanical.

Thank you Payne Mechanical.Special thank you to GM Dusty Kelley and his HVAC team Brandon Barlow and Michael Crutcher for their diligence in installing two new combo units. One in the attic for the upper level and one in (the more difficult) crawl space for the lower level.Both units at extremely quiet.Special thank you to Manager Mark Dudley and his team of plumbing experts.They replaced all the old copper pipes with new water supply PEX piping throughout the house back to the meter. Installed new tankless water heater and even emergency snake service on the drain line after the job was finished.Only through their perseverance , work ethic and dedication did this vintage 1900’s Queen Ann home come truly back to life.They not only worked rain or shine , but also some days well into the evening to stay on schedule. Not to mention the many unforeseen setbacks an old home can conceal.They provided me an excellent service at a fair price. We had an emergency issue with our a/c going out on a sunday when it was 100 degrees plus and even with them being very busy they came out two days later. The job was not an easy one and took around 8 hours but the tech did not stop until he was done and our unit was repaired. Will definitely always use them in the future!! To start off Jessica, the gal who answers the phone is so professional and took really good care of us even though we had to be rescheduled a couple times, but I understand things happen unforeseeable. Then she called us and gave us her personal cell phone so we could get a hold of her if things changed on our end, which was super awesome. Then Josh, our technician was amazing. He came and looked around and helped us try to figure out exactly where the leak was coming from. Did a great job of Cutting the drywall to make it as many as possible, and gave us an easy solution to fix it because we knew that they were not responsible for fixing anywhere that they had to get in

We called around the end of September to get our A/C Unit serviced due to it constantly being hot in our office. Britt came out and advised us that our unit was too small for our square footage. We asked for a quote to upgrade and Aaron was quickly able to provide us with two separate ones. Among the other bids we received we decided Payne Mechanical was the best price and most knowledgeable about what we needed. Dakota and his install team took about two days. A few days after the new unit was able to run Jordan and Britt came out at separate times to check the overall function and make minor changes. Josh came out this week he did a great job and we appreciate his work with fixing our issue given he wasn’t able to diagnose the issue prior to replacing the fan motor. Which seemed to fix the issue at the time due to the loud annoying noise not occurring until hours after he left but when notified it was making the noise again he came out the same day we called the office. We have not experienced any issues since he made repairs.I know it’s hard to specify who we would want on a job due to the amount of calls they run, but the ones mentioned above and two others that have not been out but I know their work would be ones we would request to be our “go to” for service.We have not been disappointed with the service your guys at PAYNE MECHANICAL have provided us. They all show professionalism and just how knowledgeable they are in their trade and we appreciate that tremendously.

We have used Payne Mechanical for several years now. They are always very prompt and very courteous. They worked diligently to fix a problem without unit that required warranty questions. They got it handled for us. We have several neighbors who use them as well. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The one single time we had an issue with an employee (not an on-site tech, but an office employee), the main boss called us very quickly and the matter was handled and resolved. This is a good company!

This is the second time Ive called Mr Kelley over my AC. First time he came and hooked everything up, replaced alot, etc. broke things down so I understood what was happening . super friendly and just all around amazing .my second time with the payne company my fan stopped spinning and Lord knows its too hot outside not to have AC and 3 small children . I was again contacted Mr Kelley and within 24 hrs he had a wonderful man come out (while I was in town dealing with dentist and groceries). this man was still at my house when I got here. their was more of an issue then we expected but he was nice enough to break it down and tell me what I was looking at (my options) I called Mr Kelley and told him the position I was in as far as money --- needless to say this company WILL help you! I didnt see workers. I seen family. I had 3 men out here trying to fix parts and replace them. I fully witnessed a brotherhood! a huge bond!! and when you call them they treat you like family! they WILL take care of you, you just have to call. amazing people and they will continue to have my business without a doubt. thanks again to all the men who showed today! yall are amazing !!!
