Arrow Plumbing were VERY reasonably priced for the work we needed done replacing our vent stack in the wash room. They were super friendly and took off their work boots at the door-which our last plumbing company never did. Levi and Tre were a great team and got things done efficiently and took photos of the work to show what they had done behind the sheetrock. Thank you to Lane, Levi and Tre for your hard work and time. We found our new plumbing team!

I have used Arrow Plumbing for several years and have never had any issue with their services. They are responsive to requests for services and their employees are excellent and always takes the time to educate on what issues were found and what needs to be done moving forward. Arrow Plumbing was great! Quick response and got.out right away and got me back going. Not only solved my drainage issue, but installed a needed clean out while there. Didnt charge me $1000 either. Would highly recommend and will use again if I need a plumber.

Put in a service request about a potential slab leak. Had two guys out same week, they arrived early, got the job done quickly and kept me informed of each step they were taking to locate and fix the problem. Levi and his partner were friendly and professional and were in and out within just a couple of hours - problem solved same day.

After calling several other places who couldnt help or charged outragous travel fees we contacted Arrow. Lexi was extremely helpful and had someone out to our house in less than a week. Communication was excellent as she kept us updated throughout the week and when the service technician was on his way. In our experience they are a very fair company who want to help those in their community. We are extremely happy with Arrow Plumbing and highly recommend them.

Kip Hardin and his crew Arrow Plumbing have done some incredible things for us including fixing a gas leak and Carthage where the gas line was run close to the perimeter of the roof line. Gave us a heck of a deal on a carbon fiber sink with the fancy spouts so I could have water in my house. kip fixed a leak in our office that No other Plumber could find plus found another leak on the city line that they couldnt find all with in seconds to minutes. I own a clinic for children with Autism and these men were so kind during their time at our facility. A student came out, excited to have gone potty on the potty and while still working on the plumbing issue, the 2 plumbers cheered for him and gave him lots of praise. We did a home remodel in 2021 and Arrow Plumbing installed faucets, toilets, water heater, water filtration, and connected the gas to our generator. Arrow Plumbing did an AMAZING job. Approximately seven months later, we noticed a gas smell near the generator. I called the office and spoke with Lexie. She was so kind and helpful. She assured me they would come and check the generator and within a few days Jon came out to inspect the generator. A leak was detected and Jon was so kind and explained how he was going to repair the leak. Once repaired, he tested the connections and no other leak was detected.We HIGHLY recommend Arrow Plumbing. The professionalism, quality work, and promptness can’t be beat.

Kip and his staff worked on a complicated issue with our tankless water heater under warranty. They received no labor compensation from the manufacturer but ended up with a replacement after the manufacturer gave in after they worked 12 hours as the manufacturer Navien insisted it could be repaired. Thanks for your efforts working in a hot attic.

We hired Arrow Plumbing to install a whole home water filtration system, r/o tank, gas line for a generator, and a few other small things around the house. I’ve hired many plumbing companies over the years and this was by far my best experience! Kip at Arrow was awesome, and his crew was great as well.
