We had spent $150 for another company to tell us that we had a leak and they wanted another $350 to tell us where. I called Goettl, explained our situation, confirmed the cost for what we needed, and scheduled. The original appointment was rescheduled, but everyone was very polite, professional, and courteous. I received a call from Justin the morning of the appointment and confirmed the cost again. He clarified the correct costs and was willing to work with me because of the misunderstanding. Gil arrived shortly thereafter. He performed his inspections and tests, he took the time to explain what he was doing and why, he even took time to point out other issues that might help to save us money on our energy bills and prevent future problems. He provided his recommendations and confirmed that we actually had no leak! He was patient enough to answer all of my questions. I cant thank Justin and Gil enough. They went above and beyond today. They were incredibly patient, understanding, kind, compassionate, and professional. Thank you very much for all of your help today. I look forward to working with you in the future.

We discovered an active leak in our ceiling and called Goettl. Ryan came out quickly, after hours, and diagnosed the problem within an hour. He quickly fixed the pipe and save us from further water damage. He was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We ended up paying significantly less for this service than we expected, given the magnitude of the leak. We are so grateful for Ryan’s prompt service!

I have been battling with the tankless water heater in my home since I bought the place in 2015. One company has been out working on it three separate times with no change. Finally got fed up with promises and no results so asked friends for a recommendation. Numerous friends suggested Goettle and I am SO glad they did. We had to wait a few days to get on the schedule, but they were on time on that day as promised. The two gentlemen that showed up were polite and professional. They had the problem figured out and fixed in an hour. I received their invoice in the mail today and it was HALF the bill of the other company that fixed nothing. I know who will get my business and recommendation from now on.

This company is PROFESSIONAL in every aspect of the word. They have old time values coupled with modern technology, and solved a sewer blockage issue that four other plumbing companies charged to repair... BUT DIDNT REPAIR.My reccomendation is that you call them first, not last!
