We had several construction projects occurring simultaneously, which led to an extensive delay in our window project. Nebraskaland went above and beyond to accommodate our unexpected circumstance. I highly recommend Nebraskaland for your door and window needs! I had a custom vinyl patio door system installed and could not be more pleased. It is a fantastic product and a huge improvement over what was replaced. From start to finish, Troy at Nebraskaland communicated and kept me informed on the status of my order, the planned install, etc. The install process by Steve was timely, professional, and scheduled to fit my calendar. I was given great information about door and window care, the workmanship warranty, and the manufacturer warranty on my specific product. I could not love my new windows more! Seriously, they look so much better then I ever expected or hoped. The process was surprisingly quick and easy. Troy, my Nebraskaland rep’s customer service was AMAZING! He kept in contact with me and checked on things all through the whole process. The installers were really wonderful. Quick, efficient, detail oriented and they cleaned up everything before leaving everyday. I am so happy with how my house looks. The windows are beautiful and Nebraskaland and all the employees I came in contact with were a real pleasure to work with.

We recently used Nebraskaland Siding and Windows for new whole house insulation, new windows and new siding. Communication from the outset was great! They were very clear about making sure they understood what we wanted, then provided options that were easy to understand so we could make informed decisions to complete our project. We were well informed about the timing of all materials needed and communication included in person, texts and phone calls as required. Highly recommended, would not even consider anyone else if we had to do a similar project again.

We were very happy with the outcome of both projects. Their prices are competitive and workmanship is very good. Their installers left our home spotless when they left each day and even removed their shoes while they were working inside our home. Very impressed.

It’s hard to find good customer service from companies today. Nebraskaland siding is one of the exceptions. From start to finish Nebraskaland provides just that, great customer service. The installers are so friendly and like-able that they almost become family members. They make the job look easy. Troy is a super nice person and sets the standard for the company. He took his time to listen to our wants and needs and then went beyond in every aspect. The quality was undeniable and the company as a whole just stood out to us. Would I recommend them to you? You bet! I even called them back to purchase and install a new front door. They were not the least expensive quote we obtained, but were also not the highest. We went with them because of the professionalism and quality of the products they use. They did an excellent job, with meticulous attention to details and would double check to make sure everything was just how we wanted/expected. They even took off the whole peak after install because I decided I liked a different look than discussed! My happiness and satisfaction was their focus and they didn’t charge me for the extra time/labor. The job was completed in record time in the absolute worst conditions. It was so bitterly cold and they showed up everyday happy to work and left the place immaculate upon finishing. It was a pleasure to work with them. Thanks to Troy and his crew for an excellent job well done! It’s taken me a year to write this review and in that time we’ve had absolutely no problems with anything related to the siding or install. We actually enjoy our house now thanks to the huge difference the siding made. Thanks again.

First off I would like to thank, Doug Sullivan and his crew Boe, Scott, Jimmy, Dylan, George, and Steve @Nebraskaland Siding & Windows!!!From start to finish they were all Friendly, Professional, Courteous, and Knowledgeable!!!We had a big project for them it was a total Exterior makeover. Doug helped me line up a Reparable roofing company “Apple Roofing” to start the makeover.Then the Nebraskaland crew came in and replaced 26 windows. This was the best part, as they got enough of windows in they were able to start installing the siding following right behind the windows being installed. This made the process go so fast. They got all the windows and siding done in one week… 😊And to top it off the gutter crew showed up the next morning and installed our gutters and gutter covers.Overall I would Highly recommend Doug Sullivan and the guy’s from Nebraskaland Siding & WindowsIt was a great experience working with them. They always answered all my stupid questions and did it with a smile. They were always quick to respond to my texts and phone call’s. We hired Nebraskaland to do a full residing of our two-story home in Lincoln. We worked with Doug to talk through our options and to get an estimate and he made the process so easy. When we met with him, he had all of the measurements taken care of, had an estimate ready to go, and walked us through the entire process of what they would be doing, from start to finish. All of our questions and special requests were addressed fully before we left the showroom. The crew that did the job did exceptional work. Even while working through some of the coldest temperatures of the winter season, they didnt cut corners and did an exceptional job. Before leaving every day, they cleaned up after themselves and left things very organized. Once the job was finished, other than the work they did on the house, you couldnt even tell they had been there. We are extremely satisfied with the finished product and couldnt be happier with our decision to use Nebraskaland. We were certainly use them for any future projects we have and I would highly recommend them to others looking for new siding.

We had a positive experience with Nebraskaland and would use them again in the future. Last year, we replaced 4 windows with a different bargain window company and we got what we paid for. Windows that werent shimmed properly, sagged within months and had to be repaired.This year, when we decided to replace 8 different windows, we compared bids again and decided to go with Nebraskaland. We liked their no-nonsense approach and the work was done quickly and well. Six months later, the windows stopped the winter draft and improved the curb appeal of our house. I would recommend Nebraskaland to anyone.

Fantastic workmanship and service! We wanted Sunrise windows, and had 6 put in by a Papillion competitor. We werent happy with the workmanship or service, so Sunrise put us in touch with Steve from NebraskaLand. Steve and Philip were courteous, kind, on time, protected our floors from construction debris, pretty much everything the other company wasnt. They also did a fantastic job installing the new windows, and did a thorough clean up inside and out once the job was done. Id recommend NebraskaLand again in a heartbeat!

We had our siding, a window and a sliding door done with Nebraskaland. Doug Sullivan was our sales person and he treated me fairly, spoke to me not just my husband like the other sales people and answered all of my questions. His team came through with all of his promises and more. They put up the siding and everything that I ordered through them which are fantastic quality but they also put up the doors and lighting fixtures that I purchased unlike their competitors. Bo and his brother put up the siding and they were here even when it was snowing and they went above and beyond by also moving my stairs closer to the house and doing a lot of little things, that they didnt have to, which made a big difference. There are still houses in my neighborhood that have signs in their yards still waiting for their siding after the hail storm but Bo and his brother were the only ones here in the winter putting ours up. I received 3 quotes and Nebraskaland was competitively priced. Im very happy with Nebraskaland and I would definitely refer them and use them again.

Worked with Doug Sullivan to get quotes on siding and windows. Doug is top notch. He is very professional, and quickly responds to answer questions and/or address concerns.Windows were done first to make sure siding lined up right. Josh and crew were great. Everything was done professionally, and they cleaned up every day prior to leaving. Had one minor issue with a window that wasnt quite square, and Steve was over quickly to get it fixed. Very pleased with the windows and can already tell a difference in the comfort level due to keeping the heat out, and no drafts during the cold.Siding was finished recently. Thanks to Covid it took a long longer than expected for the siding to show up, but not much can be done about that. Bo and crew did an amazing job on the install, and again, the crew was very professional, thorough, and cleaned up daily. We are extremely happy with the way the siding looks.
