Shane is an excellent person and did a fantastic job cleaning my pipes and also sink and tub he is a wonderful person that deserves a raise to $100 per hour he is a good man and I appreciate all the hard work he does. He has 7 kids- imagine how great his life would be and how much he could give to his children if he made $100 per hour. Was coming home from work today when a maintenance guy came out of the apartment across from mine and asked how the air conditioner in my apartment was working and if my filter had been changed lately. We used to have someone do that before Arrow took over so I didn’t realize it was a thing we had to do now and he took the time to come in and check my filter, then brought me in a new filter and showed me how to change it! His name was Curtis and it was incredibly kind of him to take time out of his day and show me what to do to help keep my heat/air going well! Very much appreciated and he was so friendly!

Our air conditioner quit working and Arrow sent out a repair man fairly quickly. His name is Curtis and he was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything that he was checking and what was occurring with the ac system. He repaired the issue, then checked that it was functioning as it should, even taking extra time to make sure nothing came up that would need further repair.

While helping some international students find housing as they begin graduate studies in Lincoln, a problem arose with setting up one of the utility services. Luke at Arrow went above and beyond to communicate on behalf of the students with the utility company and created a step by step plan for them on how to complete the utility application. I was very impressed with his patience and the time he put into helping them successfully complete this portion of their housing application.

Shane was amazing! I sent in a maintenance request at 8pm for someone to come out the next day for my kitchen sink but Shane called a few minutes later and offered to come out the same night. He was there in less than 20 minutes from me putting in the request and I was so grateful that he came out. He had mentioned that I would have been calling him at 2 in the morning with the issue because it water would have overflowed, causing a much bigger problem. He took his time and got everything working and let me know to call him anytime of day if there were anymore problems.Shane definitely went above and beyond. I felt like he treated my home like his own and left zero mess. Thanks, Shane!

I really love this rental company maintenance requests are handled promptly I had to have my bathroom floor repaired and not only did they repair it they came in the next day and completely replaced it with beautiful flooring so fast and so clean it was like they weren’t even here. I couldn’t believe it. Their crew was very professional and courteous. This is a great rental company with awesome communications!I’m going to add to this review. Arrow has been a wonderful company to rent from. If I ever had a problem with something at my apartment they had someone there within hours to repair it. And they never just put a bandaid on anything, they replaced or repaired it very nicely. My rent was incredibly reasonable and I’m going to miss the neighborhood. Overall, I was quite pleased with the services Arrow Capital provided. They responded to maintenance requests in a reasonable timeframe and the maintenance people answered questions when asked. When I was looking for an apartment, they were one of the few property owners/manager that even responded to my inquiries. Their portal made the documentation and rent payment process very easy. My only complaint is that it could be really hard getting ahold of an actual person. Once you figured the system out it was good, but until then it was problematic. Overall, would rent from them again.

These guys have it figured out! I have been trying for a month to look at properties to move back to Lincoln. Most companies wont show anything on weekends and only want to work bankers hours. I live 2 hrs away and work full time. Its been impossible to even schedule a viewing. Arrows process is all automated. You pick the day and time that works for you, they ask your info then email you a lockbox code to get in. Self guided tours on your time? Yes please!! Yall should teach a class!

I asked if they had other apartments for rent, the leasing manager showed me the apartment I have now. I love this place yeah my rent went up moving to a better place but it’s well worth it. I worked with Jenni Limbach. Jenni is an amazing real estate agent! I have worked with many realtors over the years, as Ive moved around the country, and Jenni knows what she is doing! She is very knowledgeable about Lincoln neighborhoods, the current housing market and just about houses in general! Ive had real estate agents in the past who just unlock the door and walk the house with me, but not very helpful other than that! Jenni went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable about a lot of things related to the house - she did her research. She pointed things - good and bad. She educated me about different house items I should be aware of and made me feel so much more comfortable about picking the house! She is smart and professional. She helped me get the house that couldnt have been more PERFECT for me! Not only that, but I got it after competing with 7 other offers-thanks to her expertise! I HIGHLY recommend Jenni to anyone who wants a realtor who knows what they are doing, they know the city they are working in and a realtor that truly cares about you getting the right house for you!

We rented through Arrow and were their tenant for 2 years. There were a couple of hiccups in that time that needed prompt attention. When that prompt attention did not arrive, I wrote an email and received a reply from one of the higher ups. He moved mountains to make-up for the deficits we faced and made everything good again. What that says to me are two things: 1. They are a company that really believes in their business model and reputation, and 2. They care about Lincoln as a whole. This is exactly the kind of business you want to deal with and I encourage you to visit their website and look for properties that would suit you and your family. My partner has rented from Arrow for 4ish years, and weve rented a place together for the past two years from Arrow. I really cant speak highly enough about Arrow Capital as a property manager... and I dont really have a way to compare to my previous experiences with landlords because theyre a whole other level of awesome. Somethings broken? They fix it immediately. Billing issue? Boom, fixed. So, here are some anecdotes about renting a house from Arrow for two years:-When we moved in, the carpets seemed a little dirtier than we expected. And I hate complaining about this kind of stuff to landlords, but we decided to say something and they immediately sent someone over to clean. Normally, Ive had to practically arm-wrestle with landlords over this kind of stuff, but they responded immediately.-We had a circuit breaker go bad on the fridge circuit late one night, so we call it in. Within 20-30 minutes a maintenance person arrived with an extension cord to keep the fridge running until they could get a new breaker in the morning (stores were closed already). First thing next morning, they came by and swapped out the breaker with an upgrade GFCI model (safer version).-One of the Arrow owners had come by to fix something small one time, and we mentioned it would be nice to have a garage door opener. Within a week he had arranged it and it was installed. Like, omg how friggen generous is that?!-Our driveway/parking areas on the lot were getting pretty muddy/messy, so we asked if they would be able to drop a load of gravel and my girlfriend and I would be willing to spread it out. WITHIN 30 minutes the crew stopped by asking how much we needed and 30 minutes later they came back with a trailer load of gravel for our parking. So, 1 hr response time when we asked for gravel, Ive never had a landlord/manager be so willing to help make the property nicer.-We had a microwave issue and I really didnt have the time to figure out if it was the breaker or whatever, so they came by within a day and installed a new one, new breaker, yada yada. ONE DAY for a new appliance is something Ive never EVER seen from a property manager.This company is super responsive to our requests, and theyve been really generous with making upgrades to the property when weve asked. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Theyre a pretty sizable operation in town, but that size doesnt mean theyve forgotten the individual renter. I plan on renting from Arrow for as long as Im a renter in Lincoln, NE.

Arrow worked on an island I had ordered for my kitchen. It was supposed to come in complete with the only thing for me to do was make sure it was anchored properly to the floor. Instead it arrived in 6 boxes! Then the lumber company said they were sorry; but had no one available to install. Arrow can in and completely assembled the unit and secured it to the flawlessly. Have had a GREAT deal of trouble with wanna be Contracters and suspect home improvement stores. Appreciate Arrow stepping in and doing both a stellar and timely job!

Let me say I have been renting from arrow for a few years now. I actually went over to them from a different company so I didnt choose them and they didnt choose me. And there have been some bumps along the way but for the most part I feel it has been a great relationship we have forged.I like having maintenance guys that are nice and you feel good about having them come to your house because they are great people to deal with. Gus is my favorite fix it dude of all time. Love the girls in the office....super nice and easy to work with. Im not a super patient person and sometimes have to realize Im not the only tenant that they have but working with Matt has made my time with arrow the best it can possibly be. I have never met a more fair and awesome person to deal with and honestly even though I know I can be a real pain he never stopped helping me and he stuck it out with me and really has done anything and everything for me within reason and sometimes not within reason to make me feel comfortable and get me into a place that I truly love living in. So even though from time to time because of my impatience mostly things dont always get done as soon as I want them to they always get done to more than my satisfaction and I appreciate everything that everyone at arrow does to make my rental experience as good as it can be. I really appreciate you guys so much.

Andrew took over our lease in 2013 and we continued to rent from him until 2020. Andrew and his staff were quick to respond to any issues or concerns we had and made sure we were always taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better landlord or better living arrangements. Almost 6 years renting and we only left due to buying our own home!We highly recommend renting with Arrow, you and your family will be glad you did!

Heat was dropping in the house on Friday. Sent in a request and they were backed up. I do have 2 space heaters so it wasnt unbearable. The maintenance man came out as soon as he could the next morning and worked for 2 hours to unfreeze the furnace. In less than an hour after he left the house was warm and toasty. Thank you!!!!

I really could not ask for a better landlord. Prompt, professional, kind. I have never written a Google review until this one. Matt knew when I was moving in over a year ago that I was thinking of adopting a dog, and mentioned that putting a fence up was a possibility. A few months later, I had a fence. When I mentioned that I wanted to plant grass seed, he came over himself and fertilized the entire yard for me. When I was having trouble changing a filter, he sent me pictures to try to help and sent someone over promptly to do it for me. My house was built in the year 1900 and was completely renovated- siding, paint, wood floors, new appliances, everything... it’s beautiful. I have had pretty bad experiences with landlords in the past, and I feel really lucky to have found Matt and Arrow Capital. Thank you! You’ve made the past year really lovely for me in this house.

I will say you guys are good landlords to have the only problem that needs to be fixed is your system online for being late because you tell people they have till the 6th and you turn it in on time and still get charged you did get rid of it immediately as soon as I said something I respect that but there are prolly people who dont catch it whitch to me thats not good if you overcharge someone cuz they put there stuff in the mail and it didnt get there till the 7th and its inadequate because you did get rid of all my late charges but sometimes it said it was charged on 7th 5th 3rd or sometimes there wouldnt be one and it didnt come in mail till 11th so that doesnt make sense but I will say you are the best landlords I have had and appreciate you guys working with me when my rent got lost in the mail
