    Kelli and Gabe are the best at True North. They are very customer oriented and want to have a great experience for their clients.     The team at True North put the customer first and integrity is at the foundation of all they do. When I work with a business, I dont look for perfection; that doesnt exist. I look for whether this is someone I can trust because in todays construction world, trust is king. Youre entering into a 9-12mo marriage with a company and that experience is stressful enough without having to worry about whether this is someone I can trust to tell me the truth, to not cut corners and do it right.If a family member or close friend asked me for who Id recommend to build their dream home, theres only one place Id send them. Their work is far superior to anything else Ive seen in Lincoln. I cant say enough good things about them

    We had a wonderful year building with True North. Alan and Sam did an amazing job meeting with us in the early stages. We loved Gabe and his kindness and patience. He was able to create every detail of our desires and dreams on a computer. The True North team was so organized and communicated well each day. Kelli was absolutely the best part of building our house. She was so sweet, patient, thoughtful, thorough, and talented. We could not have built a house without her. She did everything she said she would do and kept track of every detail and decision. She is amazing and so organized and dependable. Jordan did a thorough walk through before closing and created a wonderful packet of warranties and information for our reference. Dan was an outstanding foreman and will be missed. We are so grateful for the fun year we had building with True North.

    I was introduced to these homes by Alan and was very impressed by a the unique features they have as options. Wider basement stairs, built in cabinets and storage in the mud room and even a slide for kids down the stairs! - my favorite part was the outdoor fireplace on the back patio. Its crazy all the things I didnt know were possible or that I want3d until I saw them!
