Prairie homes is a great company. They took the lead in helping us design our first home as a married couple. They were able to give us the exact home we were hoping for. It turned out perfect. Charlie B. the warranty guy is wonderful and has treated us like family with the couple items we needed repaired. Him and Randy went out of their way to paint items that were not that bad but look great now. I’d recommend Prairie to anyone building their home.

Built a home in 2021 with Prairie and had a wonderful experience. Rob was excellent to work with! Just came up on our 11 month walk-through and only have a few minor fixes to be made. Charlie, their warranty guy is awesome to work with and super friendly! Super happy to have chose Prairie to build our home and would definitely use them again : )

I built my first home with Prairie. The home warranty manager, Charlie, has been nothing short of amazing. He was there for me every step of the way. Any issues I had, no matter how minor they were, were corrected right away no questions asked. I am certain you will not get any better customer service anywhere else. Every company needs a Charlie!!

We built with Prairie Home Builders 1 year ago and it was a great experience, they were always on top of everything as the build progressed. When it was time for the 11 month inspection Andrew was awesome to work with, he found and fixed a few small things that we didnt even see. It was a great experience overall. Great people to work with.

My husband and I built a home with Prairie Home Builders of Lincoln. It was exactly as we thought it would be and more! Great staff to work with, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. They give you a year and then come out and take care of things you may have noticed need touch-up. You receive a large 3 ring binder with all instructions and care for everything in your home -a big plus! They are right there after the year to go through everything with you. A great Company that builds quality homes! We highly recommend them!

Rob and his staff did a great job building our house. We decided to use their agent Linda. She was great to work with. We never felt pressured to buy any upgrades and was always given the best information about options when we asked about them. I would absolutely recommend this company if you ever want a house built.

I was a Realtor in Lincoln for 17 years before moving to Houston. After 5 years in Houston, we moved back to Lincoln and purchased a model home built by Prairie Homes. I then took the Realtor exam and got my license again. A few new homes built by other builders were for sale in our neighborhood, so I started showing them to my buyers. It did not take long at all for me to realize the quality in those homes was nowhere near the quality in our home. Since I live in one of their homes, I can attest to how they stand behind what they build. Their warranty is the best in the nation. I called Prairie Homes 7 years ago to say I wanted to sell their homes, and have been working with their staff ever since, loving every minute - I especially love seeing the look on my buyers faces when they walk into their home when its complete! It is for all these reasons and more that my husband and I have chosen Prairie Homes to build our next home - my husband said he would never live in a home built by anyone other than Prairie Homes!

Prairie Home Builders allowed us to take a house plan that they had but make changes and modifications enabling us to build the type of home that we desired. Dustin listened to what we were looking for in a floor plan and adjusted the plan while also offering suggestions for us to consider. Rob and Rick were always available to answer any questions we had. Tammy was very friendly and could direct us to whom we needed to visit with about any questions.

Great people and great business. They were helpful through every step of the process and made the home buying process easy. They gave us various options in building our home. Very few, but normal, malfunctions occur with superficial equipment on new homes. Thankfully, they and their subcontractors are quick to respond and fix any issues that have happened. Again, go with this company. You will be very satisfied.

We modified their base plan and made it our home. They listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that allowed us to stay in budget while still getting the home we wanted. Any issues that came up were addressed right away and corrected to our satisfaction.

I purchased my new townhome built by Prairie Homes in 2014 and could not be been happier with my decision of doing so! I still love my townhome, the floorplan is awesome and Prairie Homes warranty service is top notch. The whole team of people at Prairie Homes are very professional, knowledgeable and are focused on the clients needs. They are great people and I would HIGHLY recommend one of their townhomes or any of their beautiful custom built homes!
