Our house looks awesome! I’m very indecisive and Casey was patient with me while we were deciding what siding to use and gave good input. Our install crew (Shorty) did a great job. They installed new light fixtures and the ring doorbell for us since they were taking off the old ones for new siding. The house looks great and you can tell they have attention to detail (our water spouts are trimmed out, the lights are trimmed out, etc.), it looks awesome!Excuse the front door in the picture, that is our next renovation to tackle. Yes it’s no secret, siding is crazy expensive these days, but they exceeded expectations and we are very happy with our house!Myrtle green vinyl siding, carbon vertical board and batten vinyl siding around the front door & we painted the foundation with a black from Sherman Williams prior to installation. Here are before and after photos.

I chose Casey Nelson Exteriors mainly because members of my family had work done by them before, and I was impressed when I met with their salesman, Josh. I hired them mid August for replacing my roof, gutters, and window wraps. They upgraded my shingles at no extra cost, they accommodated my schedule to install the gutters before expected rainfall, and they completed the window wraps in 2.5 days and I have A LOT of windows. Plus its 20°-30° at the end of November. Nate, Mark, and Noe were absolutely wonderful. They visited my house every day that the projects were being worked on to ensure quality. Would I hire them again? You bet.

Our house had been due for an update on its siding for a long time. When a piece of soffit broke and needed repair, we called several different contractors to get estimates. Caseys was one of the quickest and most professional companies to work with right off the bat. Not only did they have excellent communication with us, but Casey came out to personally assess and go over possible options with us. He was able to provide us with several possible quotes including not just the soffit repair, but rolling it into a full house siding. Casey was fantastic to work with and never hard sold anything and was able to work with us to help us find a financial fit that made our goal of updating the house a possibility.Thanks to Casey and his team, our house was given a much needed face lift with beautiful new siding and gutters for our place, and the insulation they used has indeed helped lower our heating/cooling costs throughout the year.Want to give a special shout-out to Team Navarro with Caseys team. They were the ones who worked on our siding and there work was nothing short of amazing. Not only did they do a great job, they worked swiftly and kept us updated throughout the entire process. As we were looking to have our siding upgraded a friend of ours suggested this company. So I called to get a quote and next thing we knew we set it up to have it done. The person they had doing it was very nice and very detailed as he was doing the work. If we saw anything that needed fixed they were right there to fix it. Overall we are very pleased with the transformation and a before and after picture will be added. The thing I liked the most was the project manager was checking in on the progress and was always asking if there were any questions we might have. That in my opinion is how a good company represents its self. We are 100% satisfied with the outcome and will definitely refer them to family and friends looking to get siding on their house. Casey Nelson Exteriors is the place to go for siding. Casey worked with us in the beginning to choose product and give us options for financing. We were very impressed and very happy it comes with a transferable lifetime warranty. We ordered the product in the winter and come spring it was delivered on time and installed in under 3 days in sprite of rain. Jose and his team were very professional and we are very happy how it turned out. Sean the project manager was a pleasure to work with..very courteous and professional and answered all our questions.We usually shop around and but after seeing what they had to offer and the price we didnt look anywhere else..we would highly recommend this company for all your home improvements projects.

Good financial deal or not (which I think Nelson Exteriors is), new siding is going to cost a lot. When I spend that kind of money, I want the very best back in service and product, and I got it all with these folks. I had a time crunch for getting the job done, and they respected that and made it happen. From Casey to Sean to Jose to the other crew members, everyone was professional, courteous, efficient, interested in doing the job right - and they did. They noticed some things about my house that if they did only the job of replacing the siding as initially thought would have presented a potential problem down the line. They took the steps to make sure that wont happen. No extra charge. They went above and beyond what I expected. From the initial quote, to the job completion, the entire team at Casey Nelson Exteriors was absolutely amazing to work with. Casey didn’t make us feel pressured to purchase right away, in fact I think we took a month to finally make the decision to go for it. Once we placed the order, we had a few questions that came up and they were always quick to respond with exactly what we were looking for. Making changes on the job was easy and when unexpected things came up, they were honest with what it would take to fix it and they made sure to do the job the right way, even if it added days to the project. The installation team was on time, professional, cleaned up every single day, and didn’t cut any corners. The project manager stopped by multiple times and kept in very close contact throughout the entire process. We are incredibly happy with the results and really can’t say enough good things. We would gladly choose Casey Nelson Exteriors over and over!

Im extremely happy with Casey and his team of professionals! We decided to replace our exterior siding from the early 90s due to some rot, but didnt realize how bad it was until the old stuff was torn up. Caseys team replaced all of the rotting parts of the house and put up the new siding within 4 days, all while the project lead kept in constant contact with me. He frequently updated me on the status of the house and quickly addressed the only concern I had. Thanks guys!

Casey Nelson’s team Sergio WAS AMAZING!! First of all they started 4 days ahead of schedule which was a wonderful suprise! The team got here and they were responsive and eager to please! Extremely personable and friendly and very professional! And as they worked on our house, they were very detailed in everything they did. My husband and I were so impressed with team Sergio!They asked Questions to make sure that we were happy with certain details. They were also incredibly neat and tidy! After every Job They spent quite a bit of time, cleaning up the property all the way around our house before they left. My husband and I could not believe how quickly they got the job done. There were no issues at all. We are already telling friends and family how fantastic this company is! And the neighbors have been stopping as they walk by and telling us what a beautiful job they did on the house!Thank you, thank you, thank you so much Sergio and Jose’ and the rest of the team for blessing us with such a beautiful home. Let me preface this review by saying I initially went with a competitor. However after some issues I eventually called Casey and let me tell you. Within 30 minutes of leaving a voice mail I got a call back and within an hour after that Casey was at my house and then met me across town to talk prices. I explained the situation with insurance and Casey went to bat for me. Casey then followed up with me at my house to go over different options, I even talked about new windows but he told me my windows were still good and didn’t even try to up sell me on ANYTHING. Casey got more done in 2 weeks than what the guy I selected originally did within a year. On top of that Casey also got more money from the insurance company than what was initially quoted over a year ago when the claim first started. I’m sure, had I gone with him originally he could have got even more but because cost of goods had gone up insurance wasn’t budging. Casey was fantastic and really treated me like I was his only customer or personal friend. By the time we started building Sean was in contact with me and showed up onsite several times to speak with and address any concerns I had. No matter how small the issue was Sean insured that problem was corrected. The guys doing the siding were quite and efficient but completely approachable and answered any questions I had. I could go on and on but Casey Nelson exteriors went above and beyond with their services and I would gladly recommend this company to anyone need exterior services.

We had a very nice experience with Casey Nelson Exteriors. The entire process was a pleasure, from the first initial quote on our house to the final finished project! As soon as the materials were delivered, the project was started and finished in a timely manner. I couldnt be happier with the way our home turned out, thanks so much for the beautiful house!Edit to add, issues to come.2 years ago we had to replace our AC due to a leak we couldnt find, which then ruined our furnace which also had to be replaced.(The summer before we had low freon, they put 4 lbs in. The following summer it was down to two. So it was a slow leak for that long, following our new siding)After replacing it still leaked. After cutting out and up my entire wall and down the length of my ceiling they found the leak. There were extra long, nails through our copper pipes from the siding being replaced.After a long battle with the companys insurance we finally settled on the reimbursement of the AC unit.Now today, 5/1/22 (siding was done dec of 17/jan of 18)We are looking into work on our electrical box and found TWO more nails through the box ...Just praying they havent done any serious damage that will slowly over time cause bigger problems. Like a house fire 🤞So- overall, the cosmetic side of our house looked nice. Which caused SO many issues internally over the years.

We wanted to update the siding and patio door on our home and settled on Casey Nelson based on previous reviews. We made the right decision! Casey and his team were great to work with from the very beginning. Casey listened to what we wanted to do, explained our options and offered us exactly what we were looking for; no pressure, no hassle. We agreed on the timeline and and it was adhered to. Once the project started, Ryan stopped by daily to check on progress, look for issues, and listen to our concerns (we had none) and answer our questions. The crew doing the installation was friendly and respectful of our property and when they were done, between the install crew and the cleanup crew, everything was cleaned up and put back as it had been before. We will definitely be using Casey Nelson Exteriors for future projects.

We built our house from the ground up almost 30 years ago, and it needed some love and attention. We got some bids and Casey Nelson was very reasonable. They took the time to explain the process and order everything we would need. Their service staff was first rate.Supervisors followed up with us to make sure everything was progressing as expected. Only one small problem occurred, a damaged screen. They didnt Bat an Eye. The screen was repaired and replaced quickly.If youve ever had any construction done you know contractors can leave your place a total mess. NOT THE CASE WITH CASEY NELSON. I have never seen contractors clean the place as if they were leaving for good every day like they did.Most of the time when you make a sizeable purchase you have a bit of buyers remorse. Not Me. Id do this again in a heartbeat.If you need siding and/or windows dont hesitate to give them a call.What a great Value. Take my word for it. Youll regret using someone else.

When soliciting siding bids for my home back in 2014, I contacted Casey Nelson Exteriors among other contractors. I had a real concern about selecting a company that was based in Lincoln Nebraska when my home was in Omaha. But after meeting Mr. Nelson, he won me over. Not only did he offer a satisfactory bid, his demeanor and punctuality (in contrast to that of other companies) spoke very well of his business ethic.I selected Casey Nelson and hoped that time would not give me cause for regret. Years on, I could not be happier with my experience. It is one thing for a contractor to land a job, and another thing entirely for that contractor to stand behind their client after having been paid.When my siding was up and the job was done, Casey exerted himself to make sure that all lingering concerns were addressed. In addition to a few minor issues, I expressed disappointment over the fact that the work crew had taken down my flag holder, which had been mounted over the garage, without asking if I had wanted to keep it. I very much did. Let me be explicit here. Casey Nelson had my payment in hand and did not have to exert himself over my flag holder, yet he did. A few days later my flag holder was mounted. From my photo, I am sure you will agree that the flag is the crowning adornment to my home. I was VERY pleased.Recently, I suffered some minor hail damage to my siding in three places on my home, as did my neighbor next door. I contacted Casey Nelson Exteriors, while my neighbor called his contractor. In just days my damaged was repaired, my home restored -while my neighbor has nothing to show for weeks of waiting except a contractors yard sign on his front lawn. His damage is there to this day. He showed us samples of the different types siding and played out our options for us to think about. Top notch from start to finish! Casey and crew go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your home and the work they do. From the start Casey was there to explain all our options and spend as much time as we needed to decide and give us his recomendations to avoid further costs down the road. An example was our original windows from the house being built 20 years prior were starting to show their age and he recomended we replace several to avoid a seperate trip after they were replaced to redo the siding trim. He gave us a great price with several options and gave us time to decide with no pressure. When we made our decision he said he would get the ball rolling and assured us that everything would be done perfectly. He gave us his word on this. The windows arrived and the crew did a great job. They were friendly, efficient, and respectful of our home. When the day arrived for the siding to start everything began quickly. The crew was friendly and made sure to clean up each day to avoid our house looking like a mess. After a couple days it was all done and looked great. They cleaned up any remaining items and left. Shortly thereafter the leftover materials in the driveway were picked up and hauled away. I did a further imspection a few days later and noticed a few items I thought should be addressed. I called Casey (he gave us his number in the begining) and true to his word he assured me they always stand behind their reputation and would take care of the few items I inquired about. They got on it immediately and corrected the issues for me. Casey even told me that I could have called a year from now and they would have taken care of it free of charge. My house looks great and I sleep better at night knowing it was done properly by a local company that cares about their reputation as opposed to some fly by night here today gone tommorow company. And Casey was there from start to finish to make sure that it all happened as he gave us his word it would. He drove this one into the endzone and then kicked the extra point in for the big win! We had a couple minor issues, but they corrected them right away. You dont get customer service like this very often anymore, so it was a great experience! I would definitely recommend them.

From our initial sales visit from Casey to job completion, we are very happy with the results and heartily recommend his services. From the honesty of his ad and during his visit to our home, we had a good feeling and could see that Casey is very honest and square when dealing with customers.The supplies arrived consistent with the timeline of the project and a thoughtful friendly crew arrived the next day.The job was completed in only one and one half days including cleanup. The productivity of the crew was impressive. Our home is simple, but still involved about 1500 square feet of insulation foam under new vinyl siding. The Job additionally including repair of damaged rotted old siding material and wood in some areas. Also, many details like remove decorative wings and beams, removing and reinstalling light fixtures, ring doorbells etc. were handled well.Overall our 44 year old home, now looks brand new!
