I interviewed and received bids from three contractors before deciding to work with James at Ace Renovates. We are finishing a new basement, and my family wanted to do some of the work ourselves. James did the framing, minus apiece in the bathroom where the plumber needs to put in a new sewer line. James worked with us on the plans, pulled the permits, and was very responsive to my questions. I will have him and his crew back when we are ready for the next finishing stage! -
