I talked to Savannah on the phone, and she was very courteous and helpful. Ben was very helpful in talking to me about what he saw and gave me options to fix without pressuring me to buy services on the spot. I will definitely choose to use them again.

After getting bids and information from several different places Western was by far the most complete and the one that listened to our concerns. Tyler and Arty did an amazing job from start to finish, and when Brennan was free from another job he came out to help as well.For the first time since our house was built, including the builders changing out or original system, our house has been comfortable and capable of beating the heat without freezing over.I couldnt recommend this company and the people weve dealt with more and we are truly appreciative of the quality of life they helped us now be able to enjoy.Thank you!

Very pleased with my interaction with Western Heating & Air. We were having some issues and had Michael come out and take a look and he was so thorough and helpful and friendly. Later on the day of the install we had Tyler and Arty and they worked hard and went so far above and beyond doing little things in my furnace room just to be helpful (cleaned a drain and a few other random fixes just because). Truly great guys that were professional and thorough. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

My family returned home today to a house that is 45 degrees. Extended family is set to arrive today as well. We will have 4 children under 4. Two of them being under 6 months old. The company sent out 2 different technicians and replaced the piece that went out. With it being so close to Christmas this makes the world of difference and saves Christmas! Thank you to the 2 wonderful technicians that came out!

Hunter Petersen was amazing! Not only was his diagnostics and repair of the issues great — which I have frankly come to expect, & trust at Western — but his personal interaction was helpful and informative. I checked occasionally to see what was going on during the approx 6 hour repair. He always took time to explain the issues, draw diagrams so I could understand and answer all my questions. He asked if he could help me a couple of times when I was working in the yard, and once when my dog started barking at the “stranger”, he squatted down, called her over and talked to her — problem solved. Hunter is a great representative of the “Red Handkerchief Promise”.

My AC went out, so I called Western Heating & Air and Hunter came out to evaluate. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, very tidy, and professional. He confirmed the diagnostic tests with pictures, detailed explanations, and options. He was able to get the system up and cooling that night and ordered a part that was very worn and leaking oil. He has since replaced it in a timely manner. I found it very refreshing that Hunter and other coordinators at Western were great at communicating expectations and updates. I’m very pleased with their services and definitely recommend.

I hired slightly cheaper company come out a month ago to look at our a/c that was acting up and they were unable to diagnose our issue.Hunter with western came by today and was able to quickly diagnose and solve our problem. He was patient, and extremely accommodating.My husband, who usually handles this type of thing, was out of town. Hunter took the time to explain to me what was going on in way that I could understand and answered all of my questions.Everyone I’ve met from Western so far has been the type of person that I feel totally safe having in my home and around my small children. Hunter is no exception and big kudos to Mitchell for bringing him onto the team and coordinating with him to get us taken care of.

I am not very trusting of “service men” - it seems they find a problem but it is not the cause of the main problem you called in the first place. This time was different with Gabriel. He was open along the way of the issues he found. Which gave me options on how to go about repairs that could be contributing. He was fantastic! I would have him come back!

I called Western after one of the other big companies canceled and rescheduled my appointment for 3days later. I had a leak that wasn’t an emergency, but it was still an active leak. I loved how quickly (same day on a Sunday) I was able to get in. My technician Nic M. was amazingly helpful, friendly and informative and didn’t have any problem answering my 1 million questions. As a woman I really appreciated that Nic didn’t condescend to me when I didn’t know the proper terms for everything. He really took time to understand my questions and explain things in terms that I could understand. Seriously 10/10 would recommend. My husband and I are generally DIY, and even though the price point was twice as much, I feel that it was totally worth it because of the expertise and expediency with which my project was completed.

You know Disney magic? It’s kind of like that but for an HVAC company. They have my business for good!

We have had Western Heating service our A/C and furnace for years. They always have the nicest people who seem very knowledgeable and do a thorough job. I’ve liked every person who has come. We recently needed a new A/C and furnace (because of age and they weren’t functioning well) and they did a total overhaul, replacing the entire system. Sharee got us started and she was awesome. We felt so comfortable with her. She took her time and answered every question, showed us the system and what was wrong, offered an idea we hadn’t heard of to have better balance and air flow and was a delight to work with. She’s followed up to make sure we happy with the service and comfortable with everything they were going to do and everything that was done. She helped us with a price we felt comfortable with. We went forward with this because we really liked her and felt we could trust her and the company to take care of us. Keaton and another man came to install everything. They were great. Super nice, professional, knowledgeable, respectful and just great guys. They took care of everything and did a great job. I know there are cheaper tune-ups for your furnace and A/C, but you pay for what you get, and Westerns service was top notch, and provided a health report of my units unlike the three other, cheaper companies I called. To say nothing of the fact they took their time educating me all along the way, took the time needed for each unit (wasnt just a 30 minute, XX-point inspection), were kind, professional, extremely thorough (even wiping down surfaces that werent necessarily part of the package). He showed me the results of the tests he ran and recommended replacement of a few parts. He offered me 3 different options ranging from multiple parts to just the bare essentials in case the costs were a concern. Recently, Spencer came to my home at midnight to fix my furnace. When the pump quit working so did the thermostat, thus the furnace didnt work. Spencer resolved this issue quickly and replaced the condensation pump. We appreciate Western Heating and Air and coming to my home at such a late hour.

They came to install a dryer vent in my basement as I am remodeling it. I had used them earlier in the year to install HVAC ducts in my basement as well. They were recommended by a friend of mine. Each time the bids were fair and the service was outstanding. I will use them in the future for tuneup services on my HVAC system. Great company!!!

Our thermostat was not communicating with our furnace. Asa was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He provided a couple options for us. I felt the options were well informed and felt no pressure. After the repairs were completed he again explained what was completed. Offers suggestions for better performance, but we did not feel pressure to go forward with anything we were not comfortable with.
