Was away on a trip and neighbors alerted of an exterior pipe burst that had began seeping through a crawl space in my basement. I arrived the next day (a Sunday) and the team was waiting for me at my door. They immediately assessed damages, got humidifiers & fans running and began documenting/photos of all in case I used my insurance. They were impeccable every step of the way and communicated with expertise and guidance. They were on top of the entire process and referred me to GC, and other experts as impeccable as them. I am grateful for their services and promptness in suppressing further damage quickly and mitigating property properly.

Rob and his team came within a couple of hours of our distress call after our washing machine flooded all three levels of our house. He quickly and professionally summed up the situation, gave us an estimate and got immediately to work. They removed sheetrock and tile and carpet pad and over the course of a week, dried it out. They kept us apprised at every step and ended up charging less than the original estimate. I hope we won’t need their services again (!) but won’t hesitate to call if we do.

We have used the service of Water Damage Specialists twice, and they were always great to work with. Their professionalism is second to none. Dan and Norman would make sure that the damages they would cause when tearing off the drywall or other fixtures were minimal so the rebuild cost would remain as low as possible. They also have customers best interest at heart when presenting evidence to the insurance. Highly recommended.

We used Water Damage Specialists when we found we had a black mold problem. I consulted about ten different remediation companies and Dan was by far the most knowledgable and the most helpful. He was very honest about what was needed and what he could do. He helped me think through and make an appropriate plan. He was not one who would cut corners and I was so thankful for that because my family’s health was at stake. He and his employees worked hard and worked well. They documented the whole process and communicated with me during it. I have used Dan a number of times since and he has continued to provide beyond excellent service. Every time, he has shown that his knowledge is extensive and he was helpful in educating me so I was making informed decisions. I have referred Dan to many others and every one of them has been happy with his service. Sometimes if the job was one the client could do themselves, he gave them detailed instructions and product recommendations so they could do the job and save money. After sharing the difference in what it would cost to have him do it vs do it themselves. Dan is the most honest workman I’ve hired and I trust and recommend him completely.

This is the team you want! Water Damage Specialists Inc. are the industry standard. They care to do it right every time.We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ground water flooding into our basement twice. The first time was last year and we let our insurance company hire a mitigation team that truly cut corners in the clean up. We found and treated what we could when we replaced the floors/dry walls.This year, we hired ourselves based on wonderful recommendations/references. The Water Damage Specialists Inc. truly went above and beyond for us. They were on location so quickly with top-notch equipment. The professional on-site found and treated even more damage from last year! Weve learned that you need the best when it comes to cleaning up after a disaster like flooding and well return to these guys every time.

WDS is the epitome of professionalism and the best solution to a bad scenario. Our washing machine decided to dump water all throughout our home and within an hour WDS was out to assess and start mitigation. Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting with was kind and able to communicate each step in the process and demonstrate the technology and techniques being used. We went from puddles on our subfloors and water in our drywall to absolutely dry in about 5 days. While I hope to never need to call up WDS again, I would whole heartily recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you WDS for being the shining light on a dark situation!!

We had to deal with two sewer line backups in the past year with damage to our basement. Both times Rob and the crew at WDS were outstanding. They come right away and are always personal and professional and take the time to do things properly and explain everything along the way. This level of dedicated service is hard to find. While we hope to not need them in the near future, we would not hesitate to contact WDS immediately for any issue.
