The team did a great job servicing us the past couple days. We ran into multiple plumbing issues as we moved into our new home. Utah Valley Plumbing came out quickly to fix and improve all the plumbing behind our master vanity, install a pressure regulator, and address a leak in one of the tubs. Jackson and Collin did a great job taking care of us and were very knowledgable. We’ll definitely be using Utah Valley Plumbing in the future.

Contacted him to install a water softener that I was going to buy from a third party. The other ones never replied to our messages. Mark responded right away and took care of the job early Monday morning. Mark offered to come by to look at the work and provide an estimate. He was right on time and very professional. I showed him the problem, and if I had left him alone, I dont think we would have talked too much, but I had a few other plumbing questions for him. Not only did he answer my other questions, but he fixed some other quick problems, free of charge, and answered all of my just-because-Im-curious plumbing questions. I had never met or heard of him before that day, but we were chatting like old buddies by the end of the visit. On top of all of that, his pricing was fair, and he gave me recommendations that saved me money and that would make him charge me less. Id give him 14 stars if I could.

THERES A REASON UVP HAS SO MANY 5-STAR RATINGS!Our water heater failed overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. I called several companies and either got voicemail or was told Id have to wait 2-4 days for service. Lucky for me, I then found & called Utah Valley Plumbing. The phone system routed me straight to a member of their team. Turns out I spoke with owner Mark Anderson. Personable and empathetic, Mark said he could help me out that same day! Sure enough, one of UVPs courteous technicians (Jayce) arrived within an hour or so to assess what would be needed. He came back that afternoon and got straight to work! Mark came by a little later to see how things were going and pitched in to get the job done. While there, he also took the time to give advice & options for a couple of unrelated plumbing matters I asked him about. All in all, I couldnt have been more pleased with the whole experience and quality of outcome. Its great to know I now have a go-to plumbing company for any & all future plumbing needs - Utah Valley Plumbing!

Hayden was the technician (plumber) that showed up. He was polite, explained what he was going to do and was conscientious about the quality of his work. What surprised me the most was the owner came by afterwards and checked out the job to make sure I was satisfied with the installation and asked if I had any questions. A nice and professional touch. I had a great experience with Mark! I was replacing the shower head in my master bathroom and he came over multiple times. The first time he came, I had the wrong parts. He talked me through what I needed and what would work best in my space. When I got the parts in, he came back again and did not charge me twice. He even told me that if I didnt like the shower head, hed be happy to come back and switch it out (I ended up loving it.)Id also told him I was trying to put in a hot tub on my deck out back, and he referred me to someone he knew that could help me with that. Just an all-around nice guy and after a year Ive had no issues with the shower head leaking or anything at all.

We were having trouble with a lot of vibrations in our plumbing. After getting some recommendations from friends, we asked Mark from Utah Valley Plumbing to come take a look. He came very quickly and replaced a pressure regulator valve, which solved our problem. Even though there was a problem with the replacement part that caused it to take a little longer to install, he still stuck to his quoted price.We also had him do some preventative maintenance on our water heater, and at the last minute asked if he could replace a toilet fill valve, too. Were very happy with the results.

He spent an hour troubleshooting every possible cause of the leak. He found nothing to be wrong and tightened everything up for us. He gave us a tool to simplify the tightening process in the future. I asked him what I owed him and he refused to take my payment for his time and troubleshooting and responded with, I didnt fix anything. Mark and Jayce couldn’t have been better to work with. They exposed some more major piping problems that required getting our builder involved, and were very accommodating in a less than ideal situation for everyone involved. In the end having to tag team work with our builders plumber, who was a joke, and not easy to work with. The other plumber created more work for them, and this job ended up taking twice as long for them to finish, and they still only held us responsible to pay the original quote. Honestly, they likely lost money with this job, and we likely wouldn’t have been able to get our builder to take any responsibility if it weren’t for their knowledge and expertise. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Came same day when no one else could. Handled the warranty for me. Was patient talking through options and worked out a bigger unit still taking advantage of the warranty for the old unit. Removed the old water heater w/o a mess. Installed the new water heater. I inspected the results and everything was solid. Owner of the business came out near the end and inspected the results as well. Removed a plastic spoon from a toilet one of my kids had flushed down and got stuck and didnt charge for that. Also upgraded the water heater (anode rod) for longer life at just the cost for the part, no additional cost for labor on that. Everyone was professional on the phone and in person. Was also responsive over text. I vetted the pricing and found it to be competitive. Also double checked the warrantys value with the manufacturer and found it to be accurate to what Utah Valley Plumbing told me. I did not have a plumber yet in this area, but I do now.

I did like these guys and they fixed my issues the same day! My facets handle fell off, and my toilet connections were leaking when I installed a bidet. My only criticisms are that scheduling was very confusing, I was told noon, then I waited until around 1:30pm to ask where they were and they said they forgot about me. Then we rescheduled for before 6pm, and then they called me back saying they would be at my house in about 20 minutes. It was just confusing and a bit of a hassle. I appreciated them coming the same day, but I would have preferred a different day if it meant less scheduling hassle. Also it would have been nice to know the price of the service before they had fixed it. Overall good experience, I think the process just needs to be refined a bit.

The expansion tank on our water heater ruptured. I found Utah Valley Plumbing here on Google and was impressed with the 149 5-star reviews. I left a text message on the cell number on their website outside of their normal business hours, and Mark called me back two hours before they opened for the day. Mark sent Hayden, who arrived about an hour later (i.e. still about any hour before they started business for the day). Hayden is a freaking rock star. He quickly assessed the poorly installed ruptured expansion tank and showed me how it was also too large for our water heater. Hayden then replaced some surrounding pipes to ensure that the new expansion tank would be installed correctly. He then installed the new expansion tank and even checked on an upstairs faucet. Hayden was all finished in less than an hour. Incredibly efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Plus, it all cost less than a different plumber had estimated. I am very happy to be the 150th 5-star review for Utah Valley Plumbing.
