Valley seems like a great company and I had an excellent experience with technician Jaxson. I requested a free quote for water softener install. scheduling was quick and easy and he arrived on time, was professional, and courteous. The no pressure offers for additional items he noticed in the home made it feel like he was working with me to maintain my home rather than trying to squeeze needless upgrades onto the final bill. He removed my old water softener and installed a new one which I had purchased from Amazon. Even though it wasn’t a product they sold me, he was thorough in his explanation of how it works and how to maintain it. The job felt 110% done before he left which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!

Jaxsen was here working hard all day to put in a Halo filter in our crawl space and a tankless water heater in our laundry room. Brian and Jaxsen worked together all morning removing the old water heater from the crawl space and putting in the new filter. They not only worked well together, like friends would, but they were respectful of me, my time, space and belongings, as well as informing me of when water and gas would be turned on and off and asking if I needed to do anything before turning things off. Their respect for me and each other was so refreshing. When Trayten arrived in the afternoon to help finish placing the tankless hot water heater he was just as respectful and helpful as Jaxsen and Brian. Honestly, they all worked together so well they seemed like good friends and were willing to answer my questions and show me things along the way. Not only do I have a nice new hot water heater and filter, but my family had the experience of good, hardworking and cheerful men making things better for my home and family. When they left my youngest asked me if we could tell them to come for dinner sometime! Big applause and gratitude for Jaxsen, Trayten, and Brian from Valley Plumbing for a job well done in such a cheerful and respectful manner!

Neil did a great job replacing our garbage disposal. He was really easy going and loved playing with our 2 dogs. It took him less than an hour to finish up and I felt like it was a fair price. It was shy of $600 for the new stainless steel disposal and the labor. This 3/4 horse power disposal also came with a 7 year warranty. I would use them again for water heater replacement or any other plumbing issue that I cant do myself.

I was very satisfied with my service from Valley Plumbing. Two men (Luis Garcia and I didnt catch the other guys name) came out to my home to do an inspection of all faucets and water connections. They had a window of 8-10am and arrived around 8:15am. They were courteous and friendly, keeping me updated throughout the process. They went only where directed and did a very thorough inspection. Upon discovery of two minor issues, they showed me pictures and explained why they were a problem, offered me a quote, and were able to do the work immediately upon my approval. All in all, they were gone in less than 90 minutes. I would highly recommend Valley Plumbing.

We are very happy and grateful for the work that Taylor and Tytan of Valley plumbing did to replace the sagging sewage pipe under our basement foundation yesterday and they did it for a fair price. Taylor used a camera with an inclination sensor and a cool red wand to identify the location of the belly or sag in our pipe and then fix it. Until Taylor met with us, we were terrified to have a hole dug into our finished basement. But Valley plumbing has advanced equipment and teams up with Utah disaster recovery, and practically all the dust was confined to the work area and didn’t affect the rest of our house. They even put a plastic sheet to protect our floor and carpet from work related traffic in our house. Well done Taylor and Tytan and well done valley plumbing!

He was clean & courteous. He was very thorough. He thought it was something different than a sink clog, so changed out a vent but then had to snake it anyway. It was very nice that he didn’t charge for that. A $20 vent + labor was $300+. It’s pretty scary that all plumbing companies rip people off because they know each others’ rates for snaking a sink.

I received 3 estimates for a water heater installation to replace a water heater that broke under warranty--meaning my estimates included labor and applicable fees only. The first 2 came back at over $1600 and I was fully expecting this estimate to be around the same. It was not. In fact, it was quite a bit less while still being reasonable for the work required of the job.The plumber that came out to give the estimate and do the repair was super friendly and mindful of cleanliness while in our house. Actuall installation was quick and it looks like a high quality job.The company was easy to get a hold of and communicative of scheduling reminders as well.Cant say enough good things about everything from making my first call for an estimate to seeing the completed work. Would highly recommend!

Dean has been assigned on multiple calls to my home in the last year, and Im glad when I see hell be on the job. Ive been a Valley customer for about 4 years and have always had good experiences. Today, Dean conducted an annual home check-up as part of an annual service package I pay for. He conducted a thorough inspection and provided expert insight and maintenance advice. He also made quick work of a broken bathtub valve that needed to be repaired and had the part on hand needed to make the repair - great guy, very nice and personable as well. Valley was actually proactive about scheduling the inspection as part of the annual quality service I had paid for, and I renewed the service for the next year today with Dean.

We had a plumbing emergency with no working bathrooms in our house. I called valley and they told me they would have someone out to me the same day! Ryan sent us a message before hand telling us a little bit about him, which I thought was a great personal touch. It was nice to know who was coming in our house before it happened!! He ran us through the plan and got right to work. Our issues seemed to be getting worse as the evening unfolded, but Ryan was so happy to help. He ended up staying for about 5 1/2 hours (and working well into the night) to make sure we were all set with no further issues. The technician that arrived, Neil, was very professional, easy to talk to and did a fantastic job. The quality of the work was top notch and they got in and out really quickly. I definitely plan on continuing to use Valley whenever I have any kind of plumbing issue.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to mask usage. Neil kept his mask on the entire time he was here but a trainee or assistant who accompanied him did not and had his down under his chin for pretty much the entire time he was in my home, including when conversation was happening just a few feet away from each other. I nearly asked him to leave the house.

Technician Randy is a professional and a great asset. He’s been there for 36 years! When you have a technician with that kind of loyalty, you know he’s good and that the company is doing at least a few things right.Company arrived within 1 hour of my call. They ended up doing 3 other buildings because they were so good.The latest - 600 feet of main line/ 10 new meters. Michael, Jules and the crew were great to work with, prompt, clean, and fast.Even came back after all the unexpected moisture turned part of their work to mud. I called Valley Plumbing when my shower stopped working. I had talked to another plumber (different company) earlier who was nice but gave me a quote for a lot of things that’s I didn’t need and he wouldn’t be able to fix the pipes until 6 weeks later. I should have called Valley Plumbing first because they sent Brandon Young that day to give me an estimate and schedule the service. The estimate was MUCH more affordable than my first plumber’s quote and Brandon was able to come back less than a week later to get all of my pipes replaced. They just left and my shower is running perfectly! I am already scheduling out further plumbing work I need to get done with Brandon and Valley Plumbing because they are affordable, punctual and professional. Brandon is awesome! He took the time to explain things to me without being condescending or impatient. The bill was straightforward and matched the quote I was given- no hidden charges! Pedro was awesome.Small mishap, the tech that was learning spilled some glue on my linoleum floor in the basement. Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning was amazing! Our pipes were humming every time we turned our water on. I submitted a request through Angies list and within minutes got a call from Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. They worked around my work schedule and had someone scheduled for the very next day. A couple hours after I scheduled the appointment, I received a text to my phone confirming my appointment. The day of my appointment I received a text informing me that they were on their way to my home. Once Chandlyr Tebbs and his partner arrived they were extremely friendly and worked with us to find the problem quickly. They did several tests to find the problem and within 30 minutes they knew what the problem was and walked us through what the issue was and what needed to happen to fix it. It cost less than I was expecting and they got the problem fixed within 1 visit. I will recommend them and if I ever need it again, Ill be using them in the future.

I had a very unfortunate emergency drain issue that took two and a half days to clear. I worked with 5 different plumbers throughout the whole mess. Every one of those plumbers were awesome! My favorite has to be Josh Ashby. This guy made me feel like I made a new friend as he spent the day clearing a drainline of roots. When he was finished he sent a camera 60 feet down the line to confirm he solved the problem and the line was clear and free of defects, and he did it free of charge. This is a very impressive and fair company to work with. I will definitely request Josh for any other plumbing work I may have in the future.

Got a few bids on installing a new water heater that I had purchased myself. After laughing AnyHour out of my house, I called these guys from a recommendation from a friend. Bubby came out and gave us a reasonable bid. They were not the cheapest, but they were in the neighborhood of reason. He got us an additional small discount after we asked for it. We gave them the green light.During install, it was found that because I purchased a bigger unit, we had to upgrade our exhaust from 3 to 4 pipe. Not a small thing, and cost him at least an additional 2 hours.I was dreading the final bill, but they did not charge me a penny extra from the original quote! NICE.Then, a few days later on a SATURDAY, water was gathering on my utility floor. My heart sank. I called them, again, on a SATURDAY. They answered the phone! They had a technician (Tom) come out on a Saturday, and take a look. Turns out, it had nothing to do with the install or the heater, it was the humidifier connected to the heater. While he was there, he camera my main drain to make sure it wasnt backing up, and a few more tests, just to be sure. Everything else looked great. I bypassed my humidifier, and was back in business. They did NOT charge me for the Saturday response.Thank you, Valley / Tower Plumbing!

Kevin did a great job unclogging our drain. Ive always had a great experience with every technician that has come to take care of an issue. The only reason Im giving 4 stars on this review is because the after hours service is horrible. I called at 8:30 PM on Friday night to have someone come unclog a drain. I didnt get a call back until 10:30 PM and the technician said he was still at least an hour away from coming. Because our business closed at 11:00 I told him that didnt work. Kevin offered to come first thing Saturday morning, which he did. He showed up at 8:00 AM Saturday morning and took care of the issue. Like I said, Ive always had a great experience but the after hours service is not good.

Mason came yesterday and repaired a leak in bathtub supply line. He did a great job. And tried so hard to create a clean hole in my wall. Took extra time trying to work around supports, nails, seam, etc. He also thought carefully about how to fix leak. Very happy with the work done. Also, Cassidy did a great job in contacting me about a more recent availability of plumber. Mason also found some coupons in order to lower cost. Thank you Valley Plumbing and Mason and Cassidy.

There aren’t words to describe the experience we had with valley plumbing today except to say it was beyond excellent! I called this company at 1:55 this afternoon after our original plumber from a different company called to push back our appointment for the 3rd time. Valley accepted our business and we’re out to our house at 2:27! AND they charged us $400 less than the other company had quoted us for doing the exact job. The gentlemen were kind, funny and showed nothing but professionalism and courtesy. We now have working pipes (after being without for over 5 days) and will be recommending Valley Plumbing to all of our friends.

I called and requested a quote from these guys for some underground pipe repair in my home that I was told was needed by a previous plumber. James came out and was very thorough and walked me through the entire plumbing nature in my home to help me discover the true problem we were having. After all that the quote was free! Such incredible value! Ryan came out an hour later and was incredibly quick at removing the object that was obstructing the pipe and got us moving again! And the price to get us moving was cheaper than anyone I’ve used before. These guys are my hands down plumbing service.
