    I had a great experience with Schoonover Plumbing & Heating! From the start, Chad was fantastic over the phone—super friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about the reverse osmosis system installation. Jake, the plumber who came out, was early (which was a nice surprise) and made sure to walk me through every step of the installation. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, making sure I understood how the system worked before he left.     I called Dan at Schoonover Plumbing about replacing my water heaters. He was knowledgeable and very informative about Al my options. Due to my schedule, I was not able to take the next day installation date but took on a couple days later. The technician installed and cleaned up afterwards. I am extremely pleased with the job.     Nick came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. I told him it couldnt be the PRV because another plumber just replaced it about 2 years ago. Nick saw the signs of a bad PRV and wanted to be thorough, so he checked it. That ended up being the problem and I have normal water pressure again!I was very impressed with his attention to detail and expertise.

    I was so impressed with these guys and Trevor service. In a time when many companies are overwhelmed and too busy to care about great service Schoonover really came through for me with scheduling and experience. I had two other companies come before then and each of them had no clue what was causing the horrible smell from my drain.When these guys came out within 5 mins they had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was floored I was sure they would have to rip up flooring.Thank you for helping us get it right!

    Schoonover updated the sewage system on our family property in Duchesne this past spring. The property is fairly remote so everything from delivering material to coordinating manpower for the installation required precise planning and care from the Schoonover team. We had a great experience! Our family has reached out to Schoonover multiple times since then for guidance on a few other DIY projects; They could have charged us an arm and a leg for their expertise but they’ve always treated us fairly. Would recommend them to anyone!

    They were booked 3 weeks out (I thought these guys must be good then) but they had the courtesy to refer me to another plumber who took care of us.     I needed someone to remove my radiators so that I could install new hardwood floors. The radiators were extremely heavy and extremely old, making this a difficult job. They were willing to take on this different job, and did it very well. A couple of problems came up, and they solved them quickly and at a fair price.I am very happy recommend this company.

I noticed the problem wasnt fixed & called- he turned the truck around & came back, working for another 45 minutes until it was guaranteed! Then, as a favor, he looked into plumbing the water softener in our basement even though it took up more time! He made me feel valued & like I was the only customer he had that day. I know he was busy because I was barely able to get scheduled but I didnt feel rushed at all! I will always use them for our plumbing needs!!
