We really enjoyed this company. Our water heater went out one night, and they were able to come the next morning! Clark was kind, professional, and most of all really helpful. He explained how our water heater works (were new home owners) and just in general was a helpful, considerate person. The whole experience wasnt awkward at all, like it can sometimes be when a repairman comes over. Plus it was quality workmanship. He was careful with our carpet and considerate about when entering the house, etc. I would highly recommend him! (I specifically asked to leave a review, and this is actually my first google review - which tells you how much we appreciated him and his services.)

He was just here and got my sink running again for a reasonable price, plus he helped me figure out where our system is going bad and what will need to be done in the future so that we can start saving for it. I have dealt with a slow draining, clog in our tub and couldnt get it fixed myself. Bummer ):Aloha came out promptly and corrected the situation right away. They were such professional and polite men.We also decided with the water situation in Utah, to install water saving toilets.Aloha took care of that as well right away and installed all new bathroom toilets! Way to go and thank you Aloha Plumbing!!We are so happy with our bathrooms!The cost of it all was so reasonable for us.We recommend to everyone to give them a call and you will find a company that is swift and pleasant to deal with. I bought a brand new house and after moving in realized it took 10 minutes to get hot water to my kitchen sink. I called a couple different plumbing companies hoping to remedy the problem quickly. One company said it wasnt an easy repair and the entire system would have to be re-routed. Dylan from Aloha Plumbing said they would need one day and he could fix it. He and his staff were friendly and professional. The job was done in one day and the price was very reasonable. I have hot water instantly, Im so happy! I highly recommend Aloha Plumbing Sewer & Drains!

Aloha Plumbing pretty much saved my family during an emergency where our plumbing was out of commission for over two days. We had a different plumbing company come to our home where they worked for about 4 hours and were unable to resolve our issue. We then called Aloha Plumbing to take a look and literally within 5 minutes of being here, they had completely solved our problem.Aloha plumbing is THE BEST company Ive ever worked with in this regard, and the owner Dylan is one of the nicest and most thoughtful people Ive ever met. He offered expertise and advice that was non-existent with the other company that came to our house for the same issue. If youre in a bind, call Aloha Plumbing! Theyll take good care of you and provide a lasting solution for your plumbing needs.

A sound in the walls had been bothering us through many visits from other plumbers. John came in and listened to the noise and our story and immediately knew what to do. He went out for a new part, replaced it in 10 minutes and was gone. We havent had any problems since. What an amazing plumber! Would definitely call Aloha next time!

Edit: Aloha Plumbing has fantastic customer service. They reached out to me after this experience and refunded the sewer scope and did all they could to remediate the situation. They also said that the employee that did the scope had been purposefully overpricing services and was no longer employed with them as a result.We used Aloha Plumbing to do a sewer scope before we bought our house, as part of our house inspection. They said that we needed to excavate 40 feet of plumbing because there were two shallow bellies in the sewer line, which would cost $15,000. We had three other plumbers look at it, since we really wanted the house and this was a huge expense. None of the other plumbers were concerned about the sewer, as it has been fine for the past 30 years. One plumber said that if we wanted to excavate the plumbing (as Aloha suggested) he would charge $8-10,000.I did not see these reviews before we hired Aloha Plumbing, but it looks like there is another reviewer who had a similar experience of this plumbing company telling someone at a house inspection that they needed costly, extensive (and ultimately unnecessary) repairs.
