5 star service!!! I called Alma with Sunset Plumbing at about 9pm on a Thursday night because my water heater went out. Alma was quick to answer the phone and all of my questions. I am sitting here writing my review at noon the very next day with a new water heater. Great price, great service!! Dont bother calling around. This is the guy you want to call!

Almas cost were very reasonable compared to other estimates. Also, he was easy to communicate with and he did an excellent job. I was so impressed with Alma that I scheduled a time for him to come back next week and replace my 12 year old water heater. Definitely 5 stars!

I just moved into a newly built home in southern Utah County and needed a custom installation of a $5k Tyent water ionizing system which involved drilling a hole into my solid surface kitchen countertop.I tried to book a few different local plumbers, but after two or three days they each responded to my service request only to decline the job! I had no idea what to do!So I reached out to a trusted friend who seems to know everyone after having lived in the area for over 50 years. Surely he would know who the best plumber is in town. Without hesitation, he recommended Alma Bradshaw of Sunset PlumbIng.Literally minutes after the service request was submitted, I received a text message from Sunset Plumbing, and my service appointment was given a priority booking!The service technician Alma Bradshaw clearly explained what would be required for the job, got my approval, and then proceeded to install the water ionizing system flawlessly. He was very professional, and his pricing was better than what I had expected!He also went above and beyond by cleaning up all the packaging materials that my system came in and disposing of them for me. He left my kitchen looking amazing! I am so happy and grateful!And now I have my plumber for any future needs. I definitely will be recommending Sunset Plumbing to all of my friends too!

I was very impressed with Sunset Plumbing from start to finish. I messaged them late on a Friday night expecting to hear back Monday. Alma responded right away to understand the details and severity of rhe situation.When he arrived, access to the issue required a little TLC. He kept a positive attitude and made quick work of a difficult situation. You can also tell he is very experienced, had the right tools and knew just what was needed for the job.We had another company come fix a plumbing issue a couple months ago, but the price was much higher for a simpler issue. The service was fantastic and the price reasonable. I will definitely be calling Sunset in the future.

I called this number frantically at midnight on a weeknight when we believed we had a sewer line issue at an apartment building. Alma answered, determined I was almost 2 hours away from him so he would not be the best person to come on site, but stayed on the phone with me to talk me through the issue and possible solutions. He knew that wed need to hire someone else locally to address the situation the next day, but spent almost 30 minutes on the phone with me and reviewing plumbing photos I was sending in the middle of the night to help me out of kindness... this kind of generosity and willingness to help can be hard to come across these days and I am so thankful for the time he spent remotely to help me find the water shut off. I would HIGHLY recommend working with him - he demonstrated expertise but also a pure desire to help.

Called Alma at Sunset to check pricing to replace two 50 gallon water heaters after getting quotes from two other big shops. He did it for a much more reasonable price and has far more experience than the apprentice plumbers the other two places sent out. I highly recommend him.

Alma is fantastic! I had a running toilet and after sending him a quick video, he was able to diagnose the solution and called me to talk through how to quickly fix it vs coming out and charging for something that would take 5 quick min. Not many people have that kind of integrity but Alma does and why I will continue to use him moving forward.

Alma replaced our water heater. Not many places with give you a quote over the phone, but he does. He also explained the difference between brands/costs and why he uses what he does. I felt very confident in using his services after we talked. He was also able to come and replace our water heater quickly, called just before 10am, and it was installed before noon. Alma was very kind, worked quickly, and was very considerate (he kept his work boots outside without being asked).

I called Alma late on New Years Eve after my water heater went out. He talked me through a bunch of troubleshooting over the phone free of charge because he didn’t have time to come see it himself. Eventually I ended up needing him to do some fixes and he was timely and took care of all the issues. 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely be my go-to from now on.

I woke up to water leaking out of my mechanical room and noticed a large leak in my water heater. I needed my 50 gallon water heater replaced and I didn’t know if we should go with a tankless water heater or just change out the 50 gallon water heater we had. After a couple of pictures and a quick discussion over the phone, Alma quickly assessed the situation and came to my house right away to replace my water heater. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and took care of our water heater replacement. Unlike the sharks out there trying to scam people in a time of need, Alma treated the situation the way he would like to be treated - with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend him!

We had issues with Schoonover here locally in Lehi (they installed a gas line incorrectly) so I needed to find a new plumber. We were very pleased!
