Salisbury Plumbing rescued me right before I had out-of-town guests coming for the holiday. Our basement shower had terrible water pressure and no hot water. I was helped quickly by Jose--who was knowledgeable, efficient, and cared about saving me money. I would highly recommend Salisbury for all of the above reasons, and also for the reason of just downright friendliness! Jose is awesome!

Quick, clean and professional. I was so pleasantly surprised at the ease of this whole ordeal. I had a problem that I needed a plumber for and within one business day I had my problem solved. I had 3 rental properties that needed a waterline run to ice makers on a new fridge and Salisbury made it happen fast and professionally. Couldn’t be happier! Will definitely be calling again in the future!

Salisbury Plumbing rocks! My water heater failed this morning and he came within 90min. He was polite and respectful. Even though I had never performed maintenance on my water heater he never made me feel uncomfortable. I guess mine had so much sediment in it he had to call a coworker to help drain it and pull it out! Salisbury Plumbing is thorough, efficient, effective and straightforward. I’d highly, highly recommend them!!

Don’t call anyone else, Jose is your guy! Jose was the only plumber I called that actually asked questions to fully understand and educated me to make sure what I was requesting was actually going to work. He provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Will definitely use Jose again.

Jose was wonderful! He communicated well. He did, fast, quality work. He explained the pricing, and gave us the option to prepare the plumbing area to keep the cost down. He is honest and was kind to our curious children. He even fixed a second plumbing issue we had, but only charged us for the original repair!

Outstanding work by Jose. We have a 100+ your old home that a new shower needed to be installed in which included crawling in a very small very old very spider filled crawl space in order to connect the water and sewer. We did have an exterminator stop by before Jose started his work, its not we were afraid we might lose him down there :-) The work was outstanding the price was reasonable, these are the guys you need to work on plumbing.

Our water heater fried at townhome we rent and these guys were there ASAP and were even willing to wait for me to call management after their approvals process screeched to a halt. We recently moved into our new home to find out that our water heater wasnt operational. Our first efforts to have our water heater serviced was with another company that lead to an overpriced quote and an open gas line that eventually leaked gas throughout our entire house. Once we recognized the emergency we decided to go with any other option we could find, and when we called Salisbury Plumbing they were able to get a technician over to our house in minutes. They remedied the problem, gave us a fair-market quote, and installed a new water heater the very next Monday. Seattle was excellent to work with, and he even helped us install a new kitchen sink faucet that we had been planning to put in ourselves the next day. Overall we were very satisficed by their responsiveness and good quality work.

Salisbury was referred to us through our contractor on a complete basement remodel. Seattle was the main guy who came to our place each day and did the bulk of the work. He was awesome! He really knows his stuff, and he was pleasant and polite, always. We had them put in a new water heater (tankless), new water softener, new kitchen plumbing (sink, dishwasher, disposal), 2 bathrooms (sinks and toilets in both, tub and 2-head shower in the other). Its been nearly a year since they completed the work, and we have had no issues or leaks. When I need plumbing things done going forward, I will definitely use Salisbury - especially if they send Seattle.

Ended up going with a tankless water heater, so we had to move some lines round to make it fit. They were priced competitively, he was on time and kept me informed of the process. Did a great job, would use them again.

Salisbury Plumbing is amazing! They came to my house to give me a quote and fixed a leak with no charge. They spent lots of time consulting with me on the best options for home water filtration and they delivered exceptional service! They are knowledgable, honest and helpful. I was working with Jose and he is AMAZING! I had them flush our water heaters, service our RO system and replace an expansion tank. I plan to put Salisbury on my annual household maintenance plan calendar! Also, if I have the opportunity to build a home in the future I will have them do our plumbing and consult on a home water filtration system.
