Kyle came to my house twice, once for a special on tuning up my furnace and the other for an in-depth cleaning. He was very prompt, communicative and showed me pictures of my units to explain what he did and what they could use to retain their quality. Because I have never had my units serviced since building my home three years ago, I signed up for a preventive maintenance plan. I have already recommended 1-800 Plumber + Air to several neighbors and will to you as well! Its a stress off my mind knowing the furnaces are tuned up for the 24-25 Winter season and feeling like a responsible homeowner. Thank you, Kyle!!!

What a winner Kyle is!! I ask many questions and he took time to answer all of them and explain things. He also explored options to make the things happen that I wanted done. No other place where I obtained bids did that as much. He showed that he was not only a good businessman but he could be genuinely interested in his customers. Hottest day ever and of course my air conditioner decided not to cooperate. Upon inspection it was loaded with ice. Oh boy. 1800plumbers sent Kyle right out to save the day. And save the day he did. Tools, shoecovers and impeccable manners, and about an hour and he had me all up and running! He explained everything as he did his inspection and gave me a look into the future with possible things to watch for and things that were close to be needing to be replaced. I appreciated such a professional evaluation! Highly highly highly recommend this company! Kyle was amazing and did indeed save the day!

There was a continuous leak somewhere causing water damage to our floor and underneath the cupboards. In the last 4 years I have called for service/repairs, several different plumbing companies. Then last week I had to call one again for the same problem. The company repairman was here under 15 minutes then said that we would have to replace the dishwasher that a pipe had broke underneath it. I knew that wasnt the case, so I called 1800Plumbing+Air. Within 15 minutes one of their service vans showed up! They were prompt, polite and explained everything to me. Wow, what a great experience! I had a problem with an external pipe that led to a French drain. The technicians hydro jetted, and ran a camera down the pipe. I wasn’t sure what to expect as the drain was there before we moved in. No surprise, but they found obstructions further down the pipe. They were able to resolve the problem, and pricing was more than competitive. Plus, the team worked like crazy, communicated well, and didn’t leave until everything was done to my satisfaction. I’ve definitely found my plumbing company for any future problems.

My home is a 1972 build and is showing its age in several ways. The most recent one was a slow draining issue in our main line that has been an issue and has gotten worse since we purchased our home in 2006. The results of the evaluation by the 1-800 Plumbers supervisor was not what I wanted to hear, but I’m glad that I had chosen them for this major undertaking. To say that this company stands behind their work would be an understatement. I have no hesitations in recommending 1-800 Plumbers+Air for any repairs, big or small. They come and give us an estimate about 8:30 am was very well and straight forward we liked his good nature and decided to do the tankless water heater. We just moved into a home and needed to have a cracked pipe that was spraying water everywhere repaired in our back yard. Our property management company reached out to 1-800-PLUMBER + AIR to have a technician come out and they sent CARLOS LUNA to help us out and he was the absolute BEST!! Very personable, pleasant, thorough and professional!! He was on time and was able to quickly fix the pipe in no time at all. No more leaking and spraying. Very knowledgeable Young man came out to give me a quote on what it would be to change over from electric to gas stove, as I thought I had an existing gas line. When pulling my stove out, we realized that I did not have an existing gas line and one would have to be ran and my current stove was hardwired in and new stoves require a 240 or 250 plug in. Unfortunately, it is not within my budget at the moment to make those changes. He informed me that I would need to hire a electrician to do the electrical work as well. In the future if I can work it in my budget I definitely would call this young man back

This was for a sewer scope on a home purchase and it took a little longer than expected. He had to cut or grind off the Cap to the clean out and then didnt have the part to replace it so ran to one store, came back and it was the wrong size, so had to run to another store. A 30 minute job turned into a several hour job. I was also told I would be given notification when the driver was on his way but I received notification when he was at the property. The property is 30 minutes from where I was at so I had to scramble to get there and meet him. The sewer scope was done well though.
