Daniel installed a new kitchen in our home and much more including flooring, fireplace, window, baseboards, etc. I am very pleased with the results and do not hesitate to recommend Innovative Remodeling to anyone needing quality work done. Daniel takes personal responsibility for all aspects of the project. When he starts, his team works straight through until the project is completed. He doesnt intersperse other jobs into your schedule. His workers arrive on-time every morning and are careful, with your house and possessions. His pricing is reasonable and he will offer suggestions and alternate methods/materials you might not have considered. His subcontractors are top-notch. I plan on using Innovative for future projects. They have my trust and total endorsement.

Dan and his team helped us on many home improvement projects. From shower room remodel, kitchen improvements to flip a house, you name it. Dan spends time listening to our plan/ideas and shares his thoughts (based on years of experiences) and pays attention to details to make sure we are happy with his work. But most importantly, which is most impressive, is that he makes sure his team cleans up the surrounding before they leave the project. Dan also pays attention to budget and schedule. He will always let us know what is the next step, what to expect and when to expect. He the right and the best guy for home improvement project.

Mr. Contreras and team did an amazing job remodeling my entire townhouse from ceiling to floor including two bathrooms (from studs), garage, entire kitchen (from studs). They did tile, walls, ceilings, plumbing, fireplace, showers, electric, paint, facilitated product selection and more. This is an honest contractor - he works from his heart, treats clients like he treats his own family - he is protective and sincere.In addition, Mr. Contreras is very well connected to high end artisans throughout Las Vegas and beyond. He can direct his clients to niche businesses in order to create the perfect home through a wide selection of products that are not found in mainstream tile stores, plumbing stores and other construction/remodeling suppliers. He also works on client time - he is flexible - and his work is completed and modified until it is perfect, hence, no call backs - he will not leave until the work is done to client specifications; the first time.He is a modest and very talented contractor, his price is fair - I cannot recommend Mr. Contreras and his company high enough. He does exactly what he says he will do, on time, reasonably priced and with very high quality workmanship. He sets the standard that all remodel and building construction consumers are looking for.
