We highly recommend USA Air Conditioning! Both Francisco Senior and Francisco Junior are incredible people who are extremely kind and knowledgeable. They helped me with air conditioning noise that I did not believe was fixable. We asked two other A/C company contractors and they weren’t able to help us but thankfully Junior had the knowledge and schooling to know what to do. We now no longer need to get a new system and our home is doing well. For plumbing, we highly recommend Armando due to his skill level.

Francisco Jr. is a great young man! Excellent service, prompt, professional and trustworthy. He came out to my home on three occasions and each time he provided excellent and prompt service. He serviced and moved my ac unit and placed it on a concrete pad. Later he installed, with his colleagues, my attic “air scrubber” for a “healthier home” and to help maintain my air ducts clean all year long. They were in and out. Excellent company due to their employees!

Wow what an amazing company and great value for an AC unit replacement. 6k-2k lower than the other quotes and I received an amazing unit. We even upgraded another 1/2 ton on the unit size. The owner is amazing and the service was outstanding. I called on Saturday, they installed on Monday.

USA air was the third company we called. The other 2 companies both recommended to replace the unit. It was Bumble Breeze and I forgot the name of the other one.We were quoted $14k So We shopped around and called USA Air last night and made an appointment today at 7:00 am. We just wanted to get a quote for unit replacement because that’s what we were told. They sent out JR and he was on time. He immediately checked the unit and found out what was wrong with it and recommended to change the capacitor. It was changed and now our AC is working. It didn’t need a replacement. JR was very professional and knowledgeable , got the job done quick and saved us a lot of money. I’d highly highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you JR

People go to Google reviews so they can discover something about a vendor. At one time, word of mouth served this role. I found out about USA Air Conditioning based on the recommendation of a peer at work during a conversation; his father metioned the honesty of the company.The owner came out to my house and evaluated the situation. He informed me that a repair on the existing unit--over twenty-years old--might not be the best choice. Other options were communicated.He quoted me a very fair deal on a complete system, and we agreed upon it with a handshake! Old school values and ethics still exist.I am currently the owner of a quality installed HVAC system that will serve me well this summer.

I wasn’t sure how I was supposed to use my warranty for my AC but once he showed up he explained everything how everything worked with the warrenty and then he fixed my AC in under 30 minutes. I called them yesterday around 7pm for a non working AC unit, they were the only people who offered a same day service out of 5 others I contacted. Julian was my tech he was quick and friendly, a very nice guy. Although I paid them directly, they were the only who agreed on working with my home warranty to get approval before starting the job. Again Julian did the phone call and got it done with my home warranty, by 9pm my unit was back working.

I was recommended USA Air by a friend, I wish I had known about them sooner. Our heater went out in the morning and they were able to send someone over that day to look at it. Julian was very professional and honest, two traits I greatly appreciate. He replaced a part on our heater, the whole interaction took less than an hour. Very very pleased and will definitely be using them in the future.

Carlos and his crew were amazing. They came the same day I called, and knew exactly what was wrong with our air conditioner. They doubled checked with us on everything when they were installing, and gave us updates on what they were working on next. They were five minutes early on the time they said and I love that. They were also very kind respectful people as well. After my air conditioner was installed the next day, Carlos gave me a call to double check that we were staying cool. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone in town they were awesome, my family and I can’t thank them enough!

First off these guys deserve more than 5 stars. They quoted me a 3 1/2 ton ac Goodman unit install best price in town they’ll beat anyone. They showed up before there time and did an awesome outstanding work on installation and also went over on how the system works and my warranty information. They also kept me in the loop while I was at work on the progress and installation and these guys don’t mess around they had everything setup crane and all in the morning ready to work and they also came back to my place after work to make sure everything was working great. Had ac/heating unit installed by Miguel, Yosie, and Andrew. They did an outstanding job on everything from taking out old unit to installing new one. They were prompt, professional and friendly. They also cleaned up after job was done. Ac/heating unit very affordable. Also, Francisco Jr. inspected unit, too. I also signed up for their air ducts/vents cleaning service. Not only do they brush and vacuum your vents but they also disinfect, sanitize, deodorize and soot seal your air duct system and clean the vent grills. Awesome job very good value. Big shout out to Mr. Carlos and Mr. Mike. You got an excellent awesome team!

One day my ac went out and My neighbor told me who she uses, within a very short time the AC tech identified and solved the issue for one of my 6ac units for a very affordable price.Few months later, a different unit went out, AGAIN USA magically appeared quickly and solved the issue. Again yesterday a new problem appeared in a different unit and I just have to tell EVERYONE I know how awesome they are at arriving soon, giving honest opinion and SUPER affordable rates. I am so thankful to finally have found a company that does not play games. They are in it for the long run. I’m saving on my energy bill with my new compressor and system. To be honest I did not believe them at first but since 2017 when I installed it I have saved on an average of 25%. Recently, I noticed it was hot in the house so I called And asked for Francisco. We normally never write reviews, but this company deserves our time so that many more of you needing emergency AC service could find someone reliable and trustworthy.Our first experience working with the company was in August 2019 through a home warranty service call for a rental property. The companys responsiveness and ability to send a tech out on the same day was such a strong contrast to most similar companies out there. The AC unit issue was fixed quickly, and I saved the companys info into my cell phone.Fast forward to two days ago, when we started having intermittent cooling failure on a hot Vegas summer night. I immediately texted Francisco, and he was so responsive and helpful, before coming out to the house just about 2 hours later.The AC was working properly when he tested it, so he did some routine check-up and maintenance for us. Unfortunately, that night, we experienced the same issue.He came out right away the next morning, and identified that it was a failing capacitor that needed to be replaced. Besides replacing the part, he took the time to write a little note on the unit for the repair work done, and spray and clean the coils! Without us asking, he credited the first days service call charge to the second days work. This is what amazing and professional service is! We told him that wed always call him whenever we had to, and would refer him to anyone who would need AC or HVAC services.I wish all repair companies would be as professional, punctual, helpful, and kind as this company! It might not be able to make a large near-term profit, but it will definitely do really well in the long run for repeat customers! Trust isnt something easy to build, but this company and its owners are doing it well!

This company is awesome! Mike an his crew were scheduled to be here at 8am an showed up early to start preping. After a few hours they had it all done an working beautifully. I went an checked out the new ac on the roof an it was perfect. They also took the time to walk me through the new thermastat. Great job guys an thank you so much!

Francisco Sr and his guys are incredible! He always responded to me via text or phone immediately. His guys were able to go out the very next day after I closed on my house to replace the coil for my a/c. They bought the parts immediately and showed up on time the next day, did the replacement, and texted me pictures since I wasnt in the area. They also did a very small repair for free as well. I couldnt recommend them more. If you are thinking of hiring them you should definitely contact them now! I will be reaching out to them for any future HVAC needs I have.
