Incredible experience with Ultra Patios! From initial appointment all the way to the completion, this company exceeded all expectations and I was happy to have found them for my backyard project. I have struggled with finding a company in Vegas to keep appointments or give me any information on how bring my backyard patio vision to life and Ultra Patios was the only company to step up consistently and help me get the job done. Cost is also reasonable, which is a huge plus, and the build quality and workmanship is top notch. The kicker was that they were able to get my project done in an expedited time frame when other companies were pushing projects out for months. Very happy customer here and happy to recommend this excellent company to anyone else looking!

They were awesome. Trish came out and walked us through our options and recommended what she thought would be great for the size of our house and yard. We asked for a double beam and she told us we didn’t need it and she would feel guilty to charge us for something we did not need. Everyone at Ultra that I had contact with was great and kept me up to date through out the process. The price was reasonable for what we got I thought it was going to be higher. We are very happy with our decision to go with Ultra

If you are researching which patio cover company to use, stop now, and just call Ultra Patios! We had a few bids, and they were not the cheapest, nor most expensive. However, you get way more than for what you pay. Here is my story why you need to choose Ultra. Any, and every construction project has issues, and our issues were my ground, the city, and the weather. From my first consultation with Trish explaining what Ultra could build to code, navigating my HOA, submission and meeting installers, Juan and Alex, who dealt with multiple days of jackhammering into my titanium granite foundation, dealing with the rain and poor weather, all while project manager, Jose kept me well informed along the way. Also, can’t forget the awesome landscaper Gerardo, who put Humpty Dumpty back together. ROCKSTARS!!!!! All of them, including the owner, who definitely cares about his customers. They were all extremely knowledgeable and polite. They showed up on time, each time, and did exactly what they said, cleaned up very well, and left us with a 10/5 star insulated patio cover. We could not be any more thankful we chose Ultra Patios and the fact everything was perfectly clean afterwards! PS, the GreenSky line of credit was so easy to set up and navigate there is no reason you need to bake in the desert sun.

Sorry this took a while but Id like to share my experience with Ultra Patios. Late last year I called multiple patio installers/landscaping companies in Las Vegas due to my non-functional backyard landscape. Out of the 5 I talked to, Ultra Patio was by far provided the best offer and warranty on their product. Met Tom, the owner, who did the estimate was very professional and explained the step by step process, timeline and and what to be expected. Being in the military taught me a lot about attention to detail, timeliness and being organized, so I know the craftsmanship had to be perfect and on time. At the end, Tom and his crew not just completed my patio on time but also exceeded my expectation. Ended up adding my dream bbq grill on a perfect location and design, thanks to Tom! We called to get an estimate on a patio cover for our backyard. Tom was out first thing Monday morning and went over everything with my husband and I. We decided to go with Ultra Patios and were given a two week ETA on install. Tuesday, the very next day, we were called to schedule our install for the same week. Suffice it to say, we received our patio cover within the same week. The installers had it done the same day they started. Everything looks beautiful and we couldnt be any more happier.

Just had a very positive experience with Ultra Patio Covers, LV. When Trish came to our house to give an estimate, she explained the entire process in detail, took measurements, and walked us through the entire process including assisting with the HOA ARC documents. We found the pricing to be very fair, actually less than we expected so signed immediately. We waited over six weeks for our HOA to respond, which theyve never done. But with the building permit in hand, asked Ultra to proceed. They scheduled install the following week which was great as we wanted to get it done before the busy late Spring/early Summer season.Juan & his install crew were just fantastic also. The 3 day process included digging the footings on day one, waiting for the inspection on day two and doing the install on day 3. Amazingly they completed the entire install in only four hours! Im not sure they took any breaks at all other than to maybe grab a quick sip of water. Really great guys who did built a beautiful patio cover and afterwards cleaned up everything as if they never worked in the backyard.Overall, everything from the estimate, price & install definitely exceeded our expectations. We fully recommend Ultra Patios!

It’s 99% done and it’s absolutely beautiful it’s well built Iam an engineer so seeing firsthand the quality was definitely a plus. Ultra Patios did an excellent and quick job. From getting a quote from Trish, to getting permits and finally to the actual construction. Once the inspector came out and signed off on the footings the actual construction was finished the same day.There was a small dent in one of the beams. I called the office and spoke with Jose. He said he was already aware of the problem and he said they would be out the next day to fix it. Early the next day they came out and fixed it.The pavers were being installed a couple days later and the downspouts were too low. I called the office and spoke with Tony. He said Marco would come out the next day or so and fix them. He actually came out the same day and took care of it.Overall, extremely satisfied with Ultra Patios and all their workers. I would highly recommend them for your patio cover needs.

Dont look anywhere else for your patio needs! We are repeat customers of Ultra Patios. We had such a great experience with them the first time, we definitely gave them a call when we purchased our new home. We didnt even bother with anyone else. They were quick and efficient, cost friendly, and cordial. Tom definitely knows his stuff and his crew is hard working. The end product is always so beautiful as well. They were very patient when our HOA took longer than expected to perform their review. Nonetheless, they scheduled us right away when we confirmed our approval with the HOA. We went with a detached lattice cover in our backyard this go around and it was done in literally 2 days. They also assisted in pulling the building permits with the jurisdiction when necessary and provides all the necessary information for HOA review. Tom and his team have done an outstanding job delivering our patio cover. We collected 3 other bids and Ultra Patios not only beat everyone’s prices but they also increased the structural specifications so we could span our 30’ patio slab with a double beam which eliminated a third unwanted post. They explained everything from the design to construction and communication was good throughout the project. Their installer George showed up on time and we discussed the work to be done and the time frame and they actually completed the job in one day instead of 1.5 – 2 days.We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Ultra Patios to anyone needing quality, affordable work done. In fact, I will definitely be calling them again to build our BBQ/Outdoor kitchen early next year.

As a hands on very handy individual I am very hesitant about who works on my home. Knowing that installing a 25x14 Patio cover was out of my comfort zone I brought in Ultra Patios to put up my cover. Lets just say they exceeded my expectations. Sammy and his partner were very clean and professional, answered all my questions and even replaced a patio paver that had cracked from the weight of the wheel barrow. Tom sent his crew out immediately after I noticed a small drip from the gutter a few days after install. Great attention to detail. The companies I found on yelp either could not provide me with what I needed, or they simply never showed up for the consultation. Ultra Patios was pretty much my last hope.Tommy showed up and wowed me instantly. Not only does he really know his stuff, but hes an incredibly nice guy. He took measurements, provided me a very reasonable quote, filled out the paperwork for my HOA, and set a prompt start date.Tom acquired a permit from the county within a day or two, but my HOA became a nightmare and we had to halt the project. Tom called the HOA and handled everything.My patio was just finished and Im blown away by the showroom quality. The finished product is even nicer than I expected. I didnt know what to expect but I didnt expect a whole lot from the experiences prior. Cue Tom. He actually came today, was extremely friendly and made us feel extremely comfortable about the entire process-- even made some suggestions that we would have never thought of in the first place. ALSO, suggestions that would save us hundreds, even thousands, of dollars in the long haul. The quote he came up with was super fair, by far one of the fairest weve had and we knew between his warmth, friendliness and suggestions, we were to go with Ultra Patio. The only down payment they asked for was the City of Las Vegas building permit which is totally understandable.The longest holdup was going through 2 HOAs as we live in a gated community. They never pressured me!Once the HOAs approved, a nice crew of two very experienced guys had the latticed patio cover completed before noon. We are really happy with the way our patio cover turned out. There were a few snags along the way such as some confusion as to when the patio would be set up and the correct texture of our stucco posts, but everything was taken care of and/or corrected. Tom the owner had great communication and once I let him know about the post issue, he called me back within an hour to let me know how it would be fixed. I appreciated that he called back and not just the office staff. The crew that set it up was great too- the foreman was wonderful, I think his name was Jesus, but I cant remember for sure. He explained the whole process to us. The only other thing that has been frustrating- which is NOT the fault of ultra patios, but just something to be aware of, is that not all electricians work with Alumawood. So we havent been able to have our ceiling fans installed yet because our regular guy doesnt do it. I am sure lots of electricians do- but just something to be aware of. Overall, we cant wait to spend MANY MANY hours hanging out and entertaining under our patio!UPDATE 8/2/16We are super disappointed because we finally found an electrician that will work on this type of patio but they stated that in order to use the metal sleeves that they put in, the electrician had to be there at the same time putting in the wiring. our patio is too large for someone to get on it without risk of denting/caving in. We ended up having to do all the electrical work so it shows. It looks okay, but not clean like it should have been. We were told over and over that an electrician could just come after, but that wasnt the case. We also wish that the installers had warned us about the placement of our stucco posts. They are close to the grass and have been sprayed by our sprinklers. the paint is already starting to come off. We wish we had put them further back away from the grass/sprinklers. We get that is wear and tear on outdoor things, but you can imagine how disappointed we feel when our brand new patio cover is less than 2 months old is already showing these signs of wear.UPDATE 8/22/16Tom from ultra patios called me because i had changed my review stars and wanted to talk with me about that. I like that they did that follow up. He told me that my electrician did the work wrong and it could have been done without the pipes/wiring showing. I feel at a loss because at point I dont know who to believe. (ultra patios vs our electrician) Regardless, the work is done, so there is nothing I can do about it. My suggestion is to ask for electrician recommendations from Tom because you get underway. I still feel sad our patio didnt turn out exactly how we had hoped, but I do appreciate that Tom called to follow up. I would use Tom again in the future.

Just noticed I never left a review, and they definitely deserve a five star review. It’s been a while since I’ve had it done and I’m just as happy now as I was the first day.I picked them from the good reviews they have, I was going to get 3 or 4 estimates, my house has two bay windows on the back plus an electrical conduit coming down on the outside. First estimate was a referral from a friend who had a licensed guy that did good work. As soon as he saw the back of my house he said, “wow, that’s going to be a lot of cuts” and he said I have to pay an electrician to put the conduit inside the wall, plus 500 to take down and throw away the old smaller aluminum cover, at the end was a price that seemed ridiculous (BTW 12x34 ft for the new patio). That’s when I tried ultra patio, I scheduled the appointment with Tom, he sent out, sorry can’t remember the name (red dodge truck), super nice and informative guy, no nonsense, like 25% less then the other estimate, with a permit, had a great finance option through a lender, so I went for it. I definitely made the right choice, was installed fast, Quality and Craftsmanship is spot on. Everybody from the office to the field guy to the construction workers were helpful and open to any questions. We love it, just wanted to say Thank You again.

My back patio was transformed from grass,stones and tiles to a cement floor and patio cover in a great schedule to meet my needs. Their work results have improved tremendously my familys appreciation of our outdoor space. We had Tommy [UltraPatio] come over to give us a quote and from the first few minutes He was straight with us ,We hired his team and once material was ready he sent his guys over on time and what we all look for is being very respectful and professional.Not only where they all above but the work was done better then we could imagine. One thing I like to express is the crew Javier and Jesus These fellas where so Polite and respectful to our space and home .They where always saying the small things that we teach our kids to grow up to be good young men,,I would not look elsewhere for work This company is top Notch

I received several quotes from different patio companies, and Ultra Patios beat them all. Tom was very helpful and provided great recommendations. The day we received the HOA approval, Tom got us scheduled to get the patio cover up that week. There were no delays and the quality was excellent. We are so happy with Ultra Patios.

If I could give Ultra Patios 10 stars I would. The whole team that works here is AMAZING! I was impressed with even the first call and speaking to Caleb. He was very informative and walked me through the whole process. Jim came to my home for a consultation and informed me of everything to expect with the building process. Marco and Omar did a FABULOUS job with the construction of the patio cover. I even got to speak to Tom, the owner, that made sure I was completely pleased with the work that was done. I highly recommend Ultra Patios.

I cannot rate these guys high enough! I had a nightmare experience with Bella Patio and when I called up Ultra Patios I immediately felt better. You can read my scathing review over on their website. When I called up Ultra Patios I was upset and it looked like I was going to have to find a new location for the carnival I had been planning for months. I began the patio process back in April and was told 2 weeks by Bella Patio. They threatened to put a lein on my house for cancelation of their contract. Lucky for me they never even bothered to show up. Unlucky for me, I now had 15 days to either have a covered patio, move the carnival, or disappoint a bunch of 3 year olds. I forget the ladies name that I spoke with in the office but she was professional, and sympathetic. She put me on hold and got Tom on the line straight away. He was out the next day and assured me it would be ready. 9 days, thats all it took. These guys came out did a fast, professional, and fantastic job. This was a monster of a job and they had it done in a day. I cant thank them enough. Im beyond happy with my service and my product!
