Very professional. I asked to see the distance between the panels and the roof, for bird nesting. They installed wiring to protect against any of that, and I didnt even know. Thank you so much. :)After an accidental puncture of the wall. The patch repair guy did an awesome job. The repair needed painting. The painter did as good of a job as the patch repair. All encounters with people and contractors from Sol-Up have been professional and very clean. Offer the people that help you water, they deserve it very much. Thank you again for the work you ALL do.A service rep came out and showed me how to use the app and set up WIFI for the system. Thats why I went with Sol-Up. They are not the cheapest but worth the extra money. All around quality service after the sale.

The team was early, they finished within four (4) hours, including the panels and inverter installation. They tested the system, I downloaded the app and everything is GREAT. If the inspections are as expedient, we will be up and running soon.As a follow up, the Project Manager has coordinated a city inspection in conjunction with the Sol-Up quality inspection. That occurred earlier this morning ONE (1) DAY AFTER INSTALLATION.Sol-Up has been great and was also highly rated by the city of Las Vegas inspector.Were 2/3 of the way through to operational. All we are waiting for is NV Energy to install their bi-directional meter, to approve the installation and we are good to go.Bravo

The gentleman was very knowledgeable very pleasant to talk and work with, and I am very happy with everyone I’ve met from Sol-Up.The crew came out and installed 30 panels on my roof, installed the inverter inside my garage and wired everything up in one full day the workmanship was great.A couple of weeks later Tim from Sol-Up came out and painted my outside AC disconnect and the shiny silver conduit on the roof to match.They’ve done everything they said they would do in a timely manner, and with a smile on every person i’ve met. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful during the explanation of how the system works and the process for installation. There were several bumps along the way and some lack of communication, but the system has been up and working for about three weeks. The panel installation was very quick, and professional and completed in about half a day when the initial estimate was two days. The battery installation which was a separate install was also done efficiently. All the technicians were very polite and task oriented. The one thing I would note is there was no explanation or literature on how to interpret the total production on the app, especially the continuous up and down spikes when one would expect a somewhat level production graph during daylight hours. I am anxiously waiting to see if Im net zero with NV Energy when I receive my next statement.

Scheduling an appointment for the showroom tour was a pleasant experience, the agent on the phone was brief and courteous.The tour itself was nicely presented and the showroom was truly impressive.We sat down with the facility director and his knowledge and passion came through immediately. By the time we stood up to leave we were in contract for a 22,000 kwh system.The site survey went extremely well and so far I have nothing but positive feedback for this entire company. In 2001 Sol-up installed a solar addition to my original solar installation (done by a different company). Everything has worked great but in 2024 NV energy came to my house told me the additional panels were unauthorized and put a lock on it (the original install was ok). I contacted Sol-up and so far they have been very responsive. They did a site survey (thank you Keeton) and said they will write a new contract with no charge to me.... Hopefully, Sol-up will solve the issue!

I asked around for recommendations for a local company and some acquaintances highly recommended Sol Up. I looked at the reviews and was reassured to see that many people felt the same way. Once I started the process with Sol Up everything was very well planned out and clear from dealing with their sales rep to their installation team to city and energy inspections—they took care of everything from top to bottom from financing options to installation to permits and HOA Approval. They were on top of communications every step of the way; I am extremely happy with their service, especially with the inspection process having no issues at any point along the way. Everything was seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend Sol Up to anybody in the Las Vegas Valley area.

Did an analysis and comparison of several solar companies in May, 2020, before choosing Sol-up. My choice centered on their data analysis of my needs, the sales staff professionalism, their ability to do what they said when they set out a calendar, and of course, the overall warranty, quality, and cost of the system. Their service staff is top-notch. For example, today(9.10.24), I had a service call from Emmanuel Salcido because of a data communication issue. He analyzed the problem, discovered an unrelated potential issue(fixed it), and updated the system, while providing me with a complete explanation of the what and why of his work. Emmanuel was efficient, friendly, on time, and professional. One could not ask for a better technician who takes extreme pride in his work and his company. One can learn so much about a company by looking closely at those they train to service their product and interact with the public. Sol-up is to be congratulated for employing professionals like Emmanuel.

Sol-Up’s initial approach is completely different from the other companies. Richie, was totally fine with not closing the deal the day of the proposal. He gave us the information and gave us time to make our decision. We compared four other companies’ offers and at the end of the day their product offer, reputation, and customer service was why we selected Sol-Up.During the preparation stage they helped us with all the paperwork and HOA approval. They communicated start dates and times with very effectively. Once installation was completed the workers clean up all materials and debris.We can’t wait to see the difference in our power bill next year.

We just went live with our solar on July 5th. Sol-up has been a good company so far. Our sales rep, Antonija Krezo, is excellent. The installation crew did leave a little mess from some broken ceiling tiles all over my back yard and balcony but they work very quickly and did a quality install. Another rep left a tool in the yard and a cover open on the side of the house. The process took a little longer than we hoped because of a communication issue with the finance company and Sol-Up but overall this company is very solid. They legitimately care about their clients and doing good, honest business. They are attentive as well. I received fast responses each time I reached out and they did a decent job keeping me updated throughout the process. I shopped around before going with Sol-Up and they had the best price and quality equipment too. I recommend Sol-Up.

During the site survey, the technician showed up with plans for an entirely different solar panel manufacturer and didn’t have a reason for the change. Once i called my sales rep, she talked with the technician to straighten out the situation. Hopefully, no more hiccups along the way but i did not appreciate the appearance of a bait and switch tactic nor was i satisfied with the lack of attention to detail.

So far so good. Kristian was the person who provided me with a new solar install proposal. He was very knowledgeable and even provided a history of his company. He explained all the different options for panels and inverters and how they all worked. He also explained how the financing worked if that was the route we wanted. He never tried to upsell me on anything and he always followed up to see if I had more questions. We had two other proposals and decided to go with SolUp mostly because of how knowledgeable and articulate Kristian was, and because SolUp has a very good reputation. Mr. Vela of SolUp just performed a site review for a new solar install. Mr. Vela was courteous. He said inverters are better to be installed inside the garage which I agreed. He informed me that 2 bushes needed to be taken out in order for the property to pass the Citys inspection and provide permit for the solar install. Mr. Vela was quick, kept my place clean by using booties for his shoes when entering the premises and he was articulate about what I should expect next.This is a continuation review of SolUp. Brandon and his crew came yesterday on time to install 21 solar panels and were done by 1pm. These guys were fast and they cleaned up. While installing the solar panels, they noticed some of the roof tiles were cracked and replaced them. Then a few hours later, someone came to hardwire the the inverter with our ethernet, but the system is so far away from our modem that hard wiring did not seem to be ideal. We later found a solution for wireless but that would be we would get intermittent information and input and output data. However, SolUp also monitors the systems on their end as well so if there is a panel thats down, they will come out and fix it. Therefore wireless option seems more feasible for us. If at some point, the wireless option fails SolUp will come back for free and hard wire the system. He worked out a solution that we were happy with. Thank you! The next morning, Rigoberto Vela came to inspect the roof and inverters to ensure they were properly installed. This is to ensure that NV Energy comes for inspection, it will pass. Mr. Vela was quick and said everything was great. We appreciate that he ensured we would pass our inspection when NV Energy comes out next. Were very happy thus far.Timm Thompson from SolUp came to paint the conduit/electric disconnect box to match the exterior of our home. Timm came and went and did a wonderful job. I didnt even have to be present. Thanks Timm and SolUp!

Krys handled all communications and documentations which includes HOA, County inspections, and NVEnergy inspections promptly.Sol-Up crew who came to the house to build the system were very efficient and professional. I started looking into solar due to speaking to a company at a local store. I knew I had to inquire with more than one company so I started doing research on solar companies in Las Vegas. I contacted 5 different companies to include Sol-Up. I contacted each company and met with a representative from all companies. They were all roughly the same in their presentation but some were more pushy in making a sale than others.I felt very comfortable with the sales representative Dan Tofigh because from day 1 he presented his companies products and answered my questions professionally. I asked about his solar products compared to other companies and not once did he talk poorly about other companies products or their business. He was very professional and just continued to ask me to look at the warranties and product reviews on the internet so I could get the best information possible to make an educated decision. He even suggested contacting the other businesses to clarify information with them before making any decision. I felt like I was not being pressured in anyway and that Dan wanted me to get the best solar for my house.After making the decision to go with Sol-Up I had many more questions and made several changes in the process adding an EV charger to my system and also more panels to accommodate an electric vehicle in the future. Not only did Dan answer my questions and help me make the right decisions he always answered my phone calls or called me back within an hour or two of leaving a message.After signing the paperwork to go with Sol-Up I was contacted by Andrea who advised me of the process to get to the installation portion of the project. They handled the HOA and the NV Energy application. I had communications with Charlene and Krystelle during this process and all of the office staff was very friendly and helpful. They called me after all approvals came back and the installation was scheduled within 2 weeks of final approval.The day of installation the electricians Domi and Nash showed up first and wanted my input on where I would like to see the equipment to be installed. We walked the area and I made my suggestions. Domi made sure he explained the installation process and that I understood. This was very comforting to know that they would take the time to make sure I felt comfortable with everything before starting the job. The rest of the installation crew showed up. Grady, Luis B. Keeton and Danny B. all introduced themselves to me and also asked if I had any questions. They answered any and all questions. This again gave me peace of mind that the installation would be done professionally and correctly. After the installation the crew made sure the area was clean and left the way they found my property. The electricians Domi and Nash finished shortly after and did not leave until they made sure the system was in working order. Domi walked me through the electrical part of the system and explained points that I needed to know again making me feel comfortable with my choice for choosing Sol-Up for my solar needs.Now All I am waiting for is NV Energy to put the meter on and switch the solar on to start saving money.Thank you everyone at Sol-Up for making a stressful decision a little easier to make. I got my first electric bill for June 2024 and it was only $41 last year. It was almost $800. Sol up contacted me, advise that one panel was not fully producing. They reinstalled the panel and everything is now working as it should. It’s nice to know that they monitor the system.

So I planned on going solar and got several proposals from various solar companies and brokers around town/online. Decided to go with Sol-Up for a variety of reasons. Mainly was the superior product they were offering, the price and warranty of that product and labor, and the overall way the company seemed to handle their business... which was true to the many positive reviews I read online from various platforms. From the day I signed my contract to when I finally was able to turn on the switch took 11 weeks. Not bad, wished it couldve been sooner, but timing varied due to my HOA approving documents, then getting a time slot for the installation, and then waiting for NVEnergy to finally inspect the system and install my Net Meter. The team that did my install was on time, very professional and was all done in one day. Just wish I wouldve done this months ago to be able to pay less for the summer months. Thank you Sol-Up!

I think the only item I wish could be different would be before and after photos. I cant exactly climb up to my second story roof to inspect myself and who wouldnt be curious. But thats ok, the items I do see appear to be installed professionally and securely.

Sol-Up is the best. I have had my system for about 3 months now I shopped around and talked to about 8 different companies. After doing some research I knew I did not want a PPE contract. I wanted to buy my solar system. So that eliminated half the companies I looked at. I then got quotes from all the other companies. Some of them where cheaper then Sol-Up. I didnt want the cheapest, I wanted the best. I researched the google reviews, Contractors board, BBB and YouTube. One name kept coming up for doing excellent work and using quality equipment. They didnt cut corners on installation and equipment. This was Sol-Up! They were supper great to work with and if I was to buy another system it would be from Sol-up. We ran into one little issue and when we emailed them and sent them a photo of the issue they came out and fixed it the next day. I dont want the cheapest product on my house where I cant get the company to come fix it. I wanted the best, and I believe I got the Best. Thank you Sol-up and keep doing what you do best.

So far in the solar process for my home Sol-Up has been great. The sales exec, John explained everything comprehensively and most importantly got the number right for super high quality equipment. The field survey tech, Keenan, spent all the time needed to do thorough survey, answered my many questions patiently coming up with a great game plan, great job on the survey. Great, professional process so far. Update: I just had the installation completed in one day. As usual, there were issues that popped up that were unanticipated. The crew head brought these issues immediately to my attention and listened to my input about solutions, keep in mind I have a construction background. I liked the communication level and the complete installation is about as aesthetically clean as can be. When the system passes inspection and NV Power finally gets around to activation I will be a happy man. Meanwhile Sol-Up has been great to work with, very communicative, they coordinated my roof repair with Ariat Roofing (fantastic company). None of this would have happened unless the price and EQUIPMENT were a reasonable investment, Sol-Up made that happen. Update: Solar is completely installed, the installation went perfect. All inspections have passed and NV Energy energised the system. Lastly, a SolUp rep came by and patiently taught us how to use and monitor the system, he was great. It is producing as promised, can’t wait for my $20 power bill in a few months. I have used many contractors for different projects over a long time and SolUp has been one of the best to work with. Super professional, not a single negative issue, all promises kept. Highly recommended.

We went with Sol-Up based, primarily, on a referral from a friend who had panels installed by Sol-Up several years ago and were happy with the company and the quality of the panels. We had heard all of the horror stories of fly by night solar companies and, given the huge financial investment, we were hesitant about getting solar and wanted to make sure that we picked the right company.In addition to relying on the referral, we got quotes from two other companies and Sol-Ups total price and finance offer was comparable or less. More importantly, the monthly loan amount was almost $200 less than what we were paying NV Energy on an equal pay plan.The process was smooth and the communication was excellent from beginning to end. Sol-Up went above and beyond to handle everything and made sure to let us know via email, phone call and text message when there were things we needed to do. Everything was completed on or before expected.Towards the end of the process, NV Energy came out for an inspection and claimed they couldnt open our gate to do the inspection. This despite NV Energy accessing its meter through that gate with no problem for the last 10+ years. As a result, it became clear that we were going to need to move the latch to the front of the gate.Within a day of getting the notification from NV Energy, Sol-Up came out and installed a lock box in front of our home so that when we switched the latch we would be able to secure the gate and NV Energy would have the access it needed. We were on vacation at the time and I cant tell you how much I appreciated that they not only only fixed the issue right away, but they did it without involving us and disrupting our vacation. Additionally, because this caused a short delay in getting final approval from NV Energy to turn on the system, Sol-Up offered to cover our first loan bill.Luckily, we were able to get our solar up and running just as the temps started hitting triple digits. We have been running our solar for a little over 3 weeks now and the panels have not only covered all of our energy use, but we even built up some credits. Needless to say, we highly recommend Sol-Up if you are considering solar.

Every part of the process Sol-up did an amazing job. After meeting and getting quotes from 7 solar companies I Choose Sol-up. The sales representative Grant was no pressure. Answered all my questions. The part that stood out with the salesman was unlike the others he didnt bad mouth the other companies. Then they use the top of the line panels. My system was installed quickly compared to other reviews of companies I have read. The installation team Andrew, Grady, Kerry and Geo. was quick, clean, professional. Im kind of a nosy person so they were patient and walked me through what was going on. Within 2 months my system is on and working. Even after they have followed up with me a couple times. After deciding to go solar we learned that the best panels on the market were: Panasonic (which Sol-up uses), SunPower and LG. We got quotes from them and more and ultimately chose Sol-Up because they price-matched our LG quote and were willing to overpower our system for when we ultimately get electric cars.Word of advise when shopping around, the really good companies will not bad mouth other companies....because they dont need to in order to sell. That was one of the things I like most about Sol-Up they specifically said to shop around and acknowledged that LG or SunPower panels would be great as well.There were some delays in scheduling due to weather but ultimately I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish and they always promptly responded to any questions or concerns we had even after the install was complete.The only reason I knocked off one star is because they didnt agree with a referral we had done to their company. My bosses were interested in solar and shopped around. When they searched it, many companies reached out to them, including Sol-Up. Since we had solar, my boss forwarded me all of their proposals and we told them to us Sol-Up, which they did. However, Sol-Up told them we wouldnt get the referral because they had reached out to my boss directly. Personally, I found that a little petty since we are the reason they went with Sol-Up and not another company.

We compared big chains vs. smaller local companies, different brands of equipment, and really felt like informed customers. We called to get quotes from numerous places, and SolUp was the most impressive all around.Theyve been in business locally for many years, and have figured out what works best in the desert. Their panels are top notch, with a great warranty. And their price was also the best of all the quotes we received!All of the crews who came to our house were experienced, efficient, and friendly. Grady, Luis, Garland and Dwain were some of the awesome technicians who helped build our system. We were informed of every step in the inspection/approval process, and everything was approved with no issues. Our system has been running for just over 2 months now, and were producing exactly what was promised (which they do guarantee). Were so happy with the final product. From the company representative who initially came over and Educated me. I use The word educate and not sales because that’s what it was. Every step Of the way everything was explained And someone always followed up to make sure everything went well.The installation guys were. awesome and did a great job. then came the next steps before my system could go live And I Dealt with different people for each Step and everyone was friendly and Perform their responsibilities professionally.The final step was to turn a switch and make your system live. The representative was over my house to walk me through the app not only Sol-up’s App they but also NVEnergy app to monitor your system. Sol-up also monitors your system to make sure it’s working properly. They don’t leave it just to you. I want to say we did have a minor communication issue that would’ve costed me a little bit more money. Things like that happen mistakes are made. Nobody’s perfect. Sol-up did not push back. They owned their mistake and took care of it at no cost. That is how I operate. There was a WiFi glitch however all is up and running.5/30/24- I have no complaint with Austin the Sol-Up technician. He did a great job getting me up and running however, this is approximately the seventh time I’ve had to have Sol-Up come out and take care of this Wi-Fi issue on the Tesla inverter. These are brand new Tesla inverters that I had installed less than one year ago. I was advised that Tesla Typically does not replace these. I shouldn’t be having these kinds of issues on multiple occasions, especially when they’re brand new inverters. Sol-Up needs to step up and do the right thing with fixing the problem instead of putting a Band-Aid on this issue.11/14/24- Austin and his technician replaced 14 solar panels and 1 Tesla Inverter. They worked diligently throughout the day and got the system up and running. Appreciate the hard work and Sol-Up following through with great customer service.

We were contemplating adding solar panels to our roof for several years. On the recommendation of a friend, we interviewed Sol-Up along with two other local solar companies. Sol-Up was by far the most informative, professional and not “pressure-sale” driven. We were impressed that they sold us only the panels that we needed and did not try to push a larger, more costly install. After agreeing on the contract, Sol-Up expedited all of the processes such as contacting our homeowner’s association for approval and filed all paperwork. The actual install was done in one day instead of the projected two days. Rarely do you have a company under-promise and over-perform as well as Sol-Up. Their follow-through and customer service continue to be exemplary.

I would like to share our experience with Sol-up services. I noticed some irregularities in the electricity production from my Tesla app. I opened an issue ticket on Sunday evening. Monday morning around 9:30 am, I got a call from Sol-up. We scheduled a technician visit for the next day. On Tuesday morning at 8:00am, Mr. Austin Arreola from Sol-up came and checked the Tesla Inverter. It turns out a module called “Neurio” in the inverter not working properly, he tried first power cycled the module, and it still didn’t work. then Austin took a new one from his van, replaced into the inverter. Then the problem solved!We are very pleased with Sol-up’s quick response and very much impressed with technician’s professional skills and efficiency in handling problems.As an engineer myself, I particularly appreciate Austin for willing to explain what he found, and what he is going to do while he was working on fixing Tesla Inverter.

I researched local solar companies using customer reviews, looking at the equipment they use, looking at the history of the company, and then got three quotes. I chose Sol-Up, and Im very happy with my choice. I got a virtually invisible solar electric panel system that produces all the electricity that I use--even in 115 degree heat with electric AC! My system is monitored by me by phone app, and also by Sol-Up, free of charge. My panels are American-made, come with a 25-year warranty, are aesthetically appealing (if they are even seen), and my pay-back time is well within the amount of time I intend to live in this home. The owner is an electrical engineer, Frank Rieger, who weathered the solar industry freeze-out by Nevada Energy, and is still installing great systems. His installation crew are his employees. They installed my panels and inverter and monitoring system in one day. They did all the paperwork for NV Energy, my HOA, and arranged for city inspection. They made the process easy for me. Im a happy customer.

When we decided to install solar panels, we researched what we would be purchasing, along with talking with friends. After talking to friends and reading many articles & posts online; most people said, “Never lease!” Purchasing the system is highly recommended. Therefore, after our research, we decided to purchase and find a reputable company that utilizes high quality products, along with having great customer reviews.We met with 4 companies and we have to say, “You do not need to meet with any competitors.” Only one other company had just as good reviews, however they utilized Enphase products and Sol-Up utilizes SolarEdge. With more research it appeared SolarEdge was definitely the product we wanted. Dan Tofigh was very friendly and knowledgeable about the proposed system. He is very quick to reply to any questions/concerns via email.After all the research, we signed with Sol-Up! They scheduled for two days of solar panel labor/install, trenching for power on a different day, and pigeon proofing. Domi and Keaton did the trenching. The panel installers, Alfredo, Brandon, and Luis, had 31 panels installed in one day. The Electricians, Kerry, Omar, and Tony, changed out the sub panel, installed conduit, and connected a new power disconnect box. Finally, the pigeon proofing was completed by Joe and panel commissioning by Domi. They all did an excellent job and come highly recommended. Tina, Charlene, Dan, Tony, and Joseph were absolutely outstanding and assisted us at every step with our ARC issues and City of Las Vegas inspection after the install was completed.On the day of the installation, the crew arrived on time. Grady (Solar installation lead) spent an hour walking our roof to resolve potential code issues and was able to resolve issues resulting in an even neater arrangement of panels than originally submitted. The entire crew were outstanding, Kerry, Brandon, and Drew. Kerry installed the electrical components and went the extra mile to run our conduits through our attic rather than outside on our houses roof and wall. Brandon A. was the technician that came to the house. He knocked on the door, explained what he needed to do, asked me if I had any questions and proceeded to take care of the repair. Technician came out to upgrade the software for our system and get it transferred into our name. We bought a new home that had solar on it already from Solup. Technician was awesome. He explained everything that he was doing and got everything setup quickly for us.
