September 19, 2024.One of our A/Cs was not blowing strong or cool for a while (1 month). When I called he was able to come to the home very quickly. Very nice and informative of his findings. Answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend them for anyone as he was able to methodically diagnose it, with his obvious years of experience.Granted like most A/C technicians you are paying more, than doing it yourself but sometimes it’s worth the peace of mind to get it done quickly and right.

We called Sunday morning stating our A/C went out and it was already hot outside! Travis said he would arrive between 9:30 and 11. He arrived right after 10. Very prompt. He changed a part instead of telling us we need a whole new unit (which I heard other companies tell residents that lose their A/C all the time). It took less than 1 hour and charged us accordingly. In fact, I thought it might have been more since it was a Sunday. Very happy with the value, professionalism and how prompt he was. Will use again in the future and highly recommend!

Diagnosed the issue and ordered the Rheem factory CO system parts. Came back within 3 hours of the parts coming in, and had them installed in less than an hour. First, They showed up at 7:20am the very next morning,we were highly impressed that the technician called before arrival and arrived on time. Larson listed their service call at $25, so I had them come out the following morning to look. The tech was nice. Unfortunately at the end of it, they did not mention anywhere that the $25 would multiply into $50. I told them the original intent was just to estimate what it would cost to replace my AC since it was not cooling. If you like false advertising, want to pay more than the stated call fee listed online, and not even get a written quote for AC replacement in writing, this is the place to do it.Update 3/2022: got a refund. Ive been nothing but pleased with the response and service Ive gotten from Larson Air. I messaged Travis early in the day and he was able to get out to me within a few hours and help diagnose and repair the issue I had with my unit. Travis was very knowledgeable about his craft, and had no issues answering any questions I had about my system. Cooling is expensive in Vegas, so you should anticipate shelling out for an actual fix rather than hoping for a hacked together solution that will break in less than a year. This was second time I relied on Larson Air to clarify someone elses issue. The first time I hired a billboard advertised leader in HVAC to tune up our system that seemed noisier than normal, their quote was $3000. Larson responded, checked more than the first company, added a couple washers to the housing fasteners, charged me $40 and nothing has gone wrong for the three years since. This week an inspector for a possible buyer, stated in the report our furnace was not working, called Larson, they responded , nothing was wrong the inspector just had no idea how a HVAC system works. Again a minimal fee, gladly paid for quality, prompt service.

The whole process took about 4 hours from my first call to signing the bill after the work was done – amazing customer service!I called another company early yesterday – a big commercial name here in Vegas. Someone stopped by at the end of yesterday saying we needed a belt and they’d send over a proposal for approval. When I didn’t have anything by this morning, I called again. They said I would have the proposal by the end of today… then after I approved the proposal, they would order the belt then “get back to you when it comes in to schedule installation.” I asked them if they realize this is Las Vegas and it’s nearing the middle of July with daily temps approaching 110 degrees? They said “that’s our process.” I said, “I’m calling someone else then… that’s my process.”Your honesty on the phone and quick response sold me! I’ll be recommending Larson Air to everybody from now on! Thanks again!

A few nights ago during the heat wave my AC was humming and vibrating quite a bit. After turning it off that night, it refuses to power back on. I made an appointment at 9pm that night, got a response that somebody would be at my house between 7-10 the following morning. The technician that came that day showed up at 8, and was able to identify and fix the issue within an hour. I was very impressed with how quick and responsive they were!

We used this company because they said they would work around my schedule and be right over because I had to go to work. I am glad I did ! I called Larson Air today so they could look at the air conditioning system on a home I recently purchased. The home inspector said that the air temperature coming out if the vents wasnt as cold has it needed to be. I guess the temperature needs to be 18-22 degrees different from the intake. Mine was only 12 degrees so there was an issue. I called and scheduled a technician for Wednesday between 12-3 pm, the technician called when he was in the way which was nice. He found that the A/C needed about 2 pounds of R-22. Thats the coolant in the system. Once he added it the home cooled down really quick. He recommended a new system because if the age of the unit. So I will be replacing the whole HVAC system in about a month.

I set up an appointment with Larson Air and was surprised to find that not only were they willing to travel out to where Im located, but were also available the next morning.
