The appointment with the estimator, Kyle, was promptly set, and then the work was done within two days by Hugo, who was very prompt, competent, helpful, and tidy. He installed two fixtures (one inside and one outside) that included running new power lines, and he diagnosed a faulty lighting system. This is not the first time I have used Callidus electric. What I like about them is great service: calls from technician to verify the job, follow up for office, text stating tech was in the way, communication during job from tech( there was difficulty during the installation), and completion of job the day I needed it. This company is exemplary. Something you don’t find often is a tech that recognizes you from a previous job at your home 3 years previously. It’s nice to have folks that stay working with the company, that says something about Callidus. Thanks for sticking with my job, Russ, I know it was a bear.
