It was a pleasure to work with Champion services! They were very responsive and communicated well! They sent someone quickly over to assess a plumbing/sink drainage issue. Andrew Marsh did such an amazing job! He was always on time, communicated well, and was very respectful. The apartment management gave him some trouble due to certain restrictions but he never complained and took whatever it required to get the job done (he even went out of his way to come back the following day to complete the work after hours). This is the very best air conditioning company in Las Vegas and Henderson. After having a home warranty assigned company come out and quote us nearly $4,000 to repair the unit on the roof which was not heating, we called Champion for a second opinion. They came out did a thorough assessment and found that one of the wires in the thermostat was disconnected and simply needed to be re-attached. As soon as the unit wire was replaced the unit came on and is working just fine. We will never use another vendor.

Giovanni (Gio) helped us fix our shower that hadn’t been working for more than 2 years! He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue the same day! AND, he was able to do so without destroying the existing shower panel. He made sure to get the job done the RIGHT way, no matter what it took.We had 4 different people look at this same issue (handymen, plumbers, contractors) and none of them could figure out both the issue and how to reasonably fix it.Excellent skills. His skills are impeccable and he is extremely professional, polite and trustworthy. He made sure to cover areas while working to ensure that mess was limited to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards. You cannot tell where he patched the ceiling as its blends seamlessly with ceiling. All the other small jobs around the house were performed just as efficiently. He was great and explained everything he was doing and the problem he found with the wiring. It ended up being a bad GFCI outlet that he fixed. He even checked the rest of the GFCI outlets in the downstairs part of the house as I wanted to be sure there were no related issues. Would happily call Champion again for electrical issues.

I really wish i had contacted this company first. I had 3 plumbing companies completely flake on me. I was just trying to get my moms tub faucet pipe repaired so she could shower. My mom actually saw this business as we drove by and i looked them up when i got home. The excellent reviews are definitely on par with my experience. They sent Mark, a senior craftsman over to see it and he sent me over a proposal the next morning. Just how Mark interacted with me i could easily see he knew what he was doing. He fixed it perfectly and I was even charged less than the original bid was. How often do you see that anymore? Also their hourly is very reasonable and easily earned. Mark even moved his sched around a bit to accommodate us and get it fixed asap since it was my moms only shower and he knew what a hard time we had trying to get it fixed before them. Anyway, use this company. They are awesome.

Jim replaced 2 sinks in the guest bathroom and the kitchen sink. He also installed a new garbage disposal. The bathroom sinks he installed were given to me by a friend (used), but of a far better quality than my existing sinks. By choice, I personally purchased new braided water lines for the 2 sinks, a new disposal, a new air gap, and the new stainless steel kitchen sink at Home Depot.Jim arrived promptly to give an estimate for the labor involved and arrived promptly on the installation date, as well as texted me at least 20 minutes prior to his arrival. Throughout the estimate & installation process, he was knowledgeable, competent, courteous and friendly and, without hesitation, he answered all of my questions. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with the completed work. Las Vegas Handyman is fortunate to have an employee like Jim.In closing this review, the costs for labor and materials (not provided by me) were reasonable in comparison to a couple of estimates I had previously received. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to call Las Vegas Handyman again.
