They where clean fast friendly and accurate inspection was done by the city and passed with no issues. Thank you cw mechanical for you great knowledge and quality work.

CW Mechanical gave me great service! I worked with David when my AC quit working. CW and David treated my situation with urgency, and I really appreciated that. They were very professional, and even though I had to replace my entire AC system I felt like they were very fair and I am very happy with their work.

These guys are amazing. I have elderly parents living in Las Vegas and their AC unit went out. Unfortunately, it was one of the hottest times of the week in the middle of summer. My father has a heart condition that would have put him in a very dire situation. David and team understood the urgency of the issue and went out to look at the problem even though they were very busy themselves. They made the effort to come out the SAME day. When they arrived and before assessing the problem, David first made sure that my parents were comfortable and that they werent suffering from the heat. Once he insured that they were ok, he began to work on the unit.The condenser unit needed to be replaced and David was able to source one for the very next day. He replaced it quickly and tested to make sure that it was working correctly.I should add that my dad tried to call another AC company and they quoted him $13K to repair his AC. When my dad responded in shock, they said hed do it for $9K. I hope I find the name of this company so I can let you all know. This is the worst example of someone taking advantage of the elderly in a very desperate situation.

David took care of everything !! I called them up and they replaced a part the same day. I had two guys come out , Ben and Keir , were very nice and professional, and through the whole process David made sure we had our a/c unit fixed by end of day . I highly recommend them!! I trust that they are the best of the best ! Our A/C unit is working way better than before 👌👌👌💯

First off, the quickness in which they got to my house amazing. Their customer service was great. They worked quickly but very detailed and explained everything on every step of the way. My AC is amazing right now and I’m very pleased with their work. I definitely recommend CWMechanical! Thank you very very much!!!!

CW Mechanical was the second company that came to my house to take a look at my AC unit. It was nearly 100 degrees in my home- we were dying and desperate. I wasn’t too happy with the first company that stopped by because not only did they miss their scheduled time frame by two hours (making me have to cancel plans I had that day), but they had terrible customer service and seemed really dishonest. I explained my concern to a CW Mechanical phone rep and they made me a priority, so much of a priority that first thing the next morning, I received a visit from a CW Mechanical tech and the owner, Rey himself. They got our AC up and running that afternoon. Rey explained what was going on and made me understand what was wrong with my unit and what him and his tech needed to fix it. He was very nice and not to mention, very handsome too. These people are hands down, some of the most reliable people in the AC biz. Thank you CW Mechanical!

He told me things bout my unit that others places failed to inform me about which really made a big part in going with CW. This company was very fair and honest with me and would highly recommend.

They came out today to our home arrive 30 minutes after we called their office. Office staff was very professional. The tech was amazing very well educated and informative. They had our unit running with in minutes. Very good pricing. Definitely recommend CW Mechanical in 20 years in Vegas is the best HVAC service we have had. Thank you for the Amazing experience.

Wall ac unit broke on saturday. I contacted 8 ac companies, none would help. CW mechanical, DAVE, came to my house SATURDAY, and next day SUNDAY, workers showed ON TIME, had very hard time pulling out my unit, they kept at it. Repaired and cleaned unit, put it back in wall. I could not believe my eyes when i seen how they cleaned up. Area looks cleaner now then it did before. So refreshing to find company like CW. That knows how to get things done.
