    Weve been so impressed with Capital Wells customer service. You learn more about a company when things do not go smoothly. Our well has been having ongoing issues and Capital Well has been on top of things with prompt service and a super friendly staff. If we continue to have issues, we know were in good hands.We would recommend their business to other homeowners.

    Josh Bergeron and associate that came to the house today 7/19/23 showed up on time and were really knowable.I thought it was the pump and it was a defective control box. A big savings.They also education us on the mickey mouse system that the previous owner put in.We were up and running in less than hourOn these busy day when the was flooding everywhere they got two us the next day after we called at 430 the previous day.Great service by this company and there professional employees.

    Our well pump failed leaving us with no water. Garrett and Ben came over the very next day and took care of everything for us. They were professional and very informative. I definitely knew more about our well system by the time they left. They helped inform me to the point where I felt comfortable selecting a solution from the options they presented to us. Highly recommended! The only downside was that Ben was stung by 4 hornets in our yard when he got here but he soldiered on like a champ! Again, I highly recommend them to anyone with similar issues.

    The staff at Capital Well were amazing! We were out of water for a good portion of the summer. They were very efficient, professional and did an amazing overall job.     During the process of trying to determine if the home we eventually purchased was right for us, my wife and myself elected to have those that had performed the original work, installations, or service come out to the property and home to re-evaluate the state and condition of those items, before we made that decision. This included the well and the water. Back in 1999 when the home was first constructed, Capital Well was hired to drill and install the well and water system for this home. So, they were the obvious choice, at least from our standpoint to help us with this aspect of the home. The business has an office here in the north country of NH in Lancaster which for starters is very convenient. So, they were contacted and asked to perform the inspection, test, and provide a status on the well, pump, wiring, and water quality. The individual that was sent out to our home had many attributes that were quite positive. This gentleman was professional in his manners and approach, was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the work that had been done here, and patient. He was able to clearly explain to both of us the state of all these points, along with answering all of my questions. This was very helpful and assured us that selecting Capital Well to perform this work was the proper choice. We received a description of the current state of the well, pump, wiring and water quality, which we could understand. Because of this, we have elected to entertain going with a geothermal energy option that will be provided by Capital Well, should we decide to proceed with this option. We were both quite pleased with the way Capital Well handled this part of our home buying experience and felt confident in their inspection and results. Capital Well is the company that we will use for any needs moving forward. No need to shop around as they provide quality work, accurate information, and fair cost...Thanks,-Paul A. Jadis

    Called early this week as we were beginning to experience an issue with our well pump & we were worried it was going to give out on us at any moment! I left a message and got a call back within 10 minutes, scheduled service for the following day! The crew showed up exactly in the time frame I was quoted! The guys replaced my old failing well pump in a short time & were friendly & courteous as well! Highly recommend!

    Waking up in mid December to no water is scary. I called Capital Well and spoke with Ryan and then Brad and they were both excellent. 3:30 that afternoon Shannon came to the house. He quickly ascertained the well pump had died. Battling cold temps and wind Shannon worked diligently to get us a new pump. What a guy! So dedicated and hard working. The poor man was out there for almost 5 hours! My family and I were VERY grateful. I give Capital Well nothing less than a five Star review. Thank you. Clare of Gorham, NH.

    Back in September of 2019 we got an estimate to have a well dug by Capital Well. Steve Voisine their senior project manager came by and surveyed the site for us and have not only provided us with all the information we needed but answered any questions we had without hesitation. We have since then moved temporarily and Steve has been amazing throughout the process to help us out with our situation to move forward with our goals. They company has been more than helpful and I would recommend them for any future needs. Thanks again Steve. You will be hearing from me in the near future.

    A few years ago I had Capital Well come down and replace my entire aretesian well system with a new pump and lines, electrical and everything through to the pressure tank. They also hydrofracked as I was only yielding 1/4 gallon a minute. When they left, I had 8 gallons a minute from my well and everything was clean and running smoothly!Fast forward to this week and I woke up one morning to no water :-(. I called them up, spoke to Brad and he had someone at my house before noon. By 2 pm they had replaced the pump with a new one and I was back up and running! It was quick and painless and I was relieved to have them stand behind their product!

    Running out of water is not an easy thing to go thru but having capital well drill a new well and install a new pump system was the best move we could have made.From the beginning of the process to the very end they were professional and very courteous got the job done when they said they would and on budget.Thanks to Adam and the whole time.

    Just had a great experience with capital well this weekend. I called their emergency hotline and they responded immediately. Came down about 90 miles south of where they were working by the border of Canada. Diagnosed in short time the issue, fixed it, came up with a plan to stop it from occurring again and explain to me at Great!! length how the system is set up. Then called the next afternoon to check on things Not once did I feel like he was trying to sell me something. He actually told me that the system in place is very good. Despite an emergency service the price was very reasonable. I really appreciate educated prompt and honest service and this was 100% that. I am a customer for life and would refer anybody to use capital well.
