Its been a while since we got our garage storage done by Louisiana Garage Solutions (summer 2023) and we love it so much, we keep thinking about leaving a review and forgetting, but now we are doing it! First things first: they are responsive and easy to communicate with in any way. Always showed up on time, no hassles.The process: I called them up. They quickly scheduled a time for someone to come look at our garage and ask what we are wanting. He came up with a plan that would work with our space and not impede anything. He had some great ideas; better than what I was thinking, and he had a great understanding of how their storage system worked. The way the bars and hooks work are not the easiest things to explain, but once you see them in action, they make total sense and are incredibly easy to use (and very strong).In the end, we got several different types of storage shelves, some with the monkey bars, some just smaller adjustable shelves, some bars attached to the wall to put hooks on for larger tool storage like ladders, rakes, shovels, etc. We also got an overhead rack over a car parking spot and section of slatwall in our garage storage closet for modular storage options. Their shelving is more durable and nicer looking than anything you can find at a big box home improvement store.Mind you, this was in the dead heat of summer, but Tommy showed up more than one day to get the work done along with his partner, early to beat the heat, and got it done. They were great, nice, professional all the way. More than that, however, they were people who were clearly confident in what they were doing. They have the skills to be comfortable enough to chat and get it done right. They are not going to be intimidated by the work. They are just going to get it done.We had an essentially blank garage before they did their thing. Now our garage is amazing and we love it, and we have so much more usable space! You guys do great work, thank you!

Recently purchased from Garage Solutions a garage lift for moving boxes, etc into our attic storage area. It was getting extremely difficult to move items up the attic stairs. Garage Solutions team (Michelle, Tommy & Jason) from arranging first initial measurement visit, to setting install date/deposit and then actual installation were just great! They were extremely professional, prompt, courteous, they cleaned up and it looks fantastic! That same afternoon my husband and moved all 50 totes (Christmas decor) in the attic in 30 minutes and no struggling to get them up the attic stairs. Highly recommend them and their products. A great home improvement for us!! Thank you so very much.

This is a product that is more than worth the money! We have never had a more organized garage. The product is of a high quality and beautifully installed. The owner, Mark, is professional and personable, while thoroughly explaining the product and installation. He was a sincerely kind man! Tommy, who installed our product, was one of the funniest gentleman we have met in a long time! While installing the product, he made us feel like we had known him for years! You will not be disappointed with the product or the people at Garage Solutions! They represent service at its finest... Bravo!

Mark Fontenots obvious knowledge of the product offering(s) and ability to firm up (in my case) a fairly extensive order - followed by capable installers of garage floor resurfacing, cabinetry, and special products (automated ceiling storage), etc. - made this complete upgrade of my homes garage auto and boat garage (my shop), a seamless and not in hindsight, a worthwhile investment.

I love my new garage floor, my fixed shelf, and my motorized shelf. Mark Fontenot and his crew were great to work with.I plan to put all of my Christmas stuff on the motorized shelf, push the button to raise it up, and not worry with it until Christmas. No more attic storage for me!The flooring is beautiful! I couldn’t be happier.

Owner showed up in person and went over the entire process and backs his product with a ten year warranty. From start to finish the process went just like he said it would. At the end of each day the job site was cleaned up. Very professional company. My garage floor looks so much better!!

All I can say is wow! My shed was in complete disarray before Mark Fontenot and his team transformed it. From the flooring to the cabinets and slat walls, everything came together perfectly.
