    After 20 years of kids, dogs, and life, our floors were in dire need of a change. We had seen the ads and read the reviews for Vision Floors and stopped into the shop on a whim. Jason, the owner, patiently pulled about 20 samples in helping us discern our aesthetic and functional needs for our house while giving a crash course on the various product options. We landed on a hickory engineered hardwood for the entire first floor of our home and set a date. Leandro and his crew arrived on a Monday morning to demo the porcelain tile, level the floor, and label the baseboards and, amazingly, they were completely finished by mid-morning on Wednesday! The crew was pleasant and professional, the quality of workmanship was exceptional, and the price tag, while not inexpensive, was fair and competitive. The floors are truly beautiful and we highly recommend the folks at Vision Floors for your next project!

    LeAnn was our designer and Andy and Andrew were our installers. O.M.G., I could not have asked for a better team! LeAnn was able to handle any issue I was able to throw her way. From COVID, a couple of family emergencies, shipping issue, and material shortages, LeAnn was able to keep things moving and kept me in the loop! Andy and Andrew really cared about what they were doing, from keeping things clean to making sure I was happy. They really represented what an ideal contractor should be.

    We had both carpet and tile replaced by Vision Floors. We were expertly guided by Steven from start to finish. Steven was able to assist us in choosing styles and colors, describing the design process and options we had, and communicating during the install process. All folks in the office are helpful and great at explaining the process and options. The installers were respectful, tidy, and professional. We felt very well taken care of and are pleased with the results!

    Just had our laundry room, kitchen, and master bath tiled and our bedroom carpeted by Visions. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Austin Merrill, our Visions rep, was fantastic to work with. We ended up with just what we wanted at a reasonable price with no problems. A shoutout to the professionals whose installation work is detailed and artistic. Couldnt ask for a better business relationship. We look forward to working with Visions again in the near future.

    We just completed a total update for our kitchen. The original was functional, but as we lived with it we found that we could make improvements that would correct a few issues. LeAnn took great care and a huge amount of effort to help us determine what changes were possible. We adjust many times throughout the process and the results were that we got a kitchen that we love, love, love. Leanns patience to make suggestions, options created the perfect kitchen. Thank you LeAnn and Vision Floors because they both provided more in so many ways. Now my wife wants the bathrooms updated.

    We had two rooms done on two separate occasions, one for carpet and one for luxury vinyl planks. Pricing on both jobs was competitive, and the service here beat everyone else by a mile.The carpet we had installed. Rob was great about coming over and helping us pick a color, and was diligent at keeping us informed of timing as the installation went forward. The install was quick and easy.I installed the plank myself, but Rob was again very helpful at picking out something that would work for us. When I ran out of product with just three planks left to go (ugh!) Rob ordered us another box and took a loss due to the shipping, which was a great service. The poor measurement of the room was my fault, not his.If I need any more flooring done, Im definitely coming back here.

    LeAnn and Vision Floors and More were amazing to work with and super helpful throughout the process. Before going to Vision Floors and More, we looked at the big box stores and they were either not capable of reading measurements (making it several feet short) or were not able to even come up with a decent design and the prices were expensive. We were referred to Vision Flooring and More where we were not only able to get our dream kitchen but was able to stay within our budget. Not only did they problem solve any concerns we had, they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    My experience working with Vision Floors was very positive! Jason was always very responsive, is extremely knowledgeable, and does what he says hes going to do. The pricing is very competitive, but the personalized service is what puts them over the top. I love working with local businesses, and supporting local business owners. Jason and Amy, the owners, are just salt of the earth good people. They deal with integrity, and are great to work with. Also, despite my project being in Indianapolis, they were willing to deliver all of the flooring and cabinets to me an hour away. Thank you for the personalized service and a wonderful experience!     We couldn’t be happier with our new home. Joe did an outstanding job with our cabinets throughout our whole house, from design to after they were installed. The communication was great as well, anytime I had questions Joe would always help out.     We purchased all of the flooring and tiles for our showers and back splash for our new home from Vision Floors. We worked with Jason, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the wide selection of materials. I knew that I wanted to use porcelain flooring throughout the house with the exception of the bedrooms. Jason showed me a wood plank porcelain from Italy that I used and it is absolutely gorgeous! He was also able to match a tile that is in my island light to use in the back splash, which I love and it ties the entire kitchen together. Wonderful, friendly customer service, because they really want you to be happy with the end result.

    We went through Vision to redo the flooring throughout our home. Jason and LeAnn were helpful and great communicators throughout the process. Jason didn’t try to sell me any more than we needed, but still recommended a quality product. Jay, the installer is literally second to none. In two days, he took out all of our old carpet and padding and did our entire 1400+ sqft house. His craftsmanship was excellent!

    Visions was referred to me. I was not disappointed with anything. Lee Ann was great...showed lots of options on carpet. Needed it in a hurry and she made it happen. Sergios crew came in professionally, efficiently, and politely to lay carpet. My only concern came in when they left and didn’t vacuum carpet. Bits of yarn were everywhere. My last carpet co left house nice and clean. I will recommend this co and will use them again!

    Our finished basement was flooded from a septic backup in February 2016. We contacted Vision Floors and I met with Rob after the restoration service refused to pull out carpeting that had been flooded with septic system contaminated water. Rob was helpful in identifying the type of product that we had and determining its value. He provided thorough estimates for our claim and helped us pick replacement materials. Based on Visions recommendation, our insurance company agreed to replace the contaminated carpeting.There were countless delays as we dealt with the insurance company and contractors for other flood-related repairs. Throughout the whole process, Rob was the only reliable vendor that we worked with and he stayed in frequent contact with me. The install was performed last week (August 31 -- under 10 days from when I finally notified Rob that we were ready to order the flooring). after the other repair work was finally completed). We are quite happy with the finished results (combination of carpet and vinyl plank).Of the vendors that we worked with for this repair, Vision Floors is the only one that we plan to do business with again in the future.

    I am remodeling my bathroom. I have no idea what I am doing and easily get overwhelmed with too many options. After searching the internet for way too long, I decided to stop into Vision Floors. They were so helpful and kind. I didnt feel pressured or uninformed. They let me borrow samples, for free. They helped me figure out all of my options, work out timing and keep within a general budget. The prices were equivalent to what I had seen at the big box stores. I was given a cell phone number and an email address for the person who helped me. My order came in quickly, and I was informed and helped immediately if there were any issues.I honestly felt a bit intimidated before walking into this store. I now feel empowered and sure of my choices. I worked with Laura, and cannot recommend her highly enough. If I ever have another project that needs tile or flooring, I will be going here first.

    Sales: Jason & team were very helpful in simplifying a difficult decision in narrowing carpet choices to the best product at the best price. We found the total price competitive with Home Depot and other big box stores.Installation: This was a very positive experience, which is a big statement. Raul and his crew were efficient and careful. They worked without taking a break and finished a big job in 7 hrs., which included removal and haul away of old carpet. No nicks, dings, or scratches. No seams visible either.

    I had two recommendations from co-workers to use Vision Floors and More. We renovated our entire house - all new flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, counter and backsplash. Updated both bathrooms with new vanities,countertops, sinks and put in a tile shower in the master. LeAnn helped us through the entire process from selecting finishes to design and installation. While we did not add any square footage to our home, LeAnn had a design plan that gave us more space and storage. We wanted a very modern look and feel and she delivered. And we were able to accomplish everything we wanted to do within budget. Jay is a craftsman especially with tile work! And we had a lot of tile between the shower and the kitchen backsplash. It all looks great.

    Outstanding quality and value from design to selection to installation. Vision floors introduced us to new design ideas as well as new products and materials in keeping with our tastes. After visiting many dealers, we concluded by having Vision provide all of our floors, wall tile, counter tops, and cabinetry for a complete home. In addition to being sensitive to our tastes, Vision was sensitive to our budget and provided suggestions of ways to save money on some aspects of our project.

    We recently had new flooring installed throughout our home. Rob did a great job assisting us with styles and colors and staying in touch with us from start to finish. His attention to detail was outstanding. Mike and his crew did a thorough job prepping the floors before installation and were great to work with. They are very experienced and did an excellent job. We are very satisfied and will definitely return for our next remodel project.

    Like with anything it can be hard to find someone you trust to help with your home renovations and when you do, you stick with them. I found this with Rob at Visions. He has provided excellent service over the years with his attention to detail, willingness to measure the project himself to ensure proper placement and not to over order product. He will stay in contact while the job is being done. I find him easy to communicate with and will continue to refer friends.

    We had our kitchen and laundry room counters replaced and a back splash installed in our kitchen. The process went so smoothly and rep, Derek Johnson , was always there to guide us along. The outcome is amazing ! I would highly recommend Vision Floors and More!

    We had a wonderful experience with Vision Floors and more here in Lafayette, IN. LeAnn was fantastic in helping us with our new quartz countertop! I went in with my own vision of what I could see and LeAnn allowed me the space to express myself along with great information on the various products available. I never felt pushed or pulled in any direction and she was a great resource! Her planning, communication and follow up were too notch.

    Vision Floors just finished renovating our 2 bathrooms and kitchen. It looks great! Jason helped us redesign our master bathroom. He listened to our ideas and gave suggestions without forcing his own ideas on us. We now have a beautiful walk-in shower in our master bathroom, a shower/tub in our guest bathroom, and a beautiful granite countertop in our kitchen. The tile work looks great.
