This was the best rental property and management I have ever worked with, hands down! Genuine and down to earth family and I am forever grateful to be able to rent from them. They were always available whenever I had a question. They were able to accommodate me for the short time I was in Lafayette while waiting for my graduate school acceptance. If I am ever back in Lafayette or know someone wanting to rent I will 100% be recommending them!

Ive known Odell and his family for several years as people Ive done business with. I continue to do business with them because I know them to be of good character and professional in their dealings. Ive seen a lot of lease purchase programs and Ive shared with several other investors I know - the lease purchase program that Lamar Properties offers is THE most ethical one Ive seen. If you are a looking for an alternative to the usual home buying process for a far better than average home and want to deal with people who will give you a fair shot at becoming a homeowner, I recommend that you talk to them at Lamar Properties.

This is my second year renting from Lamar Properties. I can honestly say that it has been a pleasurable experience. They are very consistent in meeting the needs of the renter and fixing any problem that may arise. Response times are 5 stars!

Odel and his company helped my family get started again with helping us in a lease to own when no one else would. No shady deal or misleading paperwork just straight forward pay off. I Took responsibility to pay off my deal sooner than i was supposed too and everything went smooth. Evangiline bank (John Stigal) was very instramental with helping us get everything done and we were able to get our lives boosted again. Because of the help from Lamar properties our credit was rebuilt and we are now a succesfull buisness with 4 locations and growing... My family is so grateful to Odel for helping us and the residual of his help is showing everyday. Prayers do get answered. Not everyone may agree but its your own responsibility to be upfront and listen to your gut. We did and it paid off

Lamar Properties built our Youngsville home. Absolutely beautiful home and great people to work with. Very professional and quality work. Always available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend them.

All parties with the company were extremely professional and answered all questions by us and our counsel to our satisfaction. They were patient and provided a great experience. I was not interested in the beginning because of the negative reviews but finally gave them an opportunity. They have been everything GOOD in the home process!!!!

Rented from Mrs Tammy for a little over a year! They were great landlords never had any issues with them they were always good to us and respectful timber trails rd homes are beautiful and very quiet neighborhood

Absolutely love our new home!! It’s in a great area, good yard, quiet street! Response time to issues is quick! Worked with our self employment proof of income and our credit issues! Kids love it here!
