De Andre and Ceasar were amazing technicians! They came at 8pm to fix my plumbing problems. They were very knowledgeable and walked us through all of the steps for the repair. I am truly pleased with the work done at my home. Malcolm and Jace came out in a timely manner to inspect the problem and provide an estimate. Luke and Jace came the following morning and worked all day to fix our issues. Every worker that I encountered was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter to anyone.

The team did a great job , they worked late into evening repairing the leak in the sprinkler, then tested the sprinkler system to see if it was functioning properly. They also remove debris and washed done the pool walk way. Thanks for the great service

Roto Rooter has done a magnificent job fixing our broken pipes behind the toilet in the walls as well as under the house! We were paying over $300 month for a mysterious wastewater charge, and after Roto Rooter fixed it, we are back to a normal, affordable utility bill AND everything works!!! HahahahahahahahahahahaRyan did a fantastic job & we will only contact Roto Rooter & well always ask for & prefer Ryan to take care of our problems!!!Love you, Roto Rooter!!! ♥️. Love you, Ryan!!! ♥️

First of all Service was great thru the company itself, but the worker wasnt very friendly, He started arguing with me in my home all he talked about was busting my kitchen floor up, which i just replaced and it wasnt appropriate. 🙃 Nick was an amazing dispatch and we communicated very well the whole time I was waiting he made sure I was taken care of so I say thanks Nick and Rotor Rooter for valuing my warranty. Ill use Rotor Rooter just send someone who wouldnt argue with me in my home.

We called yesterday, and they set the appointment right away for today. They showed up at the time they specified. Logan was our technician. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Within 15 minutes he assessed the problem, and 20 minutes later, the problem was resolved. He cleaned up the area, before leaving. It was a very easy resolve.
