We’ve been having some ongoing septic problems. Jordan has helped us with these in the past. Even though when I called and they said they were pretty busy might take a while to get to it. Jordan knew what was wrong and made a stop by and took care of it for us. Jordan is a superstar amazing customer service. we also had some air conditioning problems right in the middle of summer of course. They did a great job and took care of it for us.

My ac quit working so I called Bransford to check it out and they found that the compressor was burned out and needed to be replaced but should not have gone bad and was still in the warranty period. The technician made arrangements with the manufacturer to send a new compressor which the technician installed and working like new.I recommend Branford for the professional service that they provide.

Steven came and not only fixed the issue we had but helped us with our other unit we didnt even know wasnt working properly. They are pricy but worth it. The initial diagnosis process was pretty good, but the tech told me my thermostat was bad, I replaced it myself & my AC still wasn’t working. Turns out I had a bad wire in the bundle.The technician did identify several problems (refrigerant leaking from upstairs air handler, bad safe-t-switch, poorly installed p traps). He was able to address all but the leaking refrigerant in that initial visit & I will have them back.

They also fixed the issues/problems caused by the original installation of the previous unit (no idea who installed that one- it was 12 years old). They were courteous, very knowledgeable, professional, and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Bransfords services!

Harley has been the BEST plumber we have had the pleasure to have in our house! He knows what hes doing, any questions we had, he knew the answer to our questions. He was very courteous and professional throughout the entire issue. I hope to not need another plumber anytime soon, if we need one again, I will be calling Bransford, and asking for Harley when that time comes.However we have been waiting roughly three weeks for an estimate on running an electric line from a pole to our box. Not sure if they have more work than they can handle, or if they just dont want our business.

I had trouble finding thorough reviews for a local hvac service company in Lafayette, so I hope this helps someone looking for service/repair.I called Bransford yesterday morning (5/21/18) to inspect and repair my a/c unit. They were able to come the same day, and as requested, called over an hour ahead of time so I could leave work in Gallatin to meet them. Darrell (sp?) showed up on time and after asking what my unit was doing he immediately began troubleshooting. These guys were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable of the equipment they service. They were efficient as well, and did not waste a second on the job. I highly recommend them for anyone in the area looking for service.My dogs and I appreciate the service!

They are certified and trained for Navien tankless hot water heaters and the only in middle Tennessee. Steven was my tech. Very professional and good. The tub and sink in master bath would not drain and there was a leak under sink They came out promptly to take care of the issues. After the 1st plumber came out and thought he had taken care of the drainage issues the appraiser came within 2 days and the problem was still there. I called and they immediately sent out someone to take care of the issue so we can still close on time

Mr. Bransford is very knowledgeable as we are getting a new hav/vac and switching from electric to gas. He explained the difference between gas and a duel gas system in terms we could understand. They also have guys for plumbing. Its all in one place, hav/vac, electric and plumbing. This is the company to call if you need service in any of these areas.

We needed to have our septic tank emptied and couldnt find the tank location. The septic company recommended having Bransford come help with location as they have equipment that does a really precise job of it. Bransfords office staff responded quickly in sending someone out and Harley located the tank in no time at all. I would also note that the location he showed us was RIGHT on target, we started digging exactly where he showed us and there it was, no need to tear up the entire area! Harley was very professional, answered all of our questions, and the bill was reasonable. I would absolutely call Bransford again for future home maintenance or upgrade needs.
