***********************************************************************************************Steve came by today and completely remedied the situation we had. He fixed the holes in the wall that were left by Mark, re-grouted and sealed everything up so we could finally take a shower in our home. He fixed the leaking supply line left by Mark, and replaced the old fill valve as well. He straightened the valves behind the shower, left by Mark, so they weren’t sticking out of the wall. He checked all of the previous work to be sure we weren’t having any problems before he left. Steve was knowledgeable, and even shared some of his knowledge with me before he left. He was pleasant to work with, and I would recommend his work. Thank you very much for fixing the problems that we had at our home. We appreciate great service, and this was great service. Again thank you 😊

Excellent service and Zack was very knowledgeable about my ol Betsy unfortunately Betsy lit her final fire sometime last year may she rest in peace our technician Zack seemed to think she was pushing 100 years old. So Zack made an bad day not so bad and we bought a real Fancy replacement ..... Zack is a great Dude Ive never seen anyone so excited by ol Betsy than Zack ... So I gave him the name tags off of it for his collection ... Thanks again Zack and the office Team for a great experience... Looking at the photos I can hear Taps playing in the background.......Update ol Betsy is gone and a new sexier Betsy is in ..a tremendous Thank you to robert for his professionaism and absolute attention to detail the plumbing work looks like art. Me and my wife have really enjoyed our experiences with Summers PHC. We originally contacted them about a year ago to fix a pipe for our sink. At that time we signed up for the membership services. They were proactive and contacted me to get my free inspection services on our appliances. They were extremely thorough at every appointment. I would say they truly went above and beyond in the services. All of the associates who came to my home were straightforward, respectful and knowledgeable. They all took the time to explain their processes and grow my knowledge on my own appliances. It is a huge sense of relief to know who call for any Plumbing, Heating and A/C issues or questions!

Ive had them over to fix my drain in my kitchen.....I thought they were great... Very kind..... But I was wondering about the smell they said because we just cleaned the pipes its going to fade away except it never did and after awhile we thought we had mold nope it was water from the pipe back flow all over my 5k remediated crawlspace ruined ...so I tried calling and get a got who cant pronounce English words properly and cant even understand him... Trying to get me to send a technician for 180 dollars for WHAT..... They messed up .....I will be calling again to get a proper English speaking person...... Tomorrow I have bad lungs 🫁 as it is.... Hopefully Summers will do what is right.... And get this situated....PSA after getting the Runaround for 3 days I have lung problems and they said Monday we will talk about it.... Funny you secretary said you were in your office then that you went out on emergency. Look the crawlspace was remediated for Mold now I have Mold building and Summers INSTEAD of addressing first hand like THEIR AD SAYS WE DONT WANT CUSTOMERS BE UNSATISFIED IM UNSATISFIED MOLDY WATER IN A REMEDIATED RESTORED CRAWLSPACE BUT I HAVE TO WAIT.... ITS OK.... MONDAY WE WILL SEE ....MONDAY: another company called but theyre seeming like theyre on will update with pictures when done and my Review will change after this...Wednesday They had a liaison come and they came and cleaned summers came out here also they fixed everything and stand by their motto of customer satisfaction is 💯 on the dot

Had a heating inspection recently, and let me tell you, it was hotter than a jalapeño in a sauna! The technician showed up looking like a cross between MacGyver and a furnace whisperer. They poked, prodded, and tinkered with my heater like it was a spaceship. By the end, my heating system was running smoother than a jazz saxophone solo. I was in the middle of a floor renovation when I discovered significant water damage coming from the AC box under my furnace. I called Summer’s and they had someone come out within hours to give me a quote. I needed them to remove my old system, give me time to repair the water damage, and then install my new system. They were happy to work around my inconvenient situation. Summer’s made my near-crisis situation easy and manageable. Their financing allowed me to replace my entire HVAC system (furnace, AC, vents, etc) for a monthly payment I can afford.
