    Carlos came out and took a look at my furnace for an annual clean and check. He was very professional and thorough. I ended up needing a capacitor changed and before he asked if I wanted to change it he was able to demonstrate the issue and explained that while it is functional it was on its way out. I appreciated the explanation and was happy with the service. This place blows Summers out of the water in every possible way.

    Andy Oren went above and beyond to help us. He came out to turn on our new furnace and it wasnt working. He found that the electric panel wasnt working and even though it was late on a Saturday he drove an hour to get us the part and spent time making sure the heat would work properly ahead of the frigid temperatures we are facing.

    I had Blue Fox replace my furnace and airconditioner.These guys were the best!A well-known competitor quoted me a price that was $600 more than Blue Fox quoted.But Blue Fox also included a free humidifier attached to my hot water heater, and Blue Fox filled out paperwork for me to get a $150 rebate from the gas company. So I saved much more than $600.I worked with Cody, who was very easygoing, and did not pressure me in the slightest.The guys who installed the system were fantastic! Hard working, answered all my silly questions, and were so personable.The a/c unit is on a slab which they placed on a bed of rocks, to keep it from sinking.Such a high-quality company! They really set the standard for a good business!Edit to add: I got a check for $225 from Tipmont for replacing my furnace. My new furnace works flawlessly and is so quiet! The humidity is 38% in every room in the house, I checked. And today Blue Fox sent me a gift basket. AWESOME COMPANY!!

    Blue Fox began a 4-day project on our house today to begin installing all new duct work, heating & cooling into our home that currently only has baseboard heating and no AC.Jared and his team showed up promptly this morning and left a very kind and professional first impression on us.When we returned home from work this evening, they were finishing up for the day and gave us a quick review of what they had done today. They already had all of the floor vents cut and installed into each room and left the house clean and organized, as it was before we left them this morning. We already know we made the right decision going with Blue Fox and we cannot wait to see this big project fully completed at the end of this week!UPDATE: The install is complete and we could not be happier to have central heating and air in our new home! We are so impressed with the solutions Blue Fox has provided us as well as the service we received. Fixed the issue inside of a half hour.     There is a reason they get 5 stars by almost everyone. It’s because their business model isn’t based on selling you a whole new system. Their people are actually trained and know how to repair units. We have tried getting repairs with 4 local heating and cooling companies, but never had success. Blue Fox came bc our unit wasn’t working again and actually replaced parts which all 4 previous companies told us were “obsolete” or grossly “over priced.” Blue Fox gave us a reasonable quote, repaired in swiftly, and it’s still working great. I waited for many months before writing this review to see if the repair was legit- indeed it was. Bravo for finding the only honest company in town that has integrity! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

    Had a great experience with Blue Fox Heating & Cooling. They just replaced my 22 year-old furnace and older air conditioner; the installation was a smooth and painless experience from estimate to hand-off.I chose Blue Fox because their estimate was 10-20% better than others I was offered. The advisor who wrote the estimate was knowledgeable and approachable, explaining what I would need to know to make an informed decision and answering all of my questions. He asked many questions about the house and its condition but also about my wants and needs. I felt that he was more concerned with getting the right system for me than with Blue Fox’s profit margin. There were no attempts to up-sell or take advantage of my naivety about their craft.The two installers were friendly and communicated well in explaining what they were doing and any trips they would be taking to the shop or lunch. They were clearly highly experienced in furnace and ac installations as well as having a broad understanding of heating and cooling systems, giving me confidence in their work. In the end it was a clean and thoroughly professional appearing installation with everything working perfectly on the first try and still working flawlessly.Overall, it was a great experience with people from a company that still values their customers’ experiences. No regrets, no complaints. When looking for a heating and cooling specialist, consider how often you see the iconic black and blue or white and blue trucks in your neighborhood.

    This was our first time needing HVAC service on our AC and we took a chance with Blue Fox just by word of mouth recommendations. Scott Mapes, the service technician who came to diagnose our system, was great. He arrived as expected, quickly was able to determine the issues, and throughly explained the problems. He worked within our budget to get the problems resolved and rechecked everything inside and outside to make sure it was all working.     Great service, Cody was very professional when he came to give us our quote. He was also very thorough in regards to explaining what system would work best for our home, and if we wanted to upgrade to a better system what we could expect for the installation. When it came time for the actual installation , they were on time respectable, and again very thorough with letting us what was going on, and they were great at explaining how to use the new equipment and new thermostat.     We had excellent service from Blue Fox Today. Excellent phone communication with office staff. Then, Technician Andy Orem, was patient, professional, and listened while I explained the problem and my concerns. After researching for roughly 20 minutes, he located the problem. Another company installed our A/C unit 12 years ago and didnt properly install it causing our unit to be less efficient. Andys experience and thorough diagnosis should save us on our energy bills. He also said our unit was in excellent condition otherwise and shouldnt need replaced for many years. Blue Fox has always treated us very well. We trust them.

    Staffs knowledge and expertise were on hand. We have always had a good experience with BlueFox doing our maintenance work for us in the past. When it was time to get a new system, because our 25-year-old system was on its last leg we gave them the call. They did not disappoint!     I was very pleased with everything start to finish. Cody Crawford did an excellent job of explaining things and helping me decide what was the best unit for my home. Never tried to sell me anything I did not need or want. From there the rest of the team was excellent from Brook bringing a window unit on her own time to hold me over to the service techs that came out to the house for the installation. I had to have a family friend and my daughter help with all this because I was not always available and the team at Blue Fox made sure all our questions were answered and communication was clear through all parties involved.     Dylan was working down the road from where my wife and I live, wed just moved here from Pittsburgh and really didnt know who to call or trust with the a/c situation in our home. As I spoke with Dylan he explained what they did at Blue Fox and was honest about all aspects of the services they provide including what he was capable of. I made an appointment with Makhela (sorry if spelled that totally wrong, cool name though) who was very nice and patient with me as I figured out when we could get an inspection. He explained our issues, what they could do to help and clearly described to what was needed. Dylan showed up as scheduled and even though he was alone (totally a job for 2 people in my opinion) and finished everything that day...amazing work! The best part is that it all worked out perfectly and just as he explained.     Blue Fox just converted our house from baseboard electric heat to gas, and we could not be more pleased with the level of service we received.First of all, owner JD made recommendations that were based on what we actually needed, which included retrofitting our existing central air system instead of a full replacement. This was different from the quotes we received from the other companies. This golden-rule approach was evident from our first interaction, and throughout the installation they did their bast to minimize our down-time without working A/C.Secondly, regarding the quality: I work in the service industry, and was impressed with Blue Foxs attention to detail. Not only is the install fully functional, but everything from the gas and flue plumbing to the sheet-metal work was beautifully done. In my experience, this is what sets companies apart in the service industry - and Blue Fox obviously takes pride in their work.Lastly, professionalism: Blue Fox was at my house when they said they would be there, they completed the work within the time-frame they promised, and the job was completed at the price agreed upon.Blue Fox is a new company in town, but the owner and his crew have been working together in Lafayette for many years and recently decided to combine their talents to form a dream-team. We were in the market for a new furnace and air conditioner and let me say I was throughly impressed with the professionalism of their employees, and the quality workmanship! Cody was our salesman who provided several thorough quotes, giving us the ability to select the best equipment for our budget. The install team worked diligently to get the equipment swapped out so my family could be warm and comfortable, which was very important to me. We elected to purchase American Standard equipment and have been impressed with the performance of the furnace so far! Jake Wickes was the technician who completed our project, and his experience and attention to detail is exceptional! I will definitely recommend this company and will send them referrals in the future!

    We had to have an entire new HVAC system installed in our older home. We had 3 different companies come out and Blue Fox was the most professional and honestly had the most positive attitude about getting a fairly out of the ordinary job done. I was surprised and delighted when their estimate came back lower than the other two.     Brian H. was very responsive and upfront about what the system needed to be and the cost associated with it. He didnt try to sell us more than we needed as far as hardware or extended warranty. He was very professional on the pre-sales end and was easy to get ahold of when I had questions. He also made himself present on install day as well as got us an upgrade on our Heat Pump as our model had not come in on the day of install yet. The install crew was great. They were very polite and clean as they worked. They also let me know what was going on and where they were with the install at each step along the way. The guys made sure I knew how to navigate the system and where I needed to check things periodically before leaving post install. My experience with Blue Fox was outstanding from start to finish. I will be using them as my preferred HVAC company from here forward.

During the polar vortex, Cody was able to come the SAME day we called and got the furnace at our parent’s house up and running again in no time. Everyone from the phone call to the tech who fixed my furnace was extremely professional, polite, and pleasant.I have had other companies look at my 20+ year old furnace and say oh, you better replace that before it dies but they could never show me on the furnace why I should replace it. Blue Fox fixed the furnace and SHOWED me the signs of an aging furnace but left the final decision up to me and I dont think they will nag me about my OLD furnace.I signed up for their top of the line maintenance program and while some out there might say it is too expensive but I would say that is why my 20+ year old furnace still works and has a bit of life left in it. Would you skip doing oil changes in your car? If you divide what they charge for maintenance programs by 12 the cost is very reasonable and they have designed it to be a great value if you really think about what you are getting.I will be recommending these folks to my friends and appreciate my neighbor letting me know how great these people are.

    I must post another stellar review for Blue Fox.My whole house humidifier sprung a leak and flooded my furnace on a Saturday leaving us without heat. I called blue fox and their on call technician, Dylan Howell, came to us within 40 minutes despite it being a weekend. They did not have the exact part for direct replacement but had a solution to take care of the situation. I appreciated the fact that JD did not present the problems but presented the solutions to get us back up and going.     Wow, the guys at Blue Fox did a great job! My furnace was completely shot and died this past week during the cold. They came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, and replaced it right away.     We could not be any more happy working with Blue Fox! Our system went out the night before the heat wave hit in August and they came out quickly and tried everything they could to revive our system, unfortunately it was done for! They brought ac units out to help cool the house while we were waiting for installation and they got it done super quickly! The guys were awesome! Cody was great at explaining everything and answered all our questions honestly!     Very impressed with Blue Fox Heating & Cooling and highly recommend this company. They are very responsive, polite, knowledgable, and honest/trustworthy. Cody spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood our geothermal systems and Nest thermostat (in our home that we just purchased). He set up our Nest thermostat in Pro mode and performed Preventative Maintenance (PM) on our geothermal unit. We will be having Blue Fox come out every 6 months for PM as well as any repairs needed in the future. I trust this company and know they are genuinely here to help people and not take advantage of them. They are a good group of people and I highly recommend them.

    I have an old farm house that I have been renovating as a starter home. This last winter my furnace refused to work and I instantly thought that I had major problems. When I called to set an appointment the office manager Lisa was extremely helpful and willing to work with me and my schedule. I sell cars for a living so it can be hard to get home in time to meet with the service guys to look at my stuff. They were more than willing to work with me around my schedule and even came after hours to look at my furnace! Jared Manny was the service technician who came to look at my system and he was extremely knowledgeable. I have a 20+ year old system and I assumed that I would be forced to replace what I have, however Jared was able to quickly diagnose my issue and had me up and running that same night! I never felt pressured to replace my stuff even though I know I really need to here at some point. At the time I really wasnt in the position to spend a substantial amount of money to replace my system so I really appreciate the no hassle service! I must say in the future I fully intend to use these guys to replace my furnace. They are all very down to earth and easy to work with! If you havent tried them yet you need to!     Blue Fox replaced our very old furnace and AC unit last week. The whole process from the beginning to the end went very smoothly. Lisa responded right away, she was super nice and helpful; she scheduled an appointment with Cody Crawford on the very next day. Cody came on time, was very well prepared, showed me a few replacement options to choose from, and gave very detailed and clear explanations. His professionalism, kindness and prompt responsiveness during whole process was outstanding.Techs Armando and Austin showed up on time to install a new HVAC. These two young men worked very hard; they were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful to the house and very efficient from start to finish. They completed the whole installation in one day and they also disposed of the old system.Cody came again on the next day for a walk through to make sure that all is correct; he also brought the warranty documents and took care of rebate paperwork.These three young men made a great team, and overall, it was great experience. Blue Fox Heating and Cooling provided excellent service, and I highly recommended them for any HVAC needs!

    We were in need of a second opinion after receiving a report on our air conditioner that would require spending thousands of dollars to fix it. We called Blue Fox Heating and Cooling after seeing their TV ad and when we checked out their website we saw that they offered free second opinions on repairs! Called and spoke to Lisa who was very friendly and helpful when I explained why I was looking for a second opinion. Cody came out today and checked out our air conditioner and said that even though the capacitor was a little off from factory specs it did not mean that it is bad or that it is about to drop dead . Other company said it needed to be replaced to the tune of $270. He also checked the refrigerant levels which other company said were low and found that it was not low! Other company was going to charge $233. for a leak search and $109. per pound for refrigerant and unit has 12 pound capacity, plus if they found a leak in the coil it would cost $2474. Needless to say we are extremely thankful that we called Blue Fox Heating and Cooling for a second opinion! Thank you Cody and Blue Fox Heating and Cooling for your honesty ! Honesty will gain you more customers than companies that do their best to rip their customers off ! We now have a new go to heating and air conditioning company … Blue Fox Heating and Cooling!     Our Journey started with Cody Crawford coming out and giving us our quote. What they didn’t know was our AC died that day. They took care of coming out and got us back up and running so we would be comfortable until our install date. Did I mention it was 95 degrees out and the did the service call for nothing. What a way to earn business by actually caring about the people. Our install got pushed up and then the fun started. Armando and Christian came out for our install and let me tell you how impressed I was with these young kids. The most polite professional kids I have been around in a long time.
