David was prompt, courteous, and quality-conscious. He ran some wiring for our deck project and hung the fans after the the aluminum ceiling was installed. I expected to have to hang those myself. He even rehung our cameras and fixed some pool wiring while he was here. Good guy who actually does what he says he’ll do and at the time he says he’ll do it. Hard to find these days! Highly recommend.

David researched the right unit for us to purchase. Larry and Josh then came to install the new fan. Really appreciate their excellent service and work.

You cant ask for much more that excellent service, but sometimes you get more anyway. David answered his phone (like really talked to me) when I called the first time. He gave me an estimate of time and price over the phone and scheduled a time to come fix my issue. He called me before time to let me know that he might be later than expected, but instead of putting me off, he came by right then since he was close by. The understanding was that if he couldnt fix it in a few minutes, he would come back the next day which worked better for me. He LISTENED to my explanation of the problem and quickly determined what was wrong a fixed it within 5 minutes...and now, Im able to write this review before the originally scheduled appointment time. Like I said, theres excellent service, and then there is superior service. Ive found my electrician in Knoxville!!

Top Tier did our outdoor fan installation today. My fiance and I fought with these fans for over an hour the other weekend, Top Tier had BOTH of them installed within 15 minutes and they look great! Team was on time, asked me questions if needed, took the trash down for us and were very professional and kind. 10/10 recommend and will use again.

I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE I KNOW. IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD. WE HAD A MAIN OUTSIDE BREAKER GO OUT. WENT 10 DAYS WITH NO POWER. WE HAD ANOTHER COMPANY JERK US AROUND FOR A WEEK AFTER THEY TOOK 99 DOLLARS THEY CHANGED THEIR ESTIMATE AND TOLD US IT WOULD BE ANOTHER WEEK. I CALLED TOP TIER FRIDAY AFTERNOON. HE CAME OUT NO CHARGE AND SAID HE WOULD BE BACK MONDAY MORNING TO FIX. THEY DID JUST THAT. HERE AT 9 AM AND WE FINALLY GOT OUR POWER BACK.THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH. SORRY ITS ALL CAPS BUT I REALLY WANTED TO STRESS HOW HAPPY WE WERE WITH YOUR SERVICE THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I called Top Tier based on a positive recommendation and I am so glad that I listened. David made it over in just a few hours after I called. He helped me trouble shoot what I thought would be a simple issue. It turned out that it was not just a bad GFCI, but a much larger issue. He communicated efficiently and it wasnt hard to notice that he really knows what he is doing. There were plenty of complicated issues in my house, but he worked through them and I am thankful. Top Tier provides great work at a fair price. My family and I can rest easier tonight knowing that a skilled electrician has serviced our home. We will absolutely use him again!

David installed a car charger in the garage for my newly purchased electric vehicle. Did the work very quickly without cutting corners. Came out looking and working great. I then scheduled David to come back out to hook up my backup generator to the house via an interlock kit. Works great! He really wants to finish each job same day and will stay until its done and done right. Great electrician. Highly recommend.

The guys at Top Tier know their stuff and took care of some major electrical issues in our house caused by incorrect wiring done in the past. They came in the evening to look at it and returned the next morning when it turned out to be bigger than we thought.The price was fair and their work was good. I would call them again if I need to and recommend them to friends if they needed electrical help. Five stars!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. They were professional, and the work was completed much sooner than estimated. Quality work at a fair price, the way it should be. There’s no greater peace of mind than knowing this old house is now a safe place for my kids. I would definitely use them again if need be and have already referred my loved ones. It’s never an enjoyable thing to have to have work done on your house, but Top Tier made this an all around great experience.

I used Top Tier Electrical to change out 5 existing outdoor lamps and an indoor Ceiling fan all of which were very old and in need of replacement. The work was done expertly and in a timely fashion. I found the technicians knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Their pricing tends to run a bit less than comparable electrical services as well. A very minor problem arose and my wife texted a message to Top Tier on a Sunday. The owner responded immediately and was here within 2 hours to rectify the problem. I believe this shows a true dedication to service. I personally recommend Top Tier for your electrical needs.

Top Tier has done 2 different jobs for me in the last few months. First job was installing an outlet over the fireplace for flat screen tv and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. They came up with a creative solution for the fan due to the restrictions as there was not an existing fan. The second job was completed today. We needed 2 outlets replaced in an island since we took out a chest height bar wall. Another job that required creative. Both times they were very responsive, on time, and stuck to their estimates. I will use them for any future jobs and recommend to anyone.

Dave and Larry came to my house on time. When I would plug in my Tesla to be charged somewhere in the house would break their circuit. They went right to work. They needed to fix my 240 line for my tesla electric connection plug. They did that and also checked all the connections in the circuit breaker. Some of them were loose and they tightened them. I cant say enough positive things about Top Tier Electric! Im so grateful. They returned my initial call the same day, arrived on time the scheduled day of service, were courteous, efficient with their work, answered my questions, and the updated lights we had installed look fantastic and operate flawlessly. We had them replace our bathroom exhaust fan/light, install new wafer lights in our dining area, and a whole home surge protector on our fuse panel. They even took time to clean up and moved some furniture pieces back into place. Really positive experience, and I will absolutely call on them again.
