Awesome people with great service. Ken listened patiently to our needs and send us a quick quote for the work and finished the work on time as he had stated in the agreement. Kept us informed of the ongoing work and any hurdles they faced with a solution. The completed work looks very satisfactory.

I unhesitatingly recommend Good Guys Renovation and Construction. We contracted with them to provide maintenance, and some renovations, to our house in Sequoyah Hills. Specifically we requested: 1) Inspect gutters, fascia boards, soffits and moldings, and repair or replace as necessary, 2) After scraping, caulking, priming and filling, clean and repaint all woodwork on the outside of the house, including windows, and 3) Renovate and refinish a badly-weathered screened porch of cypress.The work was completed to a very high standard, at a fair price, by a team that was professional and courteous. Importantly, as additional problems were found (a result of poor workmanship by previous painters and roofers), our options were clearly explained to us. Finally, cleanup was excellent.I am certain that when our house requires future maintenance, renovations or construction to be undertaken, my first call will be to Good Guys Renovation and Construction.
