Austin D. was a pleasure to work with. He is definitely a person that meets no strangers. He went over all the paper and signed documents before he started the job. He explained what needed to be done and I was very pleased with his work ethic. He had to replace the hoses to my washer machine. It may seem like an easy job, but he had to break a sweat getting one side off. I enjoyed him and I will be a returned customer if I need a job done. Thanks again Austin!!

This was the first time using Martin Bradley plumbing. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The ease of scheduling was great. Our technician was Cory Trollinger. I happened to be out of town when the service was performed. Cory called me and we discussed the issue on the phone before arriving. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. My wife said he was the same in person. I arrived home and looked at the work and it was just as we discussed. The pricing was very fair. I would recommend Martin Bradley and will be using them in the future.

Outstanding Service! I called at the last minute for a water leak in our ceiling from our shower in the master bedroom and he showed up earlier than expected. He was very transparent about the cost, on the low end and high end of the repairs. He was able to help save on some of the cost of the repairs. I’ve used this company twice now and have been greatly impressed with them. Highly Recommend for any plumbing needs!

I had a pipe burst late last night. I was able to mitigate for the time being, but I called Martin Bradley at 10pm and they picked up and scheduled me for this morning. Matthew showed up right on time and immediately got under the crawlspace to diagnose. While he was here I showed him other issues I noticed. He eased my concerns about a few spots, and advised that he get some quotes for the other deteriorating plumbing.Matthew fixed the issue at hand within a few hours and I’m having him back in the next few weeks to do more work that I’m worried about long term. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and fast. I’ll certainly recommend this company to anyone I can, and look forward to working with them in the coming weeks.

I needed a quick response to reconnect my gas stove after new flooring was laid in the kitchen. The team was here in less than an hour, reconnected the stove and also made a modification so the stove would fit flush with the wall. I would certainly use them again (I have used this company before!) I do not give negative reviews I simply do not use a business again if disappointed in the service. I recommend this company unconditionally.

I called Friday night and got a very quick response. Austin did a good job. However, he needs to get organized so as not to waist time (on my dime) searching for parts. Since my leak happened after hours, it was expensive. $300 per hour with a two hour minimum, plus parts and $150 for the service call.

Martin Bradleys team, headed by the gracious and hard-working Trevor, just completed installing a new sewer pipe from our house to the street. After digging the trench across the front yard, installing the new pipe, covering up the trench, spreading grass seed and straw, and then finally pouring a new concrete sidewalk panel, the job appears to be complete and fully functional. So far, it seems that their team did a fabulous job.NOTE that we chose Martin Bradley because a neighbor/friend down the street had a similar problem, and they did an excellent job for her.We will not hesitate to call them for any future plumbing issues.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Steve Martin and his company! I needed a new hot water heater and I wanted it moved from my attic to my garage. I did a lot of research on local companies and checked reviews! I got several quotes all from highly rated companies . Of course, Martin- Bradley was one of those with outstanding ratings! Steve came out the same day I contacted him and explained everything that had to be done in order to move my hot water heater to the garage. He gave me an estimate before he left. My gut told me he was the right choice , but I still got other quotes. Steve’s quote was very fair and one of the lowest . One company’s quote was over $1,000 more than Steve’s . I chose Steve and am so glad I did! He was able to schedule my installation for the next week . The crew arrived promptly that morning and worked extremely hard for most of the day. Steve and his crew were all professional, knowledgeable, polite and respectful. They did an awesome job and cleaned up any mess they created. I am so grateful to find an honest and dependable plumber. I will, definitely, be using Martin-Bradley Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs! Very impressed!

He got to the Water Tank just in time and did an excellent job. The second time Scottie came out within the week, he made some suggestions about the Whole Home Filter, we have well water. I can’t give you a price comparison because I don’t know of another company that offers the same level of service. And I have worked with plumbers for more than 50 years.

After a bad experience with another plumbing company trying to charge me $2500 for unnecessary repairs, MBP came out and completed the job for $233.00 they also fixed my water pressure and cleaned a drain. They were courteous and professional. They wore foot coverings and masks inside of my home. I would absolutely recommend them for all plumbing repairs. Thank you guys so much!

Walked out the back door around 7a, and saw a 5ft leak spraying up into the yard, from right where the main water supply line (buried 1-2ft) was entering the outside of the wall. Called my usual plumber, left a VM for emergency service; no answer after 30m. So Googled and found Martin Bradley Plumbing. Called them & they called back w/in 10-15m, and booked them. Got a call back from my usual plumber after an hour, but still decided to go with Martin Bradley.Anyway, after a quick hardware store trip, I shut the water off the water meter with a water shut off curb key. I have used multiple plumbers in the area since moving here a few years ago. That being said, my experience yesterday with Martin Bradley has led me decide to use them for all of my plumbing needs from here on out. I needed a shower valve to be replaced as it was leaking. Not only did they do a fantastic job replacing the valve and putting in new hardware, but when the water was turned back on they noticed that my toilet needed a new flapper installed and went ahead and took care of that for me. Barbara told me, she would put us on their books for the day and have one of the plumber technicians call us once they were done with the current job they were on.I received a call about an hour and half later and the young man said he would be at out house within 20 mins. He and his partner showed up on time and did an outstanding job.
