I live in Winston Salem and recently had a Navien tankless water heater installed by Tyler with Enduric. He and his team did a really great job. They showed up on time, got the work done in the time frame they specified and didnt leave a mess in the basement. The installation is super clean, well labeled and the house is now outfitted with a much more consistent supply of hot water. Will definitely be working with Enduric for future plumbing needs.

Water heater finally went after 20 something years and on Labor Day weekend no less. Called Enduric who answered on a sunday and got me scheduled for asap. Work was fast and non eventful. The folks over at Enduric Plumbing took care of my family when we needed them. We had a busted front water spigot and they came over and not only fixed it but brought it up to code. While they were here, they fixed the cutoff valves on my washing machine. They do great work and explain everything they are doing before they do it. Give them a call!

Enduric has been the only plumbing company I have used for several years. Everyone — from the office manager who takes calls and makes appointments to the techs who do the work — is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They do excellent work and most importantly are trustworthy, honest and fair. Before doing work, they completely explain what needs to be done, answer any questions, take detailed photos, and get approval before proceeding. Hunter was my most recent tech and he did a great job from beginning to end.

I have personally known the owner of Enduric Plumbing, Tyler Prohaska, for several years. Hes a super nice & friendly guy. He has done all the plumbing for Carolina University where I work for the last 5 years. He has always been very professional, and his work has always been 5 star. He always responds very quickly & timely to our calls, and even has come on quite a few different occasions after hours to do emergency work. He has even done personal work for me at my own home. I cant speak highly enough about Tyler, his employees, and their plumbing work. I highly recommend Enduric Plumbing!

Recently, Daniel went out of his way to help me fix a leak with a dishwasher on campus. I work with many vendors, but Enduric Plumbing is the contractor I trust the most. They have gone the extra mile multiple times just to be a help to me. If you are looking for a commercial plumber, this is the company you want. Extremely hard work ethic and a quality you simply cant beat. If you need residential repairs, you want Enduric Plumbing. They have always given me several pricing options and are very honest concerning the necessity of the repair. I cannot recommend Enduric enough!

My experience with Enduric Plumbing was great! As a new homeowner it has been very nerve wracking finding services for my home that I can trust and know that the work will get done in a timely, clean manner. I have now used Enduric twice and they will be the only plumbing company I will go to now! Tyler and Hunter have come out to my home to replace a water heater and install a new sink and faucet. Both times they presented neat and professional. They carried that throughout our interaction and their work. They did a wonderful job with installation and I am very happy with my new sink and hot water! I plan to use them again to replace my bathroom vanity and shower in the future!

Were in the middle of a renovation for the master bath at my parents house. In the excitement of finishing the new bathroom, my dad and me installed the new fixtures a little too quickly and noticed there were several small and annoying leaks. I called the only company I actually trust, Enduric Plumbing Services. Daniel was very quick to reply to me and even quicker to get me scheduled. He arrived and was done fixing the small annoying leaks in a few minutes and was extremely considerate and professional through the whole process! My mom is immune compromised and Daniel went to great lengths to make sure that he was keeping his distance, wearing a mask, and using hand sanitizer regularly. I cant tell you how much that meant to me. Please consider this company for all your plumbing needs, the whole team is made of excellent people!

I had very bad hard water issues at my house and all of the seals were being eaten up and leaking. So I finally decided to give Enduric a call and they put in a softener and filter in. The water is now clean with no Mineral taste. They did an amazing job and left the area cleaner than they found it. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumber. They are very professional and thorough. You can tell that they care about the work they do!

Enduric is by far the most professional group I have worked with in a long time. Tyler was patient as I asked questions about a rather large project. He gave me options, time to consider all info, and when I made a decision, he scheduled the work immediately. What was quoted as a week long project by others, they completed in a day and a half. They had my water restored to the whole house on day one and came back to finish up smaller tasks the next morning. Tyler stayed in contact with us each step of the way. He showed us what they were doing, got our input, and provided referrals for other needed work. I could not have asked for a better experience.

They came in and nailed down the problem within 10 mins; then came back and replaced my water heater, pressure reducing valve, and cleared a stubborn clog all in an hour and a half at a very reasonable price. Not to mention they’re friendly and won’t try to pull the wool over your eyes like so many contractors tend to do. Once again, couldn’t recommend more!!
