Our oil furnace went out last year and we hired Edwards to install a heat pump. Weve been on a service contract with them. We did have a few hiccups in the beginning in that the heat pump is in the crawl space under our house and there is moisture, and weve never owned a heat pump before. Edwards has been amazing. They didnt give up on us. Working with them and following their advice on things we needed to do helped make sure the heat pump runs right. Whenever weve had an issue, they have always promptly responded. They have just been amazing. Its been a year now and we are very happy customers. We highly recommend using Edwards for your heating and air.

Edwards Heating and Air has been fantastic to work with. After being misled by not one but two other companies, Edwards came in and saved the day! They answered the call from our warranty company in the same day the call was made and had our new unit with upgrades installed the next day in less than 5 hours!!! They also called to make sure everything was running correctly after the install. Every employee that I spoke with was very professional and explained everything to me in detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service!

If you need the job done right, call Edwards. We have used this company in two different homes and they always do an excellent job. We bought a house and moved in last November. We started experiencing issues with the HVAC in January and had extremely high power bills. The techs from Edwards diagnosed our issue accurately, and expediently replaced the leaking evaporator coil within two days. They didn’t try to sell us on replacing our aging R-22 system and did everything they could to keep us running for the foreseeable future until we can afford to replace. They also diagnosed the thermostat wiring and discovered a short that was causing the backup electric heat to turn on all the time, which was the cause of our high power bill. Lastly, they took the time to inspect our ductwork, seal a leak, and adjust our dampers to even out the airflow through the house.The big companies with all the advertising may get it done, but I always prefer the local small business that employs honest and knowledgeable technicians and prices their work fairly. I highly recommend Edwards!

Holy Cow!! I just cant say enough good things about this fine company and their employees. Last night my heat pump stopped cooling air and after fooling with my home warranty people and getting told that Monday was the absolute earliest that someone could be here, I called Edwards and told Gretchen the dilemma. She said that they had a couple of guys working close by and that they could possibly be there within an hour and a half. Less than an hour later Kyle and Billy showed up and 30 minutes later, we had cool air pumping again! Yes I had to pay for it outside of my warranty but it was money well spent as the difference between my warranty service charge was only $64 and most importantly a whole weekend WITH AC! It you need HVAC help, there isnt a better option out there in my humble opinion. Following is an older review also -These guys (and ladies) are great! I cant recommend them highly enough. They came to the rescue in the summer after a poor contractor struggled to fix one of my heat pumps. Edwards came in diagnosed the problem correctly and FIXED it. Today I woke up to no heat, they were here within an hour and had the problem fixed 20 minutes later. A great company that believes in CUSTOMER SERVICE. ***** five stars!

I was saved just when I was about to go down for the third time!I purchased a brand name unit from a different contractor. I should not have done that. Long Story but I had had it with broken HVAC. My son told me about Edwards and the service he had received from them so I gave them a call. They were able to get warranty coverage from this other Brand Name supplier so that my bill was less than 50 %.Well the parts supplied from this other company lasted 6 weeks before I again was without HVAC.Edwards stood tall. Today they replaced all equipment and completed the service at NO CHARGE! You never see this. They are so good.Call Edwards. I will never use anyone else.

They didnt treat us like one of those home warranty people. Noticed my AC wasnt working yesterday evening, so I made my claim through my home warranty company. Edwards called me the next morning at 7am and said a technician could be out by 8. The technician that came out was very courteous and knowledgeable.

My home warranty (2-10) put me in touch with Edwards Heating and Air after my thermostat stopped working. They showed up the next day while I was at work and had the unit up and running by the time I was home. Other than the deductible, the warranty covered the other expenses. I would definitely use this company again.

Kyle came out to do a repair on our heat furnace that was not working after the summer and warm fall temperatures. He did a marvelous job quickly diagnosing what was causing the computer not to turn the gas burners on and engage the blowers. He proactively worked on the part and communicated very effectively with me in terms I could understand what the problem was. As a courtesy and sign of his professional dedication to excellence, he looked around to ensure there were not other issues needing attention while he was in the crawlspace. He had an associate, Jeremy, with him who he was training. Jeremy was also very polite and personable, whom Kyle asked to go get some tape out of their work van and he sealed back up some piping that was coming apart due to moisture and age. Didnt take but a couple of extra minutes, but was a touch of class and attention to detail that I really appreciated. It may not have been a huge repair they could make a lot of money on this time, but they were more interested in building a long-term relationship built on trust and ensuring that the entire system was working efficiently before they left.I would highly recommend Kyle and the Edwards Company he represented so well and whos owner appears to have a business philosophy based on being genuine with customers and hiring technicians who have integrity.

From my first call to Edwards Heating and Air, everyone was very knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. My igniter switch went out on my gas furnace, John was professional and efficient with replacing it on the spot. Courtney was aure to get me on the schedule right away, and Faith called to let me know that John was on his way in advance. Fast, friendly, efficient service. Ive used Edwards in the past, they also installed a brand new Rheem AC unitband duct work for me as well in 2017 and was pleased with their service back then as well. These are my go to HVAC experts! Thanks everyone for fast, friendly service!

Service technician came out on a home warranty call, was very polite and knowledgeable, but found my issue was not covered under my warranty. He provided me with quotes on 2 options to fix my issue, so I may be using them for some work soon.If you are still reading, please be wary of American Home Shield (AHS) warranty company. They have exclusions that get them out of most any issue aside from gross failures. They caused many headaches for myself and Edwards on this service.

Beyond excellent service. I really cant say enough great things about these guys. I had a pain in the butt intermittent problem that initially wouldnt act up to demonstrate to the guys but that didnt scare them off. They thoroughly checked and inspected every inch of our hvac system and were able to diagnose the problem even though it turned out to be an electrical issue and not even a hvac issue. The professionalism, service, attention to detail, and the hustle to help out a new customer and get my a/c back up and running in 90 degree weather is greatly appreciated.

Air conditioner was out of service, when it was 90+ degrees outside. A different and air company came out and quoted $1500 for a temporary fix and $6000 for a new unit. Edwards Heating and Air Conditioning came out and found a simple problem with a simple, affordable fix. Thank you so much for your help! I will keep Edwards information on hand.

I had a great experience with Edwards. They fixed my AC problem in about 10 minutes. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Because they were able to fix the problem so quickly, they waived the repair charge and only charged for the service trip. I highly recommend these folks.
