Cindy was very helpful in scheduling my appointment with Shad. Shad has been very prompt and responsive. Very kind and helpful and went over and beyond. He located the leak which was a running toilet and quickly and efficiently replaced the pump in the toilet bowl. My toilet is running great. Will definitely use your services again in the future as needed.

I moved into my home last year and after some time came up with a list of plumbing fixes and upgrades I wanted done. After doing some research and talking to a few people I kept hearing great things about Shad of CJones! So I got a hold of him and he eventually drove out to my home. He took his time to listen to me and walk around my property with me to discuss the things on my list. He gave me expert advice, thoughts, and nice alternatives, only a plumber of his caliber would know! We then made an appt. for him and another CJones employ, Gilberto, to come out and do the work. They came and conquered! They were so nice, personal, and just superb plumbers all around. I love their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and how efficient they were. Shad even walked me through everything and had me check things out to make sure it all looked good and worked right, and it all turned out even better than I imagined! Bravo gentlemen 👏

Shad was the plumber that was sent to my grandfather’s house when he had a water leak. He was on-time, communicated throughout the day regarding his arrival time, and was very professional the entire time he was at the house. Hi, I am writing this review in response to a service C Jones Plumbing did for us involving a cracked water line. We had a tree service that removed a large tree in our front yard. Whenever they dropped the tree, the weight of the tree damaged the water line from our home to the main line to the street. I called Cliff Jones the day we noticed a puddle of water on the front lawn, and by that afternoon, Cliff and Shad were at my home with their backhoe tractor equipment and proceeded to detect where the leak was. These guys know their stuff. I have to say theyre all dirty and down in the mud, and they were very efficient with tracking the issue and resolving it, and cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely recommend C Jones Plumbing; I have told several of my friends and they have all used them and said they would not use anyone else because these guys were very trustworthy. I have used C Jones Plumbing many times and their service is always excellent. My two most recent problems was my hot water heater guit working and they came that day and replaced it for me. Also, a sump pump in my basement quit working and was overflowing. They came out after hours, pulled the pump and found the float had build up on it and wasnt cutting the pump on. They brought a new pump when they came incase the pump had gone bad, but they were honest and only did what was needed. Shad was the tech that came to both calls. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. I highly recommended C Jones Plumbing

These guys are very helpful. My house was covered under warranty and when they came to fix certain items they told me that they will be working around the neighborhood for a while so give them a call even after warranty and they will try their best to fix it for free. This speaks to confidence in their work and standing behind the work and products they offer. Hard to find such quality nowadays.
