Can’t say enough about Webster & Sons. We woke up today with no water pressure. The first plumber we called said he could come in two days. Webster sent their superintendent in 30 min and he diagnosed the problem. He had his men there for the repair in 1.5 hours. All employees we spoke with were upbeat, friendly and professional.

My husband discovered that the expansion tank was leaking in our garage when he got home from work and just turned it off before heading right back out. I called Webster & Sons Plumbing after hours number on my way home around 6. Richard got to our house within 2 hours and got it replaced and running in 30 minutes. He was super nice and professional. We are very satisfied with the workmanship and the immediate response to our plumbing issue.

First time using this company and I was very impressed. Zack was friendly and professional. Came out for a leaky toilet and I asked him if he could look at a few faucets and he did and fixed them on the spot. Incidentally found an issue with water cut off valve and I am going to call and have him come back to replace that. Great customer service and great prices. Honest and highly recommended!!!

We have been in our house for 10 years and we have never had any issues with our plumbing. All of a sudden out of no where our toilet starts to over flow our shower and tub starts to back up with sewage. We made all attempts to clear everything out and finally we decided to call someone in a professional. We called a couple of different companies and not to say anything bad about the other companies but we knew from the moment Ashley answered the phone at Webster & Sons Plumbing that they were the right fit for us. Ashley was very nice and talked us through the process of their services and fees she explained everything perfectly. Ashley said that she could get someone out the same day and she would make some calls and call us back when she find out who she had in our area. Ashley kept her word and called us back and let us know that Devon would come out today and that he would call us when he is on his way. I told Ashley that I would give her 5 stars if I had to rate her customer service right at that moment but I told her that I would wait until after the visit. I just need to take a moment to say I have never met such great people in such a long time but when Devon and Donnie arrived they were professional, knowledgeable, they took their shoes off at the door because Devon said he had mud on his shoes I even told him it was fine to leave on his shoes but he insisted that he take off his shoes to not get mud on our carpet. My husband and I was so impressed we greatly appreciated them for that. When Devon and Donnie looked at our issue they got right to the job of making everything right they had great team work and together they helped us get our bathroom back because the plumbing was holding our bathroom hostage. Devon told my husband and I that he would not leave until we were happy customers and he asked were we happy and we were so happy with the great job that he performed we were busting at the seams. Devon and Donnie really cared about us and our issue Donnie even cleaned out the tub for us when the water went down. Devon was running the machine and Donnie was pumping the water in the shower and together they were the most awesome duo ever. They have a customer for life. I will recommend Webster & Sons and I will recommend Devon and Donnie - This company, from the office with the first phone contact with Ashley to the field when Devon and Donnie came out they need 10 stars - They are the best more companies need to pattern after them. They even charged us based on what Ashley told us they would charge. Devon and Donnie worked hard stayed focus and got the job completed. Awesome Awesome Awesome... I could write a book they were all so wonderful. I may have just wrote a book but the praise for this company is well deserved. Thank you all so very much - I will do a commercial I will be a spokesperson I believe in this company that much - It is good to know that we still have companies with good service and great people like Ashley, Devon, and Donnie ...Keep up the good work and never stop being great

Very competitively priced. Took care of my issue quickly. I have several rental houses one of them was having a major plumbing issue. The tenants daughter was to have a graduation party in three days time. I called Webster and Sons, spoke to a very polite young lady named Ashley, who put me in contact with Richard. Richard went to the property, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed the same day, saving the party. The service guy Austin did a bang up job replacing the parts and ensuring it was working. Will use them for our plumbing needs in the future!

Richard and his workers and company were fast to respond to a major problem we had. Spoke with him at 9 am. He was at my house noon and he was able to coordinate all the work between my water co. And all others electrical and cable engineers and found the problem we were having for over two months. Fixed it and had it all complete by the early night to make sue my family will have the comfort of staying home instead of going to a hotel. We strongly recommend him to every one . he is honest, great skills and experience and very close to people.

Contacted Webster & Sons originally to have kitchen faucet replaced. Described project to Ashley and Drew responded within an hour. I described the sink and asked him to select a good replacement for a reasonable price. Drew called me from the plumbing supply described the new faucet and cost. I advised him that would work fine. Drew arrived 30 minutes later removed the old faucet and installed the new one promptly. Drew was reliable courteous and professional. Later that day we our water heater stopped working so I called Drew immediately and told him of the problem. I decided to replace the water heater which was now 22 years old vs repairing it then having to replace it in the near future. I described the lowboy water heater in the crawl space to Drew and asked him to replace it. He came out the next morning with Devan and took a look at the water heater and connected plumbing. There was corrosion at top of the water heater from a leak, corrosion on the PRV valve possibly causing future problems and the water shutoff valve in the crawl space needed replacing. I advised Drew to proceed and they turned off the power, water and began draining the water heater. Drew and Devan went to the plumbing supply securing the new water heater valves and copper pipe to make repairs returning in about 2 hours as they had to go more than one supply to locate a low boy water heater. Upon return they installed the new water heater, valves and piping. I paid Drew, thanked them both for their work and they left. Drew phoned a couple of hours later to follow up. The water was heating but did not feel as hot as it should. I informed Drew and decided to wait 24 hours and check it again. Saturday water started hot but slowly began to cool after my wife filled the bathtub with 2-3 inches of water. I called Drew and left a message. He returned my call within 15 minutes. I informed him of the situation and he and Devan came back Sunday around 11am and put new heating elements and thermostats in the new Whirlpool water heater previously installed. Upon inspection the new water heater had a faulty lower heating element. I appreciate Drew and Devan addressing the issue as quickly as they did. I most highly recommend Drew, Devan and Webster & Sons Plumbing. I will be calling them again for any future plumbing need that arises. They stood behind their work and prices were reasonable.

After my neighbor had a great experience with Mike at Webster & Sons on the weekend, she highly recommended them to me and told me to ask for Mike. After some juggling of our schedules, Mike came out and gave me an estimate that is very reasonable. I will be using Webster instead of getting any more estimates...he impressed me that much! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Ill leave another review after the work is done, but I am not concerned at all about it being a great one also.

I recently bought a new home and had Webster & Sons install 2 new water heaters. They did a great job and when I thought I had issues with my plumbing they came right out to my home. It turned out there wasnt any issues with the plumbing, but did notice a leak under the bathroom sink and fixed the leak for free. They are very professional and every time I have used them they always do the job right.

We used this company as they were recommended by the company who did our patio. They ran a gas line for us and obtained the permit and inspection prior to having our patio poured. They did a good job and the price seemed fair. They dug the trench by hand and were very careful of our yard. We thought the price included the full hook up and final inspection after the patio was complete, so I guess there was miscommunication between them and our concrete guy. Kind of frustrating to have an incomplete project, but nothing we can do about it. They also initially billed the wrong person and then forwarded the bill to us about a month later. No big deal, except they didnt change the bill date and started sending us non payment/past due notices a couple of days after we received the initial bill. Kind of annoying that they made a mistake and then put us as past due even though we werent. Overall, I would consider them for plumbing needs in the future.

We had been using a Plumber for about 20 years. They told us we had a rusted pipe in our kitchen and weren’t sure how much of the pipe would have to be replaced. They said they would have to dig up our floors and would cost anywhere from $8,000-$20,000. They said this without bringing any cameras in to see where the pipe was bad. We called Webster’s to get a second opinion. They ran the pipe and found out there was only lint in it from our washer. They checked it multiple times and made sure it was clear. For something another Plumber quoted thousands on, they fixed for a little over $100. We haven’t had any problems since. They are as honest as they come. I will never use another company again. I also will only refer Webster’s to my friends and family.Do yourself a favor, call Webster’s for your plumbing problems. They are honest and affordable!Thank y’all!!

After being stood up by another company 3 times in 24 hours I was ready to find someone else to do business with. I placed a call yesterday and I had my garbage disposal replaced the very next day. I am really impressed with the fact that someone answered the phone when I called initially and I didnt have to leave a message and play phone tag. They got someone out the next day and at a time that was convenient for me due to my work schedule. Ill call them again if I ever need any more work done.

I live in Eden where plumbing services are limited making charges outrageously high or limited on services. I decided to reach out to other areas and found Websters in Kernersville. I saw the many reviews so decided to call. They agreed to come to Eden! I am sooo... glad!! I had stopped up drain with water flowing over, etc. They sent their best drain person; David and he indeed was. Within short order he found the location of the problem as I had 2 where as most homes only have 1. He worked his magic and my volcano of &^%$##$^ was over! I was relieved with my bill knowing what it could have been had I used a local firm my in laws regularly used. I will continue to use Websters for any future plumbing needs should they arise. I obviously highly recommend them.

Did not have an appointment scheduled to repair our leaking kitchen faucet, but Tammy was able to fit us into the schedule the same day I called. Chris was very professional. He ran to Lowe’s and picked up a new faucet to match our specs and installed it, all within an hour or so. After this experience, I will definitely call Webster & Sons for all our plumbing needs.

My husband and I arrived home from vacation to a leaking water heater. We called Webster and Sons on Saturday morning and they arrived within the hour to replace the water heater. Mr. Webster and son thoroughly cleaned after the job and even checked back to be sure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Same day service and affordable price. Austin even showed me how to prevent a future problem myself without having to call them back in the future. Also, while they were working on my current issue another pipe which was rusted fell out of place. They replaced it for me free of charge. No complaints here, and I will be a repeat customer if I need them again.

I recently contacted Webster & Sons Plumbing for a problem I was having at one of our rental units. I was met by a friendly professional staff who went right o work scheduling one of their plumbing technicians to resolve the problem. I received a call from the technician when he was in route and then once he was there. He walked me through the problem and the needed repair work. I was extremely impressed with the work and the corresponding invoice for the work.I had a problem at another home and had no doubt that they would provide the same level of service as before. They gave me an estimate on the needed work and unlike many others, stayed within that estimate and in fact they came in slightly less.I would recommend Webster & Sons to anyone needing plumbing services.

I would like to personally thank Mr.Webster and his son Drew they came out and replaced the main water line to my house and might I made had to break through MANY large tree roots. When they got to the meter box to connect there line they found that Aqua water had replace there line about a month ago and Aqua did an aweful job Mr. Webster came and got me and should me Aquas work which he did not have to do. Mr.Webster stayed at my home till they came out to show them the problem, again someting he did not have to do. They have to come back Monday to fill the hole back in on Monday after the inspector comes out. I am very pleased with the great work they have done and very thankful they showed me the problem at the meter. I would highly recommend them. Another job well done. By the way I would give them 10 stars!!!!!
