We’ve been working with ZoomDrain for about a year for servicing and maintenance on our sewage lines. Living in an older home in KCMO obviously comes with some challengers with the clay sewer lines. After having a back-up and getting multiple options with continuously chose ZoomDrain because it didn’t feel like they were trying to sell us but rather truly work with us to solve a problem. We recently had a section of pipe replaced in the front yard along with a clean-out placed to make any future maintenance easier. Jim and James were super great to work with and answered any and all of my questions! Highly recommend!

Glenn was very thorough. He Did a great job of trying to find my clogged drain . he used a Camera to go through the drain to my septic tank ,he was very professional and answered all my questions. I would Definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs. I have a septic tank which is a little tricky. I was only charged for what they were able to do,I felt like it was a fair price. Janelle was also really nice. She’s the person that set up the appointment. She answered all my questions and gave me an estimate of the appointment time, and they kept me informed of when they would be there.. It was a good experience.

These guys have been exceptionally patient with me in a time of intense plumbing crisis. My line needed to be replaced from the front of my home to my driveway and they worked with my insurance like butter. I continued to have issues with the rest of my line running out to the city main line and theyve sent a tech out everytime Ive needed until I could figure out how to get the city on board with solving this issue that I suspect is their fault. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Very affordable and exceptionally honest.

I had a positive experience with Zoom and with David, who came out to the house and cleared our main drain line. He ran camera into the line and showed me the roots that had crept into the line, which led to some of the blockage and talked to me about options. We went ahead with the hydroblast and eliminated the roots. Service was very prompt and courteous.

Had two other plumbers ghost me so called Zoom Drain. Lady in dispatch was super friendly and got me scheduled same day! What a relief since we had a backed up main sewer line. They called to let me know the tech was on the way. Jake arrived and we discussed the problem. I have a very old house, which always presents problems when we go to work on something because I think everything in the house is literally 100 years old. I think my main stack is behind a wall. Jake and I discussed several options and I have to say, hes a trooper. Kept me informed of his progress and finally managed to clear the drain. Super friendly guy. I also like that he had tech support to consult throughout the process. All I can say is my family thanks you! Well be using Zoom Drain for any future plumbing needs.

Glenn, the technician sent, did a great job. Evaluated the probable source of the drain blockage and ran the camera to confirm. Ran the snake all the way to the main. Said the line was in good condition given its age. No extra cleaning of that line needed. Going to have him back to ck another line at the other end of the house. Great service.

Had a basement drain backup recently one evening after work, in our 80yr old home.Called Alex to explain my situation and to see if they could send someone out that evening.He said he could, but was very open about what that would cost me.He said if there was any way that we could wait until the next day, that he could have someone come by when I got home from work at 5:30pm.Long story short, they showed up on time, told me what it would cost and got right to work.The Tech (Jason, I believe) was having a difficult time with the old plumbing, but with persistence he was able to clear my drain.It only took a couple hours and the price was more than fair in my opinion.I would definitely recommend them and I appreciated their fairness and transparency on what the repair would cost, and I appreciated them accommodating my work schedule. Kudos to Alex and Jason.

Glenn was the plumber that was sent to me by zoom Plumbing. To say he was a godsend is an understatement. It was a tough clog, but he stayed persistent and his resolve notTo let the pipes beat him resulted in success. He was knowledgeable and personable and I would highly, highly recommend, this company to anyone in the greater Kansas City area. I’m in the service business and Janelle, Glenn and his boss. Alex were exceptional. Only a year old company but absolutely a go to Company for years to come.

I wanted to share my positive experience with Zoom drain. I had a drain issue at my rental peoperty and reached out to them. They were prompt and professional in responding to my initial inquiry and scheduled a free visit to come take a look. During the service visit, Jake assessed the issue, explained the problem to and outlined the steps needed to fix it. Overall, my experience with Zoom drain was excellent.

I had a shower and sink backing up and needed it taken care of quickly. I called first thing on a Friday thinking I would have to schedule for next week, but they were able to come out same day! Within in a couple hours from my phone call, they were out to my house and had diagnosed what was causing the back up was not a main line issue, but some old plumbing. They quickly cut out the problem pipe, installed a working piece and solved my problem. Could not be more happy with the response time and how quickly my problem was taken care of. Also Cory was great at explaining the issue and the fix. I will be using Zoom Drain again if I run into any other problems.

Very prompt service on initial phone call for my clogged kitchen sink drain. They were not able to auger out the issue so they had to schedule out a second visit to jet out the clog. They came in for the second visit and were able to clear the issue. They were very prompt and pricing is comparable to other drain service providers in the area. First of all, Cory is a super technician. The main drain out to the sewer periodically just backs up - tree roots growing underneath a house built in 1937 - gotta expect some occasional trouble.Zoom Drain popped up first in my plumber search and they are very professional and responsive! I got lucky and Cory showed up to do the work. Hes kind, experienced, and I trust his knowledge and advice. So, all positive with one little exception; turned out to be a spendy plumbing call! But quality work outweighs the cost in this situation.
