Had flooding in basement, and Joe took time to listen to the problem and get it fixed properly. Super friendly and professional, and showed up quickly. Price was extremely reasonable too. Will definitely use Razor Rooter in the future.

These guys are great. Professional, helpful and got the job done right. On top of a great job roto rooter quoted me for $415 just to snake my drain. Razor Rooter did the job for less than half of that as well as a 3 putting a warranty to there work. I cannot recommend these guys enough. These guys are my go too from now on.

Alex and Gavin came by later in the day last night to clear a backed up kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Both were extremely professional and talked me through what they thought was going on. They attempted to clear the drain, but werent happy with what they were able to accomplish.Thinking they needed to access my drain through the roof vent we all agreed during daylight hours was best. Alex and Gavin showed up right when they said they would today. Alex reassembled my kitchen sink and to our surprise he actually cleared the drain last night.I work in the service industry and know what technicians go through. Any negative reviews of this place about being on time or breaking something are coming from those who have never done that type of work. Stuff happens, and its typically not the technicians intention to cause damage.100% recommend these two for your needs on drain clearing. I would like to think their ethics and ability are the same as everyone else. But I can only speak for Alex and Gavin.Thanks guys!

They are awesome! They spent the entire day at our house helping fish a drain bladder out of our pipes. The plumber Mark was nice, treated my wife nicely until I could make it home and bound and determined to fix our issue. They will be the only plumber we use if we ever need one again.

Razor Rooter can clean a line out for sure! I had a nightmare experience the True Blue Plumbing they wanted me to replace all my sewer lines for $6600. Razor Rooter gave me a 90 day guarantee and I recommend them no sales pitch just a clean line. Thank you Razor Rooter so much!

I couldnt believe they answered my call at 11:30 at night! They are amazing, helpful, will return your call, and available when you need them (which is so important when your basement is full of waste!)Jeremy came out and fixed my backed up line for me and was so genuinely nice! He made sure I understand the issue and what to do to make sure it doesnt happen again. As a new homeowner, its so helpful to work with people who want to help you. I wish every company was this helpful!

I had tree roots in my main sewer line I had called another plumbing company out that morning the plumber said that I had to replace my main line because he could not get through the roots. So I called Razor Rooter & the plumber had all the roots cleaned out & cleaned the whole lone in under 2 hours. There prices are great & there plumbers are well trained & know how to do there job.

Awesome and fast service. The guy that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. Originally they where my supposed to come out as early as they did but the plumber called to come earlier because of the severity of the problem. Would definitely recommend.

Technician came out to unclog main drain. Replaced an access part, basically at cost with no charge for labor. Then he spent the rest of of the time augering the line, which took much longer than usual, all with a smile and great attitude. Dont know that Id have done the same. Highly recommend.

Bob Hamilton came first to try and unclog the drain and somehow made it worse. They claimed there was concrete in the drain and quoted me $15,000 to replace the pipes! I called Razor Rooter and they were out within two days (were in a polar vortex when this is happening, so understandably they will be busy). Josh was dispatched first thing in the morning to my house and cleared the pipe in just 30 minutes. He also claims that it was just roots, not cement.Josh was very professional, showed up when he said he would, and is clearly knowledgeable about his trade. He answered all my questions simply enough for me to understand and explained the situation using analogies that helped everything make sense to me.Overall, I am highly satisfied with the results and services provided. Josh not only cleared the pipes, but cleared the stress that came with it. I would have given 5 stars if they cleaned up the sewage, but Josh told me I can wash it back down the drain. Understandably, cleanup is not their job, but, luckily, there isnt that much to clean up in my case and it will be super easy.Bob charged me $350, Razor Rooter was less than half that. Bob refused to come back out to finish the job, Razor Rooter warrantied the work for 90 days. Never use Bob Hamilton.

Weve had 4 plumbers out to our house and no one could find the problem nor fix the problem! We had a technician Preston come out who was very friendly, took his time, found the problem, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and CLEANED up before he left! Couldnt have asked for a better company or technician to come to our home and take the time to get our house back in order. Never once did he rush to get job done. He was here for us felt like family and made sure we were super happy before leaving. Our family feels blessed to have found not only this company but a technician that cared to get the problem fixed correctly!

Mark showed up with a rotating blade to clean my drain...after Bob Hamiltons technician said I needed to excavate dig up the drain and replace it for $3500. My drain is working great thanks to Mark.
