We had Mason and Brent out to our house to clear a line some of the most courteous gentleman I’ve ever met hard-working even though it’s 7° out and 12 inches of snow. They worked their hardest and got our line cleared. They are top-notch and Quality Plumbing is the best you can find in the area

Quality plumbing saved us. Our shower handle broke and the water would not turn off. That actually had a technician there and he was at my house within 30 minutes at 10:30 pm. I called 2 other well known plumbing companies that claimed to have 24 hour service and neither place had anyone. The two techs that did the job were awesome. Clayton and Erik were friendly and so helpful. It was great to talk to them. 100 percent recommend these guys.

We had Quality Plumbing out to investigate a leak in our shower. Chad the plumber arrived early, investigated the problem, made the repairs quickly, and gave me a verbal summary on what he did and why. The service was excellent. Price was very reasonable as well. Had a sewer backup situation in the basement and went with Quality Plumbing because of the reviews and their location. They were able to come out the next morning at my request and Chad did a hard days work! Taking the time to thoroughly understand what’s was causing the immediate issue and working to resolve it. Very professional and knowledgeable and personable. Also took the time and to scope the line and figure and provide thoughts on a solution rather than a temporary fix which was also what I wanted. Received a thorough follow up email with details of the work done and what was discovered with the video. I’m planning to have them do additional work so that pretty much says it all.

Called Quality Plumbing for emergency service on a Sunday. The tech, Eric, called before coming to make sure he had everything needed to fix the issue. Eric was very professional and pleasant to work with. Watching him replace the cartridge in the shower ( which I had started and quickly realized I was over my head), I soon realized I would have never been able to get it done. Eric was very thorough and made a few minor adjustments to make the fixture more secure than it was before. I will definitely call Quality Plumbing next time I have an issue. Thank you Eric.

Zach did an incredible job repairing a leak we found on our washer hookup and drain line. The Quality Plumbing team was able to send him out very quickly, he kept me up to date with the project over the phone the whole way through, and the team even bent over backwards to make sure it got fixed today so we didn’t have a leak over the weekend. Called to schedule someone to come fix 2 leaking toilets at our house. Lady who helped us schedule was very pleasant and got us set up for the repairs. Eric came out and performed most of the work today. He was extremely professional and was very informative in showing me what was actually going wrong with the toilet and telling me some options to fix. Qualitys pricing for the work was super fair as compared to bad experiences weve had with another northland plumbing service in the past. The only unfortunate part was that the hardware store doesnt stock some of the parts needed to fix one of the fancier dual-flush toilets that need repaired, so we did have to order parts for that. But I already called and got on the schedule for next week for Eric to come out and finish things out once the parts are in. Will definitely be recommending Quality Plumbing to friends and neighbors in the future!

These guys are awesome. We had a dishwasher fail overnight and leak water through the floor to the ceiling below. I needed to cut the water to the dishwasher to stop the damage from growing, but the source valve was not working properly. I called after 8:00 AM on a Saturday, and they were out to my house in about an hour and had that valve replaced in 30 minutes.Additionally, Zach diligently troubleshot the leak issue to ensure that there wasnt an additional problem in the drain system (it was not apparent that the water was actually coming from the dishwasher, at first).Zach was great. I wholeheartedly recommend Quality Plumbing.

We have had Quality plumbing out twice and I cant say enough about how great this company is! The first time we had water all over it was a mess.. that was a year ago. I dont remember his name but he was amazing and even stayed after to look at our upstairs sink. The second time yesterday Josh came out to check out a sewer gas smell but since we had totally demoed our bathroom he said it would be hard to tell where it was coming from and he wouldnt charge us for coming out. He did put sealer on a drain pipe he saw. Great service!! We will continue to us them for all of our plumbing needs.

I cannot say how happy I am with the excellent service I received from everyone at Quality Plumbing. From the first contact with Brent who came to my house when the sewer line break was identified, to working with Mike M. on numerous calls over 3 weeks (sometimes multiple times a day) after getting little information from my supplemental insurance and me having to reiterate the information was provided on X date, to Josh who had to come back for additional video for insurance, who spent time with me to understand the process for the fix and any potential damage and what could be expected on my property, he was so very patient with all my questions and making sure I understood and was good before leaving. To finally getting approval from supplemental insurance and making scheduling quick and painless, to the crew that dug up my yard and fixed the line and snaked the break to main ( Derrick, Mason and Curtis) they were so kind as I asked a lot of questions once they started and there was minimal damage to my yard, before they left they wanted to make sure I was good and didn’t have any questions, then to Josh calling me the following day to confirm all is well. These guys Rock!!! I highly recommend them for their knowledge and experience, great customer service and doing an excellent job. I have hired them for a full replacement with a liner and have no doubt they will provide exceptional work soon on that project.

I had a plumbing issue late in the evening: a problem with a bath tub dumped water through a light fixture below. I made an appointment for a plumber online for the next day, and got a call around 7:30 the next morning confirming service. Luke came out shortly after that and did a great job diagnosing the problem, fixing it, assessing the damage, and talking me through the process; very professional throughout. The price was right in line with what I expect for a plumber, and thankfully our problem was an easy fix. I was very happy with the service and the turnaround time, and I wont hesitate to use Quality Plumbing again in the future.
