    We had some issues with our hot water, and it turned out to be user error. Bruce identified the issue very quickly and DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME even though we insisted on paying him for his time!!Bruce is professional, communicates in a language I can understand and extremely thorough. Add in the fact that hes a great human being and you couldnt ask for anyone better to service your plumbing needs. Id recommend him again and again.

    Bruce is super efficient, extremely friendly, and we will be using him for all of our plumbing needs! He cleaned our main drain line for $150 which was an amazing price for the work!

    The plumber I contacted was out of town and recommended Bruce. I had a sump pump/battery backup catastrophe and I called Friday morning and Bruce arrived that evening. He returned on Monday to replace/install the new equipment. I now have a licensed plumber (not a friend of a friend who dabbles in plumbing) who I trust for all future plumbing needs. Thank you Bruce! Highly Recommend!

    Excellent communication. Quality work in great time. Professional and clean appearance. Id recommend this plumber to anyone. Pricing was fair / reasonable. Bruce did a Great job installing two new shut-off valves for a bathroom sink, removed an old pedestal sink and installed a new sink/cabinet. (which I already had.) The old shut-off valves were defective and an inch from the floor. I dont have a before photo. My wife loves it!

    Bruce was great. Detected the problem quickly and even went through the rest of the house plumbing to see if there were any of the same issues. I was panicked about finding water under sinks and was getting ready to leave town and he accommodated my schedule so graciously. Will be using Guardian for any plumbing issues from now on!

    Bruce pointed out to us on a previous visit a few months ago that our hot water heater may be a concern, which we had suspected. When we decided to replace it prior to it breaking down, he went over all our options. The install was scheduled quickly and was done in a few hours. The best thing about Bruce is that he will explain and answer any question in detail, which is important to me. He is very knowledgeable and has a tremendous skill. I referred him to my family, and he has taken great care of them as well for several jobs. To have a great plumber you can depend on is a great thing.

    After researching for a plumber, I came upon Guardian Plumbing and read his webpage. What I read and meeting Bruce personally, let’s just say is exactly what I received. Even from the start, we were set up with a text and email confirming appointment, with a 2 hour window and a follow up phone call when he was enroute to our home. We had a constant leak that would not stop. When he arrived, Bruce accessed our issue and I was notified immediately and was explained what was needed to resolve our issue. After this was fixed, Bruce took his time to talk with me and if I had question, even took it one step futher on how to properly shut off the main water valve to prevent further damage. A lot of times after the work is done you get this saying “No Problem”.That is why I called, because I had a problem. Bruce finished up with your issue has been resolved do you have any questions for me ? So ,if you want quality and a very personable Plumber, then Guardian Plumbing is the way to go. For future work Bruce will be my contact and I certainly mean it.JS
