They were on time and they were helpful and understanding and they did a munificent job rebuilding fixing my roof all brand new my house looks wonderful with the color shingles I wanted and choose to have matched my house perfectly beautiful and elegant they were so professional and having with all their workers working together made it happen. I’m thankful for their hard work. They also just finished fixing my popcorn ceiling it needed to be done as well from the windstorm water marks and some cracks and they were on time and had it done in a day they were very helpful and cleaned 🧹 after themselves made sure everything and all my furniture was in place as well before they left they wanted to make sure I was happy with their hard work they put into it and I am happy with their work they’re very good at what they do very professional. Florida Storm did excellent work. We just sold our home in January and they helped us get top dollar. Besides the roof looking great they were able to give us a transferable warranty for new buyers. I normally don’t post reviews. However, our experience with this company was worth sharing with some one who like us were stuck with a damaged roof. We were in the process of buying a home, the inspection found several issues with the house, including the roof. We didn’t think it was worth even negotiating with the sellers on these repairs. We quoted the project and Florida Storm gave us a price that kept us in budget, not only they took care of ALL the insurance paperwork, once we told them we had additional work in other areas they took care of that as well. The job was done as scheduled and under budget, what else can I ask for?

I had a lot of damage to my roof,damage that I couldn’t see. I definitely needed a roof put on. I definitely liked that when issues arrived the owner and the office staff was all over it to resolve the issue ASAP. Some businesses don’t care about their customers. They definitely showed that they do. The quality of the work was outstanding.

From the beginning, the company was incredibly easy to work with. Garrett Davis was our point of contact, and he was responsive and direct with all questions we had. His initial assessment of the damage was timely and thorough, his explanation of the process for getting a new roof was clear and comprehensive (this was the first time we had needed to do something like this), and he made himself available to meet with the claims adjustor at their convenience (even though it was as ways off).Once the process of getting a new roof began, we ran into a few speed bumps in getting things rolling, but we were never left in the dark regarding our status. Once the day of installation arrive, the crew was present for a full 13 hours before they ran out of daylight (and I stopped by throughout the day to pick up things for work--they were there and busy the entire time). The next day, rather than rushing through the remainder of the work (I had been informed that most houses our size only took a day, so I was a bit worried they might blitz through the rest since virtually all that was left was half of our shed roof), they took their time refurbishing all of the damage remaining (which was far more extensive than I think any of us realized), and even checked in with us regarding a couple of concerns we had mentioned to the night crew from the previous evening.All in all, Florida Storm Roofing has been diligent, professional, and extremely thorough in their work--exactly what you would look for any any company, construction or otherwise.

I was home while a roof sales men knocked the door. He was very helpful through the process. We have a new roof and it looks great! It was done in one day! There was a tropical storm so build date wasn’t a for sure but they were able to pinpoint a day and get it all done before the rain caught them!
