I cant give enough positive feedback about the amazing experience that I had with Snappy! The team came out and fixed my leak the same day that I called their office and they left the work area clean when they left which is unfortunately not very common for service companies these days. I highly recommend the Snappy Team--they are both affordable and amazing. We definitely appreciate the work that you all did!

This team is great to work with. I called with a garbage disposal issue, and an issue with my bath tub. They had a guy out within 20 minutes and he fixed it for a great price! Great first experience. To start with the told me their hourly rate, on the phone up front, so I knew what I was getting into. We guessed that it would take about an hour, so I had a general idea of the cost.Their techs arrived on time, were super friendly and went right to work asking questions. They tried a few fixes, and it still wasn’t working, but none of us were sure why? Their 1 hour was up, and they went out and called their boss. I was nervous I was going to have to pay for the hour and not have a fix. The next thing I knew, they came back in with a camera line, checked it out, and it appears the camera line knocked out whatever little clog was left. They let me watch the camera come through the line and it was all clean. They tested it again, and it worked!This added about 30 minutes, but it made me feel much better. Because they had quoted me an hour, that was all they had me pay. That’s the type of service I am looking for in a plumber. They spent their time to make it right, and I appreciate that.

I work for a local Restoration company and we had Snappy Services come out to assist on a job where a pipe had cracked and released sewage into the crawl space. This instance was one where communication and flexibility with the plumber was very important for us and the homeowner. Snappy nailed it! They gave an accurate quote that we could quickly relay to the homeowner, they pivoted quickly as the project changed, and they did a great job fixing the issues. We will be working with them again!

Our technician, Kevin Sam, did a very fine job. He unclogged the drain to our kitchen sink quickly and thoroughly, it runs like new. He stayed after the job was done to test the drainage and ensure that everything was humming. Very polite young man and very skilled. Highly recommended.

I rent through Goal properties. They use Snappy Services for maintenance issues. I called because I had 2 leaking toilet. They called me to set an appointment. They called me 12 mins before they arrived. That was nice of them. I wasn6home but my family was. They replaced my flappers and seals inside of the tanks. I have not had any problems with their repairs. Looks like they did a great job. I will do a couple dye test just to make sure they stay not leaking

This is the fastest service with a contractor I have ever received in my life. Matthew was the primary plumber but another technician was here as well but I did not catch his name. Richard was very professional and went the extra mile in servicing our issue. He could have very easily stopped at ensuring there was no leak but instead he removed the water from our carpet and left us a fan to completely dry the pad underneath the carpet so that mold would not set it.

5 stars for this company. Josiah helped us Sunday on the spot with the equipment he had to unclog our sewer. Unfortunately our problem was farther down than his equipment could reach to completely remedy the problem. I called Monday evening to have them come back out as we were still having slow drain problem in the bathtub. It wasn’t totally unexpected as Josiah had told me of the limitations of the equipment he had on hand at the time. New service call was scheduled for Tuesday morning between 8 and 10. Received a call at 9:00 that they would arrive in 30 minutes. Kyrel and Josiah promptly arrived and brought the bigger equipment and got through our sewer line all the way to the street and cleared the roots that were clogging the line. We ran faucets and the washer and bathtub and ensured the clog was gone. Beyond my expectations was the fact that they didn’t charge me again. This is an ethical professional company and their techs are polite, professional, capable and knowledgeable. I’d recommend them to anyone. Kudos to Kyrel and Josiah.

We experienced water backing up into our bathtub on a Sunday morning. The water subsided but after lunch we were doing dishes and the water backed up again. The Snappy Services truck was across the street finishing up a job. I asked the technician Josiah Vanmeter if it would be possible to check our sewer line. He didn’t hesitate and called the company right away and they approved the job on the spot. He very quickly and professionally unclogged our sewer line, even doing it a second time when we sent water down the drain and it backed up again. Meanwhile he discussed the probable causes, services that the company had to remedy them and suggested a follow up to diagnose and prevent future problems. The rate was reasonable and it was a thoroughly professional job that solved our problem immediately and gave us confidence that we could trust this company to solve any future problems. Josiah’s professionalism convinced me that Snappy Services is a company I would highly recommend. We are highly satisfied customers.

I am extremely happy with Snappy Services. I had found a gas leak within 3 days of moving into our rental and they came out to fix it. Their first go at it they realized pretty fast everything was going to need to be redone. Then my rental company tried to cancel their bid after all that work the first day but that was resolved all on their end they made sure the job was going to be finished and in a timely manner cause we have kids.When they came back out they worked their tails off and all while my kids were running a muck. They gentlemen were kind and professional. When they went under the house they happen to see an issue with the sub pump and said i might want to make a work order for it. Now I would have never gone under there to find this out myself just out the blue. But they were under there, saw it and said something to me about it, even though my rental group seemed to be upset that they pointed this out to me and i am able to get it fixed now. That is just showing this is a great company with some down right honest employees. And they didnt tell me about the pump so that they could profit from doing the work in fact its a different company thats been sent to fix that issuse the next day. So they are just some honest hard working people and great around crazy in your way toddlers lol.... Thank you again and keep up the great work!!!

I got home late-ish from work and there was a god awful smell of sewer in all throughout the house and I immediately thought the worst (both damage and cost wise) The woman on the phone was very respectful and kind since she could probably tell how stressed I was. She gave the prices of what to expect up front so there was no surprise. She asked questions to make sure the technician had all the information before he arrived so he didnt spend all his time trying to figure out what it could be. The technician was very nice and respectful from start to finish. He was quick efficient, and clean with his work and I am thrilled that it wasnt as bad as I had thought.I highly recommend this service if you need someone to fix your issue. They were quick from phone call to arrival so I wasnt waiting for hours with this horrible smell. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

The guy that came to my house was so kind and non-judgmental. I explained that I had to have a leak because my water ticker thing outside kept going up and everything was off. He patiently walked me through possibilities, finally determining that my children had cracked part of the toilet allowing it to constantly leak and refill. The two guys were great at communicating ahead of arrival, showed up on time (even with a slight adjustment based on a last minute curveball I threw at them), were respectful of the house and property by wearing covers for their shoes, and quickly ran to the store to buy the parts needed and get them installed - all within an hour and with smiles the entire time.This company also supports the community via charitable organizations and outreach projects which means I support this company!

Snappy services is the way to go if you want a company that makes your problem a priority. With a toddler in the house and no hot water Richard made it a priority to get to our house, after hours (10:00 p.m.) after a long day of being on call to fix the problem. He was prompt, efficient, and even spent time to educate us on the problem. We will use this company again.

Incredible! We recently had a plumbing emergency and Snappy Services came to our rescue. Now when I say we had an emergency, Im not talking about a leak in the basement... no, Im taking about a sewage backup and our poop was EVERYWHERE!!! down the walls, on the carpet, in the kitchen cabinets, even our pantry. I am not 100% sure, but I think it may have even leaked into my wifes Reeces Puffs cereal, and by the time I realized it she was half way done and I didnt have the heart to tell her. I know Im getting off track, but the guys at Snappy Services were amazing. They showed up within an hour of when I called, and got us taken care of for a very reasonable amount. Totally recommend!!

She Was able to get me scheduled for the next day but understanding my frustrations promised if something came open she would get me a technician. Had them there same day thanks to her.
