    I received a mailer for Mr. Rooter a while ago, and was shopping around for plumbing service for an issue wed been having on and off. Last night, that issue reached a critical mass, either because of the snow or just too much buildup over time. I called Mr. Rooter last night and they came out this morning to look, communicate the issue, fix the issue, and give estimates on what a long term fix will be, which I plan on pursuing at a later date. Although the price was a bit higher than I was expecting, I feel like it was well worth every penny for the great service we received, the solid communication we got, and the overall understanding of our circumstances. Thanks again for your help and Ill be in touch in the future.

    Just about everything on this sink was wrong, and Jake fixed it right up replaced what needed to be replaced, turn upside down, upside right and stop one leak I didnt even know I had, and tightened up all the fixtures. So I would say he went above and beyond explained very well what he was doing step by step even though I was just anxious to get it done LOLšŸ’Æ Thank you Jake!     Very positive experience with Damon and his apprentices. Showed up on time as expected. Didnā€™t mind assessing my outdoor drain problem even in the daylight savings time darkness. Professional & courteous. Answered questions and did as I asked. Seemed motivated to solve the problem.Had to return on a different day to get it all done. The company called and texted me regularly to keep me informed about their timing and schedule.Stayed late to complete the task working outdoors. Damon knocked on the door at the end the day to review their progress and answer questions. Very well-spoken. Cleaned up their work site and left the area looking good.I am very happy with their service and would use them again without hesitation.

    I had a wonderful experience with Mr Rooter. Previously Ben Franklin Plumbing came out twice within a month to clear roots from a sewer line, and the fix didnt even last a few days either time. (They seemed focused on selling me a replacement line.)After the 2nd time I had Mr Rooter come out with a camera, which showed 2 obstructions still there. I viewed the camera results after Mr Rooter did the root cleaning, and its a night and day difference.Im asking for a refund from Ben Franklin, and they agreed to give me a refund for both cleanings when I forward the camera evidence to them.

    Excellent work! Sump pump(s) failed on Sunday afternoon. Called and got a tech, Jake, out bright and early on Monday morning. Even had the owner, Craig and another tech, Josh, show up and immediately got to work. Amazing work and service! Jake was awesome and very knowledgeable. Craigā€¦super nice and got things rolling. Josh got the water mitigation system set up and going super quick.I highly recommend them!

    Jake did a fantastic job cleaning out our sump drain line today. He worked through the rain for 2 hours to get it done. You need to provide your guys with rain gear to work in conditions like today if you donā€™t. He was absolutely soaked when he was done. I cannot say enough about the great job he did!

    After lots of estimates and conflicting recommendations from others, Randy and Damon gave us an honest and straight-up estimate that not only saved us a lot of money but also were the quickest to schedule and complete the job. They were extremely courteous and patient with my (many)questions.     Iā€™ve had the pleasure of having 4 different guys in our home to work on something in regards to our fixer upper house. Each time I have felt so valued and cared for as a client! Truly some of the best experiences Iā€™ve ever had with a contractor coming into our home has been with these plumbers! Canā€™t recommend them enough. They even were able to rescue my sonā€™s Batman hot wheels from the tub drain! From the biggest tasks to the simplest of a hot wheel, we have been cared for well the entire time.

    The work was great, but the cleanup was lacking. They left the cap off a clean out port, and my laundry room flooded the next time I did laundry. They used my shop vac and left it full or grey water and left their booties on the floor. Again, the work itself was great though.

Professional, while showing empathy to the situation, brought his sense of humor to lighten the burden of such a mess.     Called to see if they could detect and repair a gas leak. Iā€™ve had others out who quickly told me I didnā€™t have a leak, but Iā€™ve continued to smell gas. Rooter Rooter came today and did the most thorough investigation Iā€™ve seen yet. They found the leak and fixed it. Their workers were outstanding. I canā€™t say enough good things!     We had Mr. Rooter come out to take a look at a sewer line clog. Weve had this done several times over the last 8 years with different companies and have always had rough experiences.This was our first time trying Mr. Rooter. Our technician was Randy and he was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly, treated us kindly, and was completely honest about everything. He took great care to keep our house and bathroom looking nice. He explained some different options and even was willing to offer some thoughts.Ultimately, we had to install an entry point to our sewer line outside in order to clear the clog and see the line. They worked quickly yet took great care to do everything right. I havent encountered many service professionals that were as thoughtful or detail oriented as Randy. For the installation of the entry point and line clear, he had another tech with him named Cory who was equally good at his job.Everything was quick, well communicated, high quality, and very fairly priced.After having so many negative experiences in the past for sewer line clogs, I couldnt believe what a great experience we had with Mr. Rooter. We are especially grateful for Randy and enjoyed working with him.

    Randy came out and unclogged the drain where my kitchen, water heater overflow, and HVAC condensate come together. I had tried myself with a 25 hand crank drain snake, but it wouldnt cut it. He left thinking that he didnt fully unclog it, but I ran a full load in the washer with no problems. This guy went above and beyond any normal plumb technician. Super nice and very knowledgeable.     We trusted Mr Rooter because of our previous experience with service professional, Randy, so we called Mr Rooter intentionally when we needed something this time, even though we had lots of coupons from other plumbing providers through mailers.This time we had service professional Cory, and he was also very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Both technicians had such positive attitudes and were very skilled. We were amazed at the quality of people they have in their company.     100% A++++ Satisfied Customer!! Had a major issue with the sewer line. After Googling some plumbers in the area, Mr. Rooter popped up. Read the reviews and gave them a call. So glad I did! Technicians Randy and Damon were out to the house later in the day and assessed the situation. Randy explained that the clay tile sewer line collapsed where it connects to the inside of the house and was upfront on how they would go about to repair it. Got a very reasonable and detailed quote of the work they would perform. These guys were awesome! Very professional and polite through the whole process. They were able to repair just a section of the sewer line rather than replacing all of it, saving a ton of money!!! They also scoped the rest of the sewer line. Then cleared out a few sections of very bad blockage and showed me the before and after - holy wow! They went above and beyond from the start of the process to the end. If you are in need of some plumbing services, dont hesitate to call Mr. Rooter!!!

    Clean out put in and partial sewer replacement. Company had best estimate out of three. They came out straight away and explained everything in a way I could understand and answered my questions in a way I could understand without being condescending. I got a reminder text the day before the appointment, and then another text when Randy was on his way, including his picture for identification.When Randy arrived, exactly on schedule, he was very professional. He observed Covid precautions throughout the appointment. His diagnosis process for our problem was straightforward and understandable.Based on what he saw he gave several options for addressing the issue including potential short term and long term solutions. He gave easy to understand estimates for the different services available. I didnt feel unduly pressured to do something expensive on the spot. He also gave some good general advice about plumbing in general that I appreciated (e.g., which off the shelf products work for which types of problems).Ill be calling Mr. Rooter again for future plumbing needs.     Mr. Rooter has been fantastic. We used them several years ago to install a new water heater. Weve used them to service our hot water heater as well. Unfortunately weve had to get another new water heater with the addition of a softener. They have been so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend them.     We heard running water in our crawl space on Saturday night around midnight - we called Mr. Rooter and they had Aaron and Craig, the president, at our home before 8 am Sunday morning. They were thorough in investigating the issue and quickly determined the solution. They answered all of my questions in great detail and laymanā€™s terms. Aaron also presented the cost before starting any work so there was complete transparency. We agreed to move ahead with the work, Aaron went back to get parts, and returned quickly. Less than 2 hours later, our problem is solved and we have recommendations for a few other issues in our home. Will absolutely use them for future plumbing work.

    We had a plumbing emergency recently on a Saturday. I got online to find a plumber who was open, and happened to call Mr. Rooter. I am so glad I did! I spoke with Taylor, who after hearing what the problem was, moved us up to the front of the line and sent someone out to help us. We needed a sewage ejector pump, and had to wait til Sunday morning for it. But Mike came out and made sure we would be ok til then. I canā€™t remember the name of the tech on Sunday, but he did a great job as well, and cleaned up everything.What was a crisis situation ended up to not be so bad. We were pleased with the service and repair we got from everyone we dealt with at Mr. Rooter. I strongly feel that if Iā€™d called anyone else, I wouldnā€™t have the same glowing review to write. These guys are fantastic! I hope we donā€™t have any plumbing issues or emergencies in the foreseeable future, but these guys have our business, for sure.

    My sump pump failed at 4:30 am. I called like 5 companies that claim 24 hour plumbing and none of them could get to me. I finally got to Mr. Rooter on the list around 7:00 and the owner was at my house my 7:30/8:00. He put in a temporary sump pump and also dried my basement because he also owns a restoration company called Damage Doctors. This was a huuuuge help to have one person to deal with both issues. Less than a week later they sent a plumber to out a new sump pump in. He was very professional and they were reasonably priced. Through the sister company they dried the basement and coordinated all the carpeting replacement and painting. Since I have a full home gym, they sent someone from Damage Doctors to help me disassemble all my equipment and move it. After the carpet was installed they came back to help me put my gym back together. Everything went super smooth.

    Nothing but Praise for Randy and Mr. Rooter on an emergency. We were fixing an issue in a home were selling in Indianapolis, and found ourselves in a situation where we had to shut off the main water to the house. With two families staying at the home to do work, it was crucial to have water. Though it was late afternoon on a Labor Day weekend, Mr. Rooter found Randy to do the job. He worked for MANY hours and solved the issues - and there were some pretty substantial - working into the late evening on a holiday weekend. Randys attitude was wonderful, his work ethic was excellent, and the cost, we felt, was fair. Mr. Rooter charged by the job - not by the hour - so when Randy asked, Do you want me to use copper? (vs. another material that would have taken less time for him), he recommended the copper...We dont live in Indy, but we can say it was one of the BEST plumber experiences we have ever had. The team used shovels as well as an excavator to minimize the mess associated with the holes that had to be dug in the yard. Mr. Rooter charged less money for the whole project than the ā€œBig Nameā€ competition quoted for the cleanout installation alone.
